Anyway yeah no I understand; I’m hoping that we get a better glimpse at the beasts and who they were like beforehand, but I can definitely see them as overarching threats just like Dark Enchantress

I mean, she hasn’t been that much of a threat in terms of story. Last time we really got anything of her that wasn’t in Beast-Yeast, she had her lackeys try to assassinate Dark Cacao, but.. she didn’t really do anything herself. I think she as an antagonist has been underwhelming, especially when she’s been beaten by GINGERBRAVE of all people. Add that to my tab of why I hate that character so much rrgrhehrgrhvararagahagh

I’m hoping they give us more, because again the beasts are too good to be a one-and-done/only get to see these guys around twice kind of deal. I can see potential in them causing trouble for the heroes, trouble that could lead to disaster. I mean, Mystic Flour nearly won and that would have been horrible for all of Earthbread. That power alone does not make me think they’ll only be around once or twice. Idk I sound incomprehensible lmao

Not sure if this has been asked before, but do you have any hopes/theories for the next Beast Yeast episode?

God I don’t want it to be repetitive. I’m worried that we’re about to see a pattern of “Beast causes Ancient despair, Ancient powers up and beats Beast” for these episodes which I hope not. Especially with Shmilk as the main bad guy here, having his chapter go this way will severely inhibit the impact he has and the staying power he + the other beasts have too.

What I want is for BY 7 and 8 to be the midpoint (low point?) where Vanilla actually doesn’t awaken, or if he does, he still fails in his mission of beating Shmilk because he’s still too weak. It would make the story way more compelling and stakes much higher, and it would make Shmilk a scarier villain!!

It would just be awkward if Shmilk was beaten now, before the last two beasts are released. Unless they’re going to have a twist where either ES or SS are the masterminds, which I highly doubt, the story is gonna crumble a bit if these upcoming chapters are the same exact thing. Also, I don’t want it to be stale like “yay we beat all the beasts!! now we must fight DE/the ultimate cookie!!” because god that is too simple and I love complex and nuanced stories LMAO

Other than that I hope we get something related to AoD with vanilla. And/or if Shmilk is related to the Blueberry Yogurt Academy… also if those vanilla orchids were once his!

So I just learned something

I use this one gif of Pure Vanilla rotating pretty often, and I was taking a screenshot of it just for fun when I noticed two things:

1. He T-poses when jumping.

2. The drippy part of his robes extend to his sleeves, so that’s pretty useful to know in case anyone else was curious

Uh, so... All of the jonquils I planted on the farm are coming up and nothing else is ready because nothing else has been planted because we didn't have a bore so couldn't set up irrigation, and now we have a bore but no beds ready because we didn't want to jinx the bore replacement by preparing anything because last time we did that it flooded all to fuck. So I guess I'm looking at figuring out *gestures vaguely* everything because we can actually do stuff now.
