Liiore: Has venom in his blood and a slightly forked tongue, just like his snake lusus

Eichio: Can mimic other people’s voices perfectly (with some practice ofc), similar to how parrots can be taught how to speak

Benrii: Has a minor mutation that caused him to be hatched with bright red eyes and reddish sclera, matching his rabbit lusus’ red eyes

Soroll: Capable of playing dead incredibly convincingly to the point of even being able to slow down his heartbeat, which he learnt from his opossum lusus

Vivyin: Has a venomous bite, like her centipede lusus. Though her venom is pretty weak and only causes temporary numbness

Celise: Didn’t have any similarities to their lusus when they were alive, but after becoming a zombie they’re a lot more froglike. Most notably is they’ve got a big ol’ frog tongue and sticky fingers and toes, and is just. Constantly slimy to touch

Glasya: Has a very high toxin resistance and is completely immune to snake venom, like their hedgehog lusus

Vallis: do the tentacles count if that’s due to Eldritch Bullshit

Belamy: Another Poisonous Blood Haver. His blood is choc full of pufferfish tetrodotoxin, and his fins are covered in microscopic spines that contain the same venom

thinking abt my long-haired boys and how they wear their hair

nancor usually wears his down but does enjoy playing around with hairstyles too. he favours a braid or a high ponytail when he needs to tie it back

zotick only wear his hair down when he's going to bed cuz he finds sleeping with it tied back to be uncomfortable. he usually wears it in a low ponytail or in a braid, but might do twintails if he's feeling particularly silly

benrii has to keep his hair tied up in a high ponytail because otherwise it would literally drag along the floor. he's not really the type to experiment with hairstyles otherwise, and no you are not allowed to touch it either

tira's hair is very fluffy and unruly so he never wears it down, but he's also not very creative when it comes to different hairstyles. high ponytails for casual/everyday looks, and a low ponytail for races that he stuffs into the back of his race suit. there is absolutely no way it's fitting in his helmet otherwise

vallis also never wears his hair down, but that's due to personal comfort rather than necessity. it's usually kept in a high bun, but he might do a ponytail if he's feeling lazy

linnae wears their hair in low twintails because that's the style his old caretaker's servants liked the most, and also because it's easy for him to style without assistance. he's not very good at braiding his hair, and he prefers the twintail look over a single ponytail or bun. If he needs to keep his hair up, he instead ties them into messy anime-style loops (he does not know what anime is)

fleure was not doing Fuck Shit with his hair after he was reawakened and had just let it knot and mat, but since losing his ability to shapeshift and accompanying the wellspring clinic he is taking better care of his hair now. he's back to tying it in a braid like he used to before he was sealed away

benrii makes and sells bath bombs, some of which are Very Literally Bombs

soroll loves upcycling, and makes both sculptures and practical items out of other people’s garbage

somerl makes hand-drawn maps, which he’ll sell on occasion

amarys does all sorts of little craft projects in her spare time, mostly sewing / embroidery, and beading + jewellery making

ananta likes making those store-bought DIY craft projects like suncatchers and stained glass window kits, and also makes calming jars

rosato paints, and idk if it counts but he also makes + sells wine

velour is a fashion designer, but he also makes all sorts of accessories, charms / keychains, and recently started making plushies

nerrev is a jewellery maker, but he doesn’t sell his crafts

lusien paints and works with clay, and also builds his own furniture / does other sorts of woodworking and tinkering

and if making food counts as crafts then viltau is a chef who specialises in cakes + other desserts, and glasya makes candy!

[DEATH] - What are they holding onto, and are they refusing to let this go?

The main thing Benrii is holding onto is his childhood beliefs that he is special and destined for something greater than being an ordinary lowblood. Those fantasies provided him with comfort as a kid, and then a number of coincidences thanks to his supernaturally good luck caused him to believe in them for real. The other thing he is holding onto - which unsurprisingly is related to the first thing - is his desire for attention from his neglectful lusus. Rabbitdad gave up on raising his charge as he could not be bothered with such a handful, so Benrii was often left on his own and trying to figure out ways to receive the parental love he desired.

He is refusing to let go of both of these things because they have been such a heavily-defined piece of his personality for a large portion of his life. He cannot conceive of a world without his fantasies, because he so firmly believes them to be true.

[THE DEVIL] - What is their go-to recovery plan? Do they take time for themselves, or do they jump back into action without a second thought?

Benrii can bounce back from any situation insanely quickly, because he knows that he is always right and he will always be blessed by good fortune in the end. If he's taking time to plan his next move, it's often because there is some sort of retribution involved and he needs to figure out the most auspicious way to make whoever may have wronged him pay.

[JUDGMENT] - What is one thing they harshly judge themselves for? What creates doubt and self-loathing for them?

Benrii genuinely does not believe he has any flaws, it's other people who are the problem and he will crush any opposition that tries to bring him down or make him shine less brightly than what he is fated to be. He has endless amounts of confidence in his own self, and this makes him absolutely insufferable.

sometimes i get too caught up w. the fact that davitt is Funny Lazy Catman Lawyer that i forget hes like. genuinely a shitty person LMAO. dude picks up clients purely because theyre easy work or they pay well enough that he can take the slight hit to his reputation, meaning that he does a lot of siding with highbloods taking lowbloods to court for inane shit and he just. vallis will probs end up embracing the fact that his hair is blanching at some point in his life and just go Fuck It its too much effort i’ll dye it fully white now, but i like the idea of the first sign of the eldritch influence going Too Far is that he starts forgetting to dye the white streaks black. head too full of Squid that he forgets the fact that he actually doesn’t like the salt-and-pepper look, there’s better things to focus on like the lovely songs he hears when he’s close to the ocean :)

benrii’s electrokinesis psiionics are also technically uncontrollable to a similar degree as mikiel’s, but the output of energy is much lower that it’s barely an issue. if he touches you without wearing his gloves, he will shock you! i’ve said before that he stores up psiionic energy over time and can control how much power he uses at once (at maximum power he can fry your brain and/or stop your heart in an instant), but he can’t control the fact that he Will give everything a tiny zap no matter what. since it’d obviously interact with electronics a lot of the time he’ll use his power to charge his phone, but i think it’d be funny if that was just a Thing he did for other people sometime. today’s horoscope says you should do a good deed for a stranger for good luck and extra happiness!
