There are days you feel that everythings is meaningless and there is no reason to continue your existence. Those days are bad shit, i know your sorrow and pain suffocate you. And you try to find a way out. But there was no way out.

Me in this moment is kinda fine, the mind is clear enough so please believe what i'm going to say to depressed me in the future.

On those badshit days, you definitely will be anxious and voices in your head urge to do a bunch of things, guilty feeling either, they try to push you into task in order to decrease the sense of guilt, and stop you to think that you are a useless trash.

Don't do anything when you are in bad state. You could try a little bit, if it makes you feel more anxious, more stressful, suffocated, please stop. Things will get worse if you continue.

The things you can do at those days are going outside, doing excercise, and waiting for the day when the sun will shine again, the sky will be blue again, and you will be fine.

Feeling of depression is temporary, i swear.

I’ll see him tomorrow...  And we’ll barely talk to each other all day and he’ll smile and look at me with those eyes that see right into my heart...  And I’ll smile back with my eyes.  And we’ll stand next to each other and pretend we don’t notice, but the whole time we’ll be watching each other out of the corners of our eyes and know exactly what the other one is thinking...
