Wings of Time: Ruby the RainRunner 

So decided to draw Ruby the Oviraptor in the Wings of Time Au too, thus creating RainRunner’s. (Along with her father, as I find drawing an adult version of the creature, makes it a lot easier to draw a ‘young’ version)

Originally I was thinking of making her a HiveWing or a SilkWing, but I honestly haven't read those books involving those dragons and know little about them, other that what I’ve read from wikis. And considering I had a lot of fun creating SkyTooth/SkyTeeth design, I decided why not create another new species? I’m going to do that anyway with another character so why not do the same with Ruby?  

So let me introduce you to the RainRunner’s, name is based on the fact the  Oviraptor’s in the Land Before Time are called Fast Runner’s, and I imagine these guys living in the rainforest part of Pyrrhia.

For their design, I really wanted to keep their head chest and Oviraptor-ness, but still make them an interesting creature, so I took some inspiration from the Kulu-Ya-Ku from Monster Hunter as that had some features I wanted to implement into the RainRunner’s design. It’s not the most interesting designs, but I think it works in the end. 

I imagine RainRunners are consider just above Scavengers by most dragons, as they are flightless Drakoraptors, but unlike scavengers they can communicate with dragons and other creatures being a multilingual species. Some dragons fear/hate them and think they are nothing, but horrible egg thieves, due to some rumours/possible cases of egg thievery(It is unknown if these cases are true or just anti-RainRunner propaganda) but within their rainforest home, that is not the case as the RainWings and RainRunners coexist happily with each other. 

I imagine that RainWings and RainRunners benefitting each other mutually and RainRunners becoming a big part of help raising young RainWings, So when the Wings of Time Dragonets show up in the rain forest they are able to get help with Chomper from Ruby.

Well, slug cock Jarv was kind of a non-canon anomaly, so he personally will never “return”. However I do still wanna introduce a new character who would basically fill the same place >w>

I wonder if people would even wanna see that though :/ As in a character who would be more to fill fetishy needs, like oviposition, inflation, and other stuff.

As I went through each of your blogs and I have learned a lot from each of them. In the future if at all possible I would like to do some collaborations with some of you if that would be OK. I don’t have any plans yet to do anything, maybe once I get further in my story first, but I hope when I ask I may get a yes form one of a few of you.

Same thing in the first set of gifts I made. Each of you has there own Amulet that I bound only to you. Giving you a little added benefit to your own magic that you do. Getting the magic matrix right was not easy. A few attempts and explosions later I started to get the hang of it along with the settings go make each of them a amplifier or focal point.
