Hi!, it's dream time again.

Apparently all siblings had stayed the night at Gabriel's place, but he wakes up alone, even V1 had gone somewhere else without telling him.

The day started badly for the fallen angel as his sadness was higher than normal (seemed like depression, and the insecurities that maybe his loved ones did just left him after all), eventually he does find Uriel in the apartment, and while in a different room Gabriel tells that he loves him thinking that will make him feel better, Uriel does respond positively, but with a very desinterested tone of voice (also i fully headcanon your Uriel to have that tone of voice, not because of actual desinterest, that's how his voice is naturally)

Gabriel knows that's how his brother talks but his emotions overwhelm him anyway and starts to freeze in sadness.

The dream just skips Uriel helping his brother but it's implied he just heard the heart wrenching sobs and sprinted to his brother.

To me it felt a bit out of character, you will be the one to decide if it was that way, but that how the dream was.

Just imagine the scene the rest is going to come across once they come back.

GUUAHHHH....THIS IS VERY CUTE.....you're absolutely right about uriel's voice and affect!! his tone is quite muted and often sounds distant, as he is someone almost always lost in thought considering all he knows. and even without the constant influx of knowledge, uriel tends to respond very slowly to things, taking a few minutes to reply to someone when they address him (he describes it to others that his mind sort acts on a queue system). gabriel would know all of this of course, but as a fallen angel of treachery, he can absolutely be prone to despondency and become over-emotional at times, especially concerning feelings of loss or grief. so i could see how he would give in to that despite evidence to the contrary, and uriel, though in over his head with something like this, would do whatever he could to reassure him. he would feel guilty knowing gabriel's emotions are more volatile these days, but gabe would apologize in return for putting pressure on uriel like that since he really does know full well how much he cares for him. through it they probably both realize that raphael forcing them all to talk about their feelings has had tangible benefits lol

Summary: When Mikey is grumpy and refuses to come out of his shell, Leo finds a way to cheer him up and get him back to the real world

A/N: I’m so glad everyone’s liking my rise fics! I have a very bad Lee mood, so…. Writing!

Come out, come out, come out of your shell~

Mikey was hiding.

He had messed up something he was making and became grumpy about it, so he retreated into his shell.

Normally that would be fine. The problem was that he refused to come out.

Donnie and Raph had both tried to bribe him, help him, tell him they needed help in the kitchen, nothing was working.

Then, Leo decided to give it a shot.

Luckily, the blue-wearing slider had a perfect idea.

He waltzed in to Mikey’s room, and saw Mikey. In his shell, on the ground. He sat down across from him , and said,

“Hey. You know we need you for food, right?”

“Uh-uh. I’m not leaving! You can figure it out.” Mikey said with a determined voice.

Leo was hoping he’d say that. He grew a small smirk before exclaiming, “Then you leave me no choice!”

Then he picked up Mikey and put him in his lap, then started to lightly trace along his shell.

‘Oh no.’ Mikey thought. ‘Oh mi gosh, that tickles!’ It was so light, barely noticeable, but he could feel it.

Mikey couldn’t help it, he started to snicker and giggle lightly.

“Awww. Is my hermanito feeling less grumpy now? Hmm? I mean he must be with those adorable giggles!” Leo knew this was starting to work, but he still needed to put the nail in the coffin.

“Is my ticklish little brother gonna come out of his shell now~” He spoke, before increasing his tracing into scratching , intensifying the ticklish sensation .

“Hehehe! Leeheheo!”

“Come out , come out, come out of your shell~come on Mikey, you can do it!” He sing-songed

“Nehehever!” Mikey called out. He had a feeling Leo was going to continue tickling him whether or not he left his shell.

And although his shell is ticklish , his neck and knees are much more so, so he’ll keep those hidden, thanks.

‘What? I swore that would work.’ Leo thought, before he picked up on what might be the reason.

‘Ooh. So now he’s hiding from my tickles, huh’

Leo thought with mischief ‘I’ll make him regret that. I’m going to get him out of his shell!’

Leo stopped tickling for a moment.

“Hey Mikey~” there was a teasing lilt in his voice as Mikey snickered more.

“Come out Mikey~ I promise I won’t tickle you~”

“L-liar!”

Mikey may be the youngest , but he wasn’t stupid. That teasing, singing tone definitely suggests that the tickling would continue.

“Come on~ don’t make me bring out the berries~”

‘Uh oh.’ Mikey thought. ‘If he does that I’m screwed!’

“Alright~” Leo continued when Mikey didn’t come out. “You asked for this~”

He took a deep breath, then blew a raspberry on the back of Mikey’s shell.

Mikey screamed! His laughter echoing through his shell and projecting outwards.

After that, he forcefully launched out of his shell and pushed Leo’s head away, unable to bear that again.

Leo let go, letting Mikey push him away.

He smirked. Raised his hands. And said to Mikey, “you should probably run.”

Mikey ran way as fast as he could, hearing Leo chasing him and shouted,

“I knew you were a liar!”
