We all know it’s a numbers games when it comes to selling ANYTHING. As I do love #realstate especially because I was an agent & now also do a lot of consulting with #realestateagents. So with the before mentioned. Let’s look at some statistics(for People living in Las Vegas, if you live some where else, change it to your location. For now we using Las Vegas.) We’re call it “#roadtoamillionaire”. Breaks down like this: 7.3 Billion People in the World; 329 Million People in The USA, 3 Million People in whole State of #Nevada, 642 Thousand People in #LasVegas . Now that we have that let’s look at the average sells of homes in US, which is $180,000. Now average agent makes 6% commission. So, That is $10,800. Now 1 million divided by 10,800 is 93. So that’s 93 homes sold in a year. Take it 1 step further for monthly goal is 8. So 8 people to find in a month out of 642 thousand people in Las Vegas. Do you still think being a millionaire is not attainable? Remember, #PERSPECTIVE is everything! Also, Keep in mind the average wage is $60,000 a year. I’ll also say there is absolutely nothing on the planet better to invest in than Realestate. So why wouldn’t you advice your client to get a 2nd home or 3rd home for investment?Real Estate done nothing but gone up, so again WHY NOT?
