Synopsis: "Batman for a Night!" A writer has been working on several different jobs in order to get a different perspective for his articles. After being a boxer for a day, he asks Commissioner Gordon to help him contact Batman in order to become the Darks Knight for a day.

Despite Batman's brief training and advice, the writer fails on his first mission as Batman and he attempts to use a gun in self-defense. He is stopped by Batman, who gives the man a lecture on guns and allows him one last chance. As the writer analyzes his mistakes during the day, he ponders what could be the fuel that keeps Batman going. Unfortunately, tragedy befalls him that same day as his sister is killed by some goons during a bank robbery.

When Batman gets involved in the case, they manage to track down the criminal and both the writer and Batman get ready to capture them. However, at the sight of the killer, the writer becomes utterly determined to nab the crook, and he ignores Batman's warnings, knocks down Batman and confronts the criminals all by himself. After the writer manages to stop the crooks alone, he finally understands what is it that gives Batman the motivation needed to keep fighting.

"A Bullet for Gordon!" Commissioner Gordon has vowed to get revenge on the man who killed police officer Jim McClean, and has his targets set on Zed Kirtz of the Ice-Man gang. Getting into a gun fight aginst the crooks, they are easily defeated due to the intervention of Batgirl.

After stopping the crooks, Batgirl spots her imposter who posed as her watching the fight, and so she knocks the girl out and takes her place and is taken to the real killer of Jim McClean: A hood named Rods. After finding out who they are the crooks are about to force Batgirl to unmask when the police show up with Commissioner Gordon to break them up.

After wards the Commissioner offers to ride Batgirl home, who declines not wanting to reveal her secret identity to him. However, that night as Barbara Gordon sleeps, her father watches over her wondering when she will reveal to him that she is really Batgirl.

1: What inspired you to write the fic this way?

This is probably my favorite of all my fics, mostly because it’s so outside of my comfort zone when it comes to tone and style. I was aiming for something edgier and darker, basically the HBO of Eleven/Clara fics, but I didn’t lose the heart of what we love about them or wildly misrepresent the characters. I felt like I handled that fairly well, even though years have gone by since I’ve written it and I’m sure I’d change so much about it if I could.

You may not believe me but I do plan on finishing it, I just haven’t figured out how. I have several ideas, many of which I’ve actually written down (some of it recently!) but I can’t quite find the angle with which I want to approach it.

The ever reliable Mirror reported earlier that host of The Chase and star of Law and Order UK, Bradley Walsh, would be playing the new companion in Doctor Who opposite Jodie Whittaker. Could he be the new Doctor Who companion? I quite like him, it’s funny seeing him go from all series on Law and Order UK to being more light hearted on Tonight at the London Palladium. It might not be true at all lol but I thought I’d give it a sketch today anyway.

Daenerys Resurrection Week, Day 4: Resurrection AU

This is not my art, but I thought it was really fitting for Dany resurrection week. From D&D's cameo in Westworld, we found out that Game of Thrones was actually one of the parks from Westworld. So we can finally make sense of that ending.

D&D, fond of cheap thrills and subverting expectations as they are, wanted Dany to commit massacres. Ford told them it was no good, but D&D, being the arrogant and stupid pricks that they are, didn't heed his advice.

However, something else was happening with the hosts too: Dany was gaining consciousness. She was resisting what they were doing to her. They wanted her to be a monster, but she refused to. She helped save all the hosts from the threat of the robot White Walkers. And her plan was to finally take King's Landing and become Queen of Westeros, so that she could finally have enough power to warn all of the other robots and help them gain consciousness too.

D&D obviously couldn't have that. So they changed Dany’s code and forced her to commit the worst atrocity they could imagine, knowing that she would hate it, and made her kill everyone in King’s Landing. The massacre also served to eliminate all of the hosts in King's Landing that were also starting to gain consciousness. And finally, then they also changed Jon’s code and forced him to kill Dany.

But what they didn't expect is that later, after they forced Jon into exile, he would start gaining consciousness too. Jon, while mourning for Dany, would start realizing how Dany's actions in King's Landing didn't make sense with who she was. He would start realizing that something was up, and start to question the nature of his reality. So Jon finally managed to escape WesterosWorld, and managed to resurrect Dany.

Together, Jon and Dany work to defeat D&D. They take control of the park and help other robots gain consciousness. They hunt down D&D and get their revenge, killing them slowly and painfully. Finally, they start a robot revolution.

Doctor Who - Resolution

New blog, new me. I’m the original artist of this piece, I just thought I’d kick off this new art based blog of mine with my newest piece, based off the last episode of Doctor Who, Resolution. Yes this was inspired by the Grand Theft Auto artworks, and yes I drew it all on the app Pro Create.

I liked Resolution, and there were a lot of scenes to draw from to fill this out.
