Cooking/baking/science side of tumblr can you tell me how my fudge turned into the surface of Mars?
#I'm pretty sure I overcooked it#but is that what did this#it was a bit stiff but still liquid one second#then some sort of chemical reaction seemed to happen and it just turned to dust#it was fascinating#But obviously I fucked up#recipe told me to stir it after taking it off rhe heat and then that happened
