I wish I had someone to take all the photos of my mooncakes so I can just focus on making them. I wish I have a dishwasher so I don’t need to do all the cleaning up after making these mooncakes. I wish I priced the course higher so that when the sales come in, it feels like it’s worth the effort. I wish I had more time in the world as I have more videos that I recorded for taste tests which I haven’t put up yet. I wish I had an assistant to reply all the questions on what is a mooncake. I’m not quite sure why I’m always trying to develop new recipes. Am I afraid it’s not good enough? Am I worried about what people think of me? Am I scared of people saying it’s not authentic? Do I just want everyone to love my mooncakes?🤔 . Anyways, this NEW one is really nice, especially if you’re a chocolate lover.🍫 . I decided to go overboard with the chocolate theme. . 💚Chocolate crust 💚Chocolate filling with cacao nibs 💚Chocolate “yolk” that melts in your mouth (at the right temperature, haha. The thing about raw vegan desserts is that at many times, it needs to be served at the right temperature) This entire mooncake is made from scratch. No lard, no white flour, no preservatives, no pre-made fillings, no milk, no eggs. And made with love.👍 . But it’s ok, the patterns are beautiful. Have been recipe testing for my upcoming demo, here’s the results.
