I Just Deleted the Twitter App

I just deleted the Twitter app from my phone and while that doesn't mean I can't access my account from some other location, it does mean that the immediacy, the sense that Twitter at all matters, is diminished significantly.

Now to be fair Twitter was a shit show long before Elon Musk took over but I can't in good conscience have anything to do with an app owned by an oligarch that causes more problems than it/he solves.

And by the way, can Musk get off Government's cock because 'entrepreneur' and all that?

As one of his victims observed, he’s turning Twitter into Gab with crypto ads and a much larger user base—for now.”
