It was going to be a one-off meme, but now I’m invested so Recovering Bloodmoon AU -It’s only until after talking with Moon that Sun notices Bloodmoon struggling to reform, and in a spur of the moment decision takes them to his room -Depending on the stage of recovery Bloodmoon is smaller than or the same size as Lunar -Sun wrapped Bloodmoon up while they were struggling to take this form. It doesn’t do much, but it makes Sun feel better -Bloodmoon was honestly really scared at nearly dying because they were caught off guard, and Sun was on autopilot when he took Bloodmoon in. None of them are super happy or mentally sound once they fully take in what just happened -They do settle on Sun taking care of Bloodmoon, but Sun still wants to kill Eclipse he’s just not doing it right away. Bloodmoon is still kinda freaked out but eventually settles into a feral cat role

Vampire Lord and his guard dog. Yup they have a bunch of lore. Now it's a Bloodmoon au

V was found by Roman when he was still a pup and badly injured. Roman nurtured him back to health. Virgil decided to repay with his blood.

Werewolfs live for a very long time, recover quick and are not afraid to loose some blood. They are good food source for vampires.

It took a lot of time for V to get used to it though, his natural instinct was to bite and run. When he stopped fighting it actually stopped hurting and he discovered his enjoyment for it.

The muzzle wasn't to protect Roman while feeding actually. It came to be because of Janus.

Vampires get their power from:

Roman is lord of the castle and the entire area that his family used to be guardian off. Big territory.

He is younger than J but J lost his territory to a stronger vampire so he has none. He is a guest in Roman's territory. Which puts him in a 'submissive' position.

Janus tried scaring Roman into giving up his territory, which was kinda working, so V interfered and defended his master. J got a bunch of nasty scars from the encounter.

Because Roman let him live when he tried to take over he is indebted. He hates it.

Pat is super powerful. He us much older than both and has a similarly sized territory next door. But he's easily intimidated by Virgil's stern face.

Logan and Remus are both humans who went to hang out at the 'historical haunted graveyard' Remus for the haunted bit, Logan for the history bit.

Virgil wanted to scare them off. Roman was delighted to have guests.

In the other it's him and Harvest and they're literally surviving their own little hell together and all they have is each other and Flare isn't super emotive but he still is sentient, and he's all Harvest has for a long time. Bloodmoon x Solar (Nice Eclipse): 5 Stars - I've got so many different iterations of this ship I swear to fucking go. I have like three? AUs of it? One where it's Solar and Harvest, and it's in my silly little "world exploded" au. One where it's Solar and both of them, and they're literally so obsessed with each other (solar's secretly super sadistic and they're super masochistic and it's starts as a pleasure grab but then they developed feelings ((tm)) for Solar and he doesn't exactly reciprocate but he finds them somewhat endearing). And the last one is Solar and Bloody, and Solar's helping him recover from some rough fucking shit (same au as flare/harvest).

Bloodmoon x Helios (Dark Sun): 5 Stars - @turbotasthick and I have specifically rotted about specifically this. About the thought that Helios brings them back to be his little plaything (and also a distraction for the celestials). This specific AU also has Solar and BM being a qpr, they're besties trust. They were attached to Solar (like a stray cat) and when he died they didn't know he died, they just knew he stopped leaving food out for them and wasn't coming out to say hi at night and it made them depressed as fuck so Helios brought Solar back bc BM was upset and missing him. Helios cares about them in his own way, even if he initially brought them back out of boredom. IT'S TOXIC BLOODYSUN GUYS TOXIC BLOODYSUN

"The cursed incarnation of the blood moon" Kaijumorpha au Carmine!

As for the story

After the events of this au's indigo disk, Carmine and Kieran would go to Kitakami in order to recover. However, little did they know, that as the sun set, the blood moon transformation would begin. running deep into the timeless woods due to the curse and thus would begin what could be considered the "mochi mayhem" of this AU. When the Paldeapack (the three rivals and the two protagonists) visit Kitakami, they find out that Carmine has gone missing since the blood moon and they set out to find her and the tale of what happened on why this happened on the blood moon. upon Kieran tracking carmine down, the Paldeapack come face-to-face with the now feral blood moon beast Carmine. After a difficult battle, they are able to beat the sense into Carmine. When she breaks from her feral trance, she immediately breaks down upon seeing her new form and hugs Kieran as the story of the “power always comes at a price” story concludes...

As for the design, Carmine is based on the monster seen in "the ritual" (AND NO IT'S NOT A CERTAIN NATIVE AMERICAN SPIRIT SO SHUT UP.)

Her design also pulls from three Hisuian pokemon . Those being Wyrdeer, Bloodmoon Ursaluna, and hisuian zoroark

Oh- recovering blood moon would probably be so devastated, but trying to put up a front that they didn’t care… oh god-

Absolutely, but they’re terrible at pretending and the others can very clearly tell that they’re devastated. They aren’t super good actors so it’s not hard to tell that they’re struggling not to cry.

It especially hurts that they lost him to ruin, the same person who actually gave them their extra trauma in the first place. They’d feel so bad for not just killing ruin to be safe, “cured” or not. They let themselves believe they were actually good now, and now they lost Solar because of it. The one time they shouldn’t have held back they did.

