i just think it’s real interesting how during the code segment ranboo was adamant that we’d choose wrong on purpose because we wanted to kill him. of course we spammed into chat that we would never and we were here to help him, and we cared about him.

gl!ranboo only knew we voted red. for all he knew, the code could have been one of the others he didn’t try. he had no reason to trust us, he thought we’d want to kill him.

and after us screaming at him that we wanted him to live, that we loved him that we would never kill him, thirty minutes later we voted for him to die.

Story

Pin pricks and plasters were old friends to Ranboo M. Beloved. Well, also waterburn cream and wool bandages, but Ranboo stubbornly refused to discuss those.

The young enderian was contorted in an amazing display of flexibility over the lump of muted wool colors in his lap. There were tidy skeins of wool and cotton scattered across the table and hung on various dowel racks hanging from the ceiling; all in various shades of color. Some were even multicolored.

“Ah, crap!” Ranboo hissed as he dropped a stitch from the needle again. He had asked Tubbo to polish and wax his wooden knitting needles, but the bee had done a bit too good of a job and now Ranboo was dropping a stitch what felt like every three minutes.

Just. One. More. Row. There!

Ranboo bound off the final row and leaned back against the back of his chair. “Oh, thank god.” He mumbled.

Last task was to sew up the seams, which required the crochet needle and more hunching over the project. Ranboo could set it aside for now and come back to it, but he wanted to finish this now.

It took a bit longer to finish, but it was done.

Ranboo stretched, feeling his joints pop.

The lanky enderian stood and shook out the project he had finished. It was slightly oversized for Tommy, but the wool was thick and soft and would keep the avian warm.

Ranboo folded the sweater up messily, and snuck a quick peek at the tiny floating eye of ender tucked into a dark corner of his ceiling. He stepped into the portal which led to the nether roof, and teleported 3 times to head back to his hidden portal near the community hub.

He paused for a moment to allow the eye of ender to catch up, and when he spotted it out of the corner of his eye, he stepped through the portal. He exited into the hidden space that contained the portal.

He slipped through the hidden entrance and quickly hurried to the Pub.

Jack was shoulder height gloves elbow deep in sudsy water when Ranboo entered, the bundled sweater under his arm.

“Jack. Hello.” Ranboo said, glancing around the pub quickly. “Have you seen Tommy?”

“Just message him.” Jack replied, looking up at the enderian.

Ranboo huffed and pulled out his communicator and sent a message to Tommy.

He got an all caps ‘WEHRE AREY OU?’ back.

‘pub’ Ranboo replied.

‘IM COMING’ Tommy replied.

It didn’t take long for the avian to glide into the open garden out the back of the pub. “I’m here! Where’s the thing?!” Tommy yelled out, his head whipping back and forth, looking for Ranboo.

Ranboo shoved the sweater at Tommy. “Here.” He turned on his heel and hurried out of the pub. He gritted his teeth, trying to suppress a smile. Didn’t quite work, because the little eye of ender follower floated out in front of him, looking incredibly smug.

“Shut up~!” Ranboo whined. But he didn't mind the warm fuzzy feeling in his chest.
