Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS) organized an interschool Volleyball Sports Meet “Run 2022”

Shri Venkateshwara University/VGI Meerut along with Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS) organized an interschool Volleyball Sports Meet “Run 2022” at its campus. VIMS students performed well in both the men & women’s category & won the gold medal along with the winner’s trophy. Dr Sudhir Giri chairman Venkateshwara Group, Pro chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, VC Prof P K Bharti & Dr B V Vora inaugurated the event at the Dhyan Chand Sports Complex by lighting a lamp. Dr B S Tyagi & Dr Monika Deshwal assisted them in the inauguration ceremony. In the men’s category, Desi Nightriders of VIMS defeated Ace Blockers of Venkateshwara by 25/09 & 25/18 in straight sets & grabbed the winner’s trophy. While in the women’s event Laxmi Bai Mardani team defeated Nivedita by 25/21 in straight sets to grab the winner’s trophy. The management rewarded the winners by giving them trophy & medals. At the recently concluded interuniversity national games Venkateshwara students performed well & grabbed over a dozen medals.   Dr. Sudhir Giri reiterated that, along with quality education, sports & culture, the Venkateshwara students are performing well in all spheres of life. Dr Rajiv Tyagi asserted that regional & national sports & cultural events are an ideal medium to showcase the hidden talents of the youth. And the Pillar of our lives collapsed……

On the night of 13th May, saddening news arrived that our inspirational pillar Govindlal Vora passed away. It felt as if the wall on which we relied on had suddenly collapsed. We once dreamt of becoming successful with the help of this wall. Life goes on and will go on, but success is doubtful. I recollect that 35 years prior, a writer imagined that a decent paper ought to concern the crowd and their outlook. What's more, on the first of October 1984 his arrangement came energetically. This measure was named as Amrit Sandesh. He use to consider Mahatma Gandhi as his Ideal along these lines with a great deal of difficult work and commitment he intended to begin his endeavor "Amrit Sandesh" one day before Gandhi's birthday. Shri Govindlal Vora was the cerebrum behind this. This is still not believable that he no more in this world.

 GovindlalJi was extremely driven and persevering as an individual, he defeats each obstacle of his existence with courage and had set a model for local swarm, which is as yet persuasive. Presently his recollections are giving us motivation. His every single saying will help us in a mind-blowing way. I have consistently adapted a few or the other thing from him in our gatherings and each opportunity I ran over various parts of is character.

 I've always experienced when he has quieted himself down and his accomplished words were constantly edified my insight. His affection and outrage consistently gave me a feeling of having a place and caused me to understand that I am near him. His distinct fascination and activity in news-casting, social work, and governmental issues gave him incredible validity among individuals. His encounters were advantageous in each field. Not only Chhattisgarh but helped individuals from Madhya Pradesh to arrive at new statures and accomplish their objectives. I didn't accept my ears when I got the news that he is dead.I can't compose more. I simply wish Babujifavor us from any place he is and we prevail to spread his "Amrit Sandesh" to every single one. I wish his recollections consistently be with us. What's more, this is my tribute and salute to him.

This college is run and governed by Rashtriya Vidyalay Samiti that was founded in 1932. This year the society is completing it's hundred years. The society also runs two schools at the Bal Ashram Parisar and the other at village Chatovod in Tilda city. The formation of the society was done to provide education to the children of freedom fighters, who were not allowed to study in Government schools. Freedom fighters, Senior Congress leaders like Mahant Laxminarayan Das, Mohanlal Naithani, Nemichand Shrishrimal Govind Lal Vora, Seth Gokul das Daga were the members and office-bearers of the society. Presently the president of the society is Shri Lalit Tiwari, the secretary is Rajkumar Chopra & treasurer is Rupchand Shrishrimal.

सात से अधिक दशको तक पत्रकारिता के क्षेत्र में सक्रिय रहे श्री गोविंदलाल वोरा जी ने अनेक पत्रकार, संपादक और राजनेताओ की बड़ी पीढ़ी तैयार की जो आज देश प्रदेश में अपना महत्वपूर्ण स्थान बनाये हुए हैं। स्मृतिशेष गोविंदलाल वोरा संभवतः पहले पत्रकार /संपादक थे जिन्होने देश में देश के एक काला अध्याय का पर्याय बने आपातकाल का उसकी मुनादी के पहले दिन ही खुला प्रतिकार कर अपने अदम्य साहस का परिचय दिया था। स्मृतिशेष गोविंदलाल वोरा की स्मृतियों को चिरस्थायी करने के लिए हमारा यह प्रयास है की रीवा में शीघ्र ही "स्मृतिशेष गोविंदलाल वोरा व्याख्यान माला" प्रारंभ की जाए। इसके प्रयास प्रारम्भ कर दिए गए हैं।लोकतंत्र के अमर सेनानी एवं पत्रकारिता के खुद्दार को शत शत नमन।अविभक्त मध्यप्रदेश की आधुनिक हिंदी पत्रकारिता के आधारस्तम्भ स्मृतिशेष गोविंदलाल वोरा पत्रकारिता के अनमोल रत्न ही नही बल्कि उसके खुद्दार भी थे। भारत महादेश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पिछले दिनों जब देश मे आपातकाल का विरोध करने वालो को सलाम किया तो स्मृतिशेष गोविंदलाल वोरा की आपातकाल से जुड़ी एक बड़ी याद ताजा हो गयी।

