To all DL1&2 Artists, Writers, and other fans! In honor of Halloween, I have decided to organize a themed challenge for the Dying Light fandom! It’s supposed to be our month! You know, us horror monster fans? Why not celebrate with something that could lighten up the fandom?

For this special event, I have created a setting/hashtag #AllHallowsVille, an alternative version of our beloved Villedor, with 1980s retro, freaky, B-movie vibes! Now imagine your fav character, and their role! Will he/she/they be a bloodthirsty killer on the loose? A genetically mutated beast? Or unspeakable from outer space? Create whatever you want and share them with us! I cannot guarantee but I will try my best to do at least one fanart of every fic/art/edit submitted.

They deserved better

They're only have 15 minute in scenes, but killed it all of them.

How did you cope with knowing that Rahim died in a childish bid just to get your attention? That he was so impressed with you and wanted you to notice him so much that he ended his life in a rail car, bitten and bleeding? Did you mourn him? Did you ever love him back? Or was he just another kid on his way to manhood, unnoticed until he became an object of tragedy?

Just to get my- ex-fucking-cuse me?

Rahim wanted to make a difference. To help. That kid got stuck in a hell hole where he had to watch his city die, where his sister and whatever friends he made at the Tower risked their lives day after day for months, and you reduce all that down to I show up and he pulls that shit because he wants my attention?

He wasn't some harebrained punk. Rahim was a traumatized kid who wanted to fight back, to prove himself, to matter. Be a hero, ya know? Save a life or two maybe. Show the world (and himself) that he can.

So, don't dump this on me.

His life ended too soon because Harran took it from him. But he knew what he was doing and what risks he was taking, even if he might've downplayed them in his head thanks to the arrogance of youth. But he knew. Just like the grown-ass adults who went with him did. I mean, what about, let's say, Omar? Everyone keeps forgetting about fucking Omar. Who's he, huh? Just a name on a list, a tiny note scribbled in the margins, no biggie?

God. I'm mad now. That whole thing was a shit show.

Excuse me. I'm going to go punch some fucking train carts now.
