Happy Valley là khu chung cư cao cấp toạ lạc ngay trên đường Nguyễn Văn Linh, thuộc khu đô thị Phú Mỹ Hưng, quận 7, do chính công ty Phú Mỹ Hưng đầu tư và phát triển. Được bàn giao vào năm 2015, khu chung cư Happy Valley có nhiều tiện ích công cộng cao cấp và không gian xanh lên đến 77% tổng diện tích. Ở dự án lần này, các chuyên gia của ARTIUS đã tham gia thiết kế và thi công căn hộ penthouse duplex, gồm 4 phòng ngủ và có tổng diện tích 190m2. Trong đó, một phòng ngủ master dành cho vợ chồng gia chủ, 2 phòng ngủ nhỏ dành cho 2 đứa con, một trai một gái, và một phòng gia nhân. 

Căn penthouse được thiết kế theo phong cách hiện đại, với tông màu chủ đạo trung tính là đen, trắng, xám, và một vài điểm nhấn được tạo bởi các mảng xanh dương đậm. Các đường nét tối gi��n và tinh gọn của phong cách hiện đại kết hợp với các vật liệu được xử lý thô như gỗ tự nhiên và đá trắng vân mây để tạo nên một không gian sang trọng mang nét đương đại. Phòng ngủ của bé gái được thiết kế theo tông màu chủ đạo của căn nhà với điểm nhấn là bức tranh nghệ thuật được in trên giấy dán tường, phù hợp với cá tính mạnh mẽ và tự lập của bé. Phòng ngủ của cậu em trai được tô điểm thêm màu vàng để tạo thêm nét vui nhộn và t��ơi sáng. Ngoài ra, một mảng tường trong phòng ngủ của bé trai được thiết kế thành vách leo núi có đệm lót an toàn để phục vụ cho sở thích cũng như tính cách năng động của bé.

The breathtaking view from Castelo de Sao Jorge aka Sao Jorge Castle or Saint George Castle! It’s right in the middle of the beautiful city of Lisbon and a cultural heritage site that you must visit, it’s over 400 years old and yet the battlement walls are still standing strong.
