A sneak peek into one of my personal #ChakraBalancing practices. Its dark but im practicing under a light spray of root (red) and heart(green) chakra colors #colortherapy. I am also playing the #Root and #Heart Chakra #singingbowls to keep those two areas balanced. I will work with each chakra. I have students and clients who I talk to abt the importance of self maintenance after a session with me. I don't tell you all anything that I myself am not doing or working on.
