Excited to have added a new @breakoutrunning client, somebody I’ve worked with before on the high school coaching side. The plan is to make him a @lsutrackfield Tiger by end of summer! . . . Meanwhile 8.7 miles for me today, 4 at #steadystate effort. My long version of the #fairfaxcity loop is challenging and as I rediscovered today, there is about a 3-mile stretch where I am just going up and up and up...definitely a challenge. At least the rain we had all day tapered off after about a mile. My @altrarunning Escalantes still got soaked though.
