Raveena Tandon, who recently “hopped on the trend” with her “Flip the switch” video, seems to be loving the TikTok challenges. The 46-year-old actress roped in daughter Rasha, this time for the “Oh Nanana” challenge that has got folks busy on TikTok. The “Oh Nanana” challenge requires two people to match their steps by touching their feet with each other’s, while dancing to the song Oh Nanana by the popular Brazilian artist Bonde R300. On Sunday, Raveena shared a set of videos on her Instagram profile featuring her daughter Rasha. In the first video, the mother-daughter duo took up a challenge where Rasha can be seen matching her lips to the dialogue “it is disrespectful” while Raveena can be seen constantly saying “to you.” In the second video, Raveena and Rasha can be seen taking up the “Oh nanana” challenge where they can be seen dancing. Sharing the ROFL videos, Raveena added the hashtags, “#Ohnananachallenge” and “#TikTok” to her post. Take a look:

On Thursday, Raveena took up the “Flip the switch” challenge where the actress and Rasha were seen grooving to Drake’s Nonstop. The video began with Rasha grooving to the song in a monochrome top and grey trousers as she held a dog, while Raveena, sporting a black jacket, a pair of trousers and a white cap, held the camera. Soon they “flip the switch” and Raveena was seen dancing in Rasha’s outfit holding a cat as Rasha held the camera. Sharing the video on her Instagram profile, Raveena wrote, “This was switch 2. Did you guys notice the most obvious switch.”

Raveena, who is currently in home with family due to the nationwide lockdown, shared the first part of her “Flip the switch” video on Wednesday, where the mother-daughter dup took up the challenge, minus the pets. Raveena wrote, “Finally hopped on the trend! Go check out my very first TikTok with Rasha Thadani.”

On the professional front, the actress has featured in several hits like Dilwale, Andaz Apna Apna, Zamaana Deewana, Laadla and many more. Raveena Tandon’s last Bollywood film was 2017’s Shab.

Raveena Tandon, who is awaiting the release of her upcoming movie Maatr - The Mother, told news agency IANS that Salman Khan has always supported her in times of need. Raveena Tandon has co-starred with Salman Khan in films such as - Andaz Apna Apna and Patthar Ke Phool. The 42-year-old actress told IANS: "Salman and I used to fight a lot on trivial issues. We have fought over a bubble gum! But honestly, Salman is a fantastic person at heart. If I have to name one person who has stood by my side as a friend, it would be him." She added: "All others turn their back in times of need, but Salman has always fulfilled his promise as a friend. He was always there for me when I needed him."

Raveena Tandon said Salman Khan visited the sets of her ad film while he was looking for a female lead for his film Patthar Ke Phool. She said: "What followed was a series of calls from Salim Khan and G.P. Sippy to my father, asking him to convince me for the film. I then agreed to do the film."

On Tuesday, the first poster of her upcoming movie was released by the makers of the film. In the poster, Raveena Tandon has a fierce expression. Maatr - The Mother, directed by Ashtar Sayyed, is scheduled to release in theatres on April 21. The film also features Madhur Mittal in lead roles.

Raveena Tandon had last made a cameo appearance in Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet (2015) starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar. She will be returning to big screen after a gap of two years. She will also feature in Shab, directed by Onir. The film features Arpita Chatterjee, Ashish Bisht,Simon Frenay and Areesz Ganddi.

But, it shows we are damn good actors (laughs)," Raveena said.

Raveena further revealed how Aamir and Salman tried to patch things up between Karisma and her while they were shooting for the climax. And director Rajkumar Santoshi was their accomplice. Referring to the climax of Andaz Apna Apna, Raveena said, "The boys tried to bring Karisma and me together. In fact, in the climax, there’s a scene where Karishma and I are tied to a pillar. Rajji said, 'We won’t untie you, unless you talk to one another'. It was all so funny. I remember, while shooting scenes, we would all genuinely laugh a lot as the dialogues were so hilarious. Hamne maze bhi kiye aur jhagde bhi kiye." Raveena also said that even after 25 years of the film's release, the actress shares a good bond with the cast, especially Aamir Khan and Salman Khan.