Animal Rescue City au, remember that? K, let’s talk character placements

The clearest characters I have are the humans and a few of the animals, so without further ado:

Managing the ‘Rising Sun Animal Care and Shelter’ are the guys from my swap au, with Gea and Eclair as the responsible adults, their fathers dropping by to help once in a while, their little brother Clipsy running around town advertising the place, and the local goth power couple Frank and Ronty helping whenever able. I’m thinking Lunar Eclipse might be some sort of bird that got extremely attached to Clipsy and just won’t stop following him and attacking anyone trying to interact with the kid, all the while Umbra is Clipsy’s favorite animal to care for. The Project Bloodmoon Twins I’m thinking of making either magpies or Canadian geese, some sort of aggressive bird y’know? Pollux will be a peacock and Castor will be a goat.

Next up we have the currently unnamed center that will be manned by Withered Hopes Eclipse alone. This one specializes in animal rehabilitation for those creatures that have been hurt. Eclipse works very hard to keep the animals safe and untrusting of humans, he works closely with several shops around town to get resources for the center and will often have a group of volunteers at his door willing to help. There’s also his two little cousins, Stitches and Wrath, who are very avid animal fans. Those two have taken to running around town with the recently moved in FC and his older sibling, they are all on the lookout for any injured animals. KillCode here would be the local wild cat, lynx, cougar, something like that, though they’d be staying at the center permanently for several injuries they have sustained. Saber and Sickle are KillCode’s pups, both which had been separated accidentally after also getting injured, Saber was found by Eclipse and taken back, while Sickle was found by an old coyote, Buzzsaw, who took them in. Sickle and Buzzsaw kinda just wander around abandoned places in town, though they have taken a liking to Wrath.

And now, some local volunteers, Sun, Moon, Earth, KC, Stitchwraith, and Nexus. They’re all siblings, though they live separately, Sun and Moon together, Earth with their date friend, and the other three on their own. They all have taken several animals from the rescues around town and cared for them in their own homes, some examples being Lunar and the Eclipses who I think will be dogs, Tabby who’s a cat, Tiniebla the tarantula, Jigsaw the parrot, Days Solar and Night the axolotls, Hunter and Harvest who are also cats, Jack who’s a Pomeranian, and a lot more.

Next up is a single human, Sol, who works for one of the businesses Eclipse is partners with and lives in the apartment right next to KC. Sol is a mechanic, though he is skilled in many other things as well, and he doesn’t mind animals but also isn’t a fan of them. That is until he stumbles upon a very injured cat on his way home, and in an impulsive decision takes them back to his apartment and basically adopts them. The cat, dubbed Buck, is fairly old and rather grumpy and aggressive, often snapping at Sol if he gets too close to them once they recover from their injuries. This compounds significantly when Buck is around Ruby, their small week-old kitten. Still, Sol does his best to care for the cats.

These next guys were mentioned somewhat a few paragraphs ago, though now they’re getting the spotlight. Recently having moved into town, the Foxy family fit right in with the folk around the place, being passionate about animals as well. Foxy has a great appreciation for the sea and the life in it, often going on rambles over the correct ways of sailing and how to navigate in the seas and his various encounters with curious sea creatures. Puppet used to be an animal rehabber and as such understands the struggles the rescuers might be facing, so she often drops by to give some advice or even help once in a while, specifically at Eclipse’s place. FC likes foxes, like, a lot, he likes dogs and cats too but foxes are his absolute favorite animal, he would like to meet a fox at some point in his life and so he likes to walk around the town and its outskirts looking for animals to observe. FC’s older sibling, a foster kid who was recently adopted, is not as passionate about animals as the rest of the family but would absolutely never turn down a chance for adventure, they can often be seen accompanying FC in their many quests for Fox spotting.

And finally, I would like to talk about the local vets, Dusk and Dawn. Dusk could be considered a bit of a jerk with how he addresses people, he’s blunt, sarcastic, and kinda just a negative person, though the care he shows towards animals couldn’t be anymore different. He treats his patients with care, trying his best to make sure they won’t be in too much pain, and despite never being willing to admit it, he’s deeply invested in each animal’s life. Dawn is a positive guy, often showing a smile to everyone who visits their clinic, he likes to assure them that he and Dusk will do everything to help their little friends. He has a rocky history with animal care however, having previously been involved in a nasty animal experimentation group, he’s fairly desensitized to animal’s suffering, but his previous experiences do give him a bit more knowledge on medical stuff than the average vet. He’s genuinely trying to help but it’s hard for him to get attached to any patients that pass through their door.

Well first of all good eclipse has to prove that they are a good eclipse. Thoroughly explaining the backstory would be enough but he's got to get to that point while being chased.

Blue Moon herself will be extremely protective. This is one of her kin. If anyone tries to hurt or implies that they are going to hurt they are going to get a talking down from Blue Moon. Maybe a good clash of the teeth. Do not hurt their kin, no matter how crazy or evil they are.

I'm... i'm not too sure about that honestly... this being... boosted by the fact that in the very same video they admitted to wanting to kill both Sun and Moon at first. THAT was a part of their original plan... plus, during the October takeover, they made SURE to encourage Bloodmoon's thirst for their name sake... I think there were mentiones of them even partaking in this killing??? Or offering to help or something like that..
