Homemade Cheese Fondue Recipe - Romantic Dinner For Two!
This is a video I made for my YouTube Channel Rain's Kitchen and Garden. Today I'm sharing a video where I show you how I make a very easy and extremely delicious cheese fondue dinner! The recipe has only 6 ingredients, 5 if you omit the wine. This is a great romantic dinner for two - but I've had this solo many times too! It tastes great with homemade bread and if you have leftovers, you can use it as a dip the next day! I'm using a smoked Cheddar cheese for this recipe but you can substitute with a regular Cheddar also.

How to make Italian Focaccia Bread With Onions!
This is a video I made for my YouTube Channel Rain's Kitchen and Garden. Today I'm making Italian Focaccia with Onions! This is such an easy and versatile recipe and the results are delicious! You could make this bread without the onions and use it as I do, like a pizza dough! You could use herbs on top, or Parmesan cheese or even work in some olives into the dough. This bread is great on it's own with a nice green salad with Italian dressing!
This recipe is part of a series based on the Williams Sonoma Collection Cookbook Titled Bread. I will be making all 40 of the recipes in this recipe book. The recipes range from classic breads, to yeast breads, to dinner breads, to breakfast breads, to tea breads and desserts, to international breads!

Planting Asparagus Roots In Raised Beds - Plant Now, Harvest For 20 Years! (Spring Garden!)
Welcome My Friends! ☺️
Today I'm sharing a video where I show you how I plant asparagus roots in my raised beds. It's a quick video just to show you what the roots look like when you receive them. I basically dig a trench about 8 inches deep and then build a small mound with soil and spread the root around the mound like a spider. I cover the root with about 2 inches of soil. In a few weeks, as the asparagus pops out of the soil, I'll add another 2 inches. I'll repeat this until the soil reaches the top of my raised bed. You aren't supposed to harvest asparagus for the first few years, but year three, you can harvest everything! These plants will give you a great harvest for up to 20 years, so I definitely think it's worth the $17 CAD that I spent for the 8 asparagus roots!

This is a video I made for my YouTube Channel Rain's Kitchen and Garden. Today I'm sharing a video where I show you how I make apple butter in my slow cooker. It couldn't be an easier recipe. You just toss chopped apples, salt and a wee bit of sugar into the slow cooker and let it sit on low for 8 hours. I made this apple butter to go with my cheese fondue, I'll link that video below!