स्मृतिशेष गोविंदलाल वोरा से जुड़ा हुआ एक रोमांचक घटनाक्रम यह है कि 25, जून 1975 की मध्य रात्रि को देश मे आपातकाल की कीगई मुनादी के दूसरे दिन छत्तीसगढ़ के रायपुर में देश के प्रखर समाजवादी नेता श्री मधुलिमये का रायपुर प्रेस क्लब में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करने का पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रम था, लेकिन आपातकाल की घोषणा हो जाने के बाद पूरे देश मे एक अकल्पित तनाव का वातावरण निर्मित हो गया था। कांग्रेस विरोधी बड़े-बड़े नेताओं की गिरफ्तारी का सिलसिला आपातकाल घोषित होते ही तेज होने लगा था। समाजवादी नेता श्री मधुलिमये जब रायपुर प्रेस क्लब में पत्रकारों से बातचीत कर रहे थे तभी पुलिस उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने प्रेस क्लब आ धमकी और श्री मधुलिमये को गिरफ्तार करने की जद्दोजहद करने लगी। श्री गोविंदलाल वोरा छत्तीसगढ़ के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार मधुकर खेर के साथ श्री मधुलिमये की पत्रकारवार्ता में शामिल थे। श्री वोरा और श्री खेर ने आपातकाल के काले दौर की पहली दस्तक के दिन ही अदम्य साहस का परिचय देते हुए पुलिस को दो टूक शब्दों में कहा कि हमारे रहते हुए प्रेस क्लब में आप समाजवादी नेता श्री मधुलिमये को गिरफ्तार नहीं कर सकते है। उनसे पहले आप हम सब पत्रकारों को बंदी बनाइये और फिर उन्हें हिरासत में लीजिये।

13, अप्रैल 2018 को पंचतत्व में विलीन हो गए स्मृतिशेष गोविंदलाल वोरा सचमुच एक बड़े खुद्दार पत्रकार और पत्रकारिता के अनमोल रत्न थे। कांग्रेस के एक बड़े राजनेता श्री मोतीलाल वोरा जी के अनुज होने के बावजूद उनके संबंध देश के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटलबिहारी वाजपेयी, महान समाजवादी चिंतक डॉ. राममनोहर लोहिया और भाजपा के संस्थापक पितृपुरुष कुशाभाऊ ठाकरे सहित देश के कई बड़े दिग्गज नेताओं से थे और सभी के संबंधों का उन्होंने निष्ठा पूर्वक निर्वहन किया।

Late Govind Lal Vora Bones immersed in the Ganges.

Editor in chief of Amrit Sandesh and senior journalist Govind lalJi Vora’s holy ashes were today immersed at Triveni Sangam of Ganga Prayagraj. He died on May 13th in Delhi. Late Vora Ji was the brother of Rajya Sabha member Shri Motilal Vora and Gavri Bai. Late Vora Ji’s ashes were taken to Allahabad near Triveni Sangam by son Rajeev Vora and all rituals were performed by their family Pandit Vijay Sharma. Govind ji’s nephews Rajendra Vyas, Vijay Vyas and Arun Vora with his son Sumit Vora and a family friend Natwarlal Vyas and his son Omprakash Vyas were also present.

Editor-in-chief of Amrit Sandesh Govind lal Vora’sBody merges in quintessence

Chief editor of Amrit Sandesh Govind Lal Vora’s body was cremated on Monday with quintessence at Marwari cemetery. The last rituals were performed by his elder son Girish Vora. People from the journalist, writers, public representatives to politicians were gathered in huge numbers. Governor Balramji das Tondon, Chief Minister Doc. Raman Singh, Minister brigemohan Agrawal, and director GaurishankarAgrawal ,Vis director Agrawal, parliament Ramesh bais, parliament TamradhwajSahu, Chandrashekhar Sahu, ChaganlalMundada, Doc. Charandas Mahant, PL Puiya, Bhupesh Baghel, Arvind Tiwari, Umesh Patel,reraAdhyaksh Vivek dhand,Sunil Kumar, K Khaitan,G S Mishra,MansinghParpar, Chandrakant Udake and Swaraj Das gave him final goodbye. Govindlal Vora passed away on Sunday night around 11 pm in a private hospital of Gurgaon Delhi during his treatment.

Showing her concern she talked over call for about 10 mins to Motilal Ji Vora regarding Govindlal Ji’s health. She even asked that there was an improvement in his health then how come this happened. Both mother and son express their solace for their family. Motilal Devangan, Mayor Pramod Dubey along with officers of different departments gave an honourable tribute to Vora Ji.

Rajiv vora dynamic personality from Raipur Chhattisgarh into Politics.

Being the son of an esteemed journalist gave Rajiv Vora an early insight into the conditions of society and lack of education among the rural population of the country and hence he dedicated his life to work towards providing affordable quality education to the marginal section of the society and watch them prosper.

Rajeev Vora is one such young fellow who has filled this gap between urban and rural lifestyle by bringing the educational reform in the state of Chhattisgarh.Completing his matriculation from Raipur and moving to Pune for graduation and post-graduation allowed Rajeev to notice the difference between the teaching methodologies and helped him understand societal & educational reforms required to be adopted in order to empower the rural population. On returning to his state after completing his education, he joined the Amrit Sandesh at the age of 23 as a journalist and began his journey of getting a closer insight into the lives of people of Chhattisgarh.
