ALL OF THIS. Say it with me:
👏Your identity doesn't make you immune from being a bad person with a shit personality 👏
Many lgbt teenagers and young adults growing up on the internet today have socially conservative beliefs that they voice at all times that they got from their conservative parents which they’ve never challenged because they think the life experience of being gay or trans makes them politically progressive

T h i n k i n g a b o u t the horror au
Cws: self harm ment, queerphobia, ableism, misoginy and racism mentions.
Im still gonna go with that route but I think I wanna get those concepts ive talked about and turn them into analogies
"God forbid a [insert minority group here] be angry"
Its a line i see sometimes and honestly, i think its true. If you are a part of a minority group, may it be queer, black, asian, muslim, woman, disabled, neurodivergent, or whatever it is, people dont want us getting mad. They take us to our limit and then demonize our anger. See, a black person mad? Violent. A woman? Histeric. A trans person? """"""Delusional"""""". A disabled person? "Negative and dreadful >:(".
Going back to the horror au, Megan's thing is that hes being kept captive by a scientist who wants to turn him into a horror monster. It doesn't work since they defeat him first, but Megan is left with outbursts of strong feelings and goes Feral mode sometimes :) i think if i can change it a bit, i can get it to be a metaphor for Anger. Hes been through a lot, and now hes Angry. Its "monstruous" tho. He avoids it. He even goes as far as self harming to keep himself from going Feral Mode. He does it for the comfort of others. Yes it may be violent, and he does need to find a better way to cope than just self sacrificing and harming himself just because its better for others :) but its Ok to be angry. Ofc tho, im gonna have him learn this the hardest way ^^

[very deep sigh] when the same fucking admin inserting self-made terms into articles to "be more alterhuman-inclusive" decides to insert self-made terms into articles on intersexism and somehow STILL doesn't see the underlying issue (trying to insert self-made terms into pre-established terminology in the context of reference articles without a conversation with the larger community)
(there's no context here but I'm 90% sure it's about Cryptocrew, the admin of the lgbta wiki)
Uh so yeah the "folkel" thing sucked. And I just checked Cryptocrew's contributions page and unironically like the last 200+ contributions are all on intersex pages.
It sees like they've been adding wolffian (dyadic/perisex male) and müllerian (dyadic/perisex female) into some the intersex pages along with more references to CFT (close to female), CTM (close to male) and disabilities. In other pages it just looks like they're fixing typos.
On the intersexism section of the queerphobia page it doesn't look like they changed anything so I'm not sure what you're referring to.
CTF and CTM are the only terms they added that were actually coined by Cryptocrew. Cryptocrew('s body) is dyadic/perisex but the term was coined by Angel, one of their intersex system members which complicates things.
Maybe contact @official-lgbta-wiki about this?

TAGLIST:
I've finally decided to go through and catalog all the tags I use for my content, for ease of navigation. I do want to make an effort to start tagging things more consistently. List is under the cut!
#discourse- posts involving debates or arguments. General warning for rudeness and offensive/potentially triggering material. I prefer to keep discourse in the comments for the most part nowadays, so much of this content is older.
#nbw/#noodle boi war- posts dating from the meme war of August-October 2020. Usually long. I would purge this tag, but the amount of posts are just too vast to do so effectively.
#pigeon.txt- original posts that don't involve artwork/images. I may not use this tag if the subject matter of a post is very serious.
#shitpost- funny, lighthearted, sarcastic, or random posts.
#meme- usually shitposts involving images or popular memes.
#personal/personal thread- posts or threads that consist of interactions between me and my mutuals (rather than content).
#asks- what it says on the tin.
#anon- see above.
#politics- catchall tag for anything socioeconomic or political in nature. Usually serious.
#us politics- politics pertaining specifically to the US.
#psa- personal posts that may be relevant to my followers (such as when I'm going to be gone for a period of time).
#exvangelical/#ex religious/#apostate- posts discussing poor experiences with Christianity, particularly the evangelical denomination. This is not meant to be a condemnation of Christianity as a whole, simply documentation of my negative experiences within it and my positive experiences leaving it.
#my writing- what it says on the tin, old content may not be a good reflection of my writing skills today. YMMV. (Will be putting in quotes in the future due to the iOS debacle.)
#poetry- mostly my original poetry, see above.
#my art- what it says on the tin. I don't recommend scrolling too far down this tag, because my early art was really, really bad. (Will be putting in quotes in the future, much like #my writing.)
#french revolution- posts about the French Revolution, as the name would suggest. Used to be tagged with #(un)usual content, this has since changed.
#pigeon/#pigeons/#pigeons!- posts about pigeons, my favorite bird.
#ask game- ask games/questionnaires.
#moodboard/#aesthetic- aesthetic boards, usually for characters or media.
#incorrect quotes- funny incorrect quote memes, will often be tagged with the fandom, e.g. #incorrect heathers quotes.
#teresaposting- posts involving Teresa Agnes from TMR. Sometimes I inexplicably start spam-posting about her (beloved), the tag is for blocking purposes.
#actually autistic- posts about being autistic/neurodivergent.
#do not reblog/#don't reblog- what it says on the tin. Reblogs may or may not be deleted.
#rant- angry posting that might not make logical sense.
#vent- sad or angsty posting that might not make logical sense and may be triggering. Currently going through this tag and purging some content.
I try to always trigger tag COVID-19 (#tw covid ment), racism (#tw racism), queerphobia (#tw homophobia/#tw transphobia/#tw queerphobia), ableism (#tw ableism/#tw extreme ableism), mentions of suicide (#tw sui ment), gun violence (#cw gun violence), police brutality (#tw police brutality), and mentions of Nazis (#tw nazi ment). Other trigger tags will be added upon request, and I may start putting quotes around trigger tags depending on how the iOS issue shakes out.
(I also tag unreality/existential jokes with #unreality tw.)
Fandom posts will be tagged with the name of the fandom, a common abbreviation, or both.
Stay safe!

AND. IF SOMEONE DOES THIS SHIT TO YOU OR ASKS. DO NOT FUCKING ANSWER THEM. DO NOT DIGNIFY THEM WITH A RESPONSE IF YOU WANT TO STAY SAFE. I HAVE AN EXPERIENCE WITH THIS I CAN TALK ABOUT THAT STILL SCARES THE SHIT OUT OF ME.
A few days ago some girls in a grade below me flagged me down while I was biking and asked if I was Robin (that’s not my deadname so im comfortable saying it). I told them no, my name is Oakly, and they immediately said “no it’s not, you weren’t born with that name you’re lying” and I didn’t know what the fuck to do so i just kept denying it. I should have biked away right then and there, manners be damned. They kept going, kept asking what my name was, and eventually asked me if i was gay. Very loudly. In a very conservative town.
I said I don’t know. I was visibly uncomfortable. They asked me if i had a girlfriend or if I wanted a girlfriend. I said no. I also said no when they asked the same but for a boyfriend. They kept pressing and would not let me leave until I said “yes” to something, and then asked me my political affiliation. Once again, they would not let me leave until I gave them an answer they wanted, so I did, and they responded “that’s why you’re gay” in a way that clearly meant i was in trouble.
They started walking closer to me so I made a “am I about to get hatecrimed” joke out of panic. They didn’t smile or laugh and only got closer and said i “should probably get out of here while I had the chance.”
A few minutes later I had to pass by them again to get home, and they nearly ran me off the sidewalk and into the street.
I assumed these girls were also queer. that’s the only reason i didn’t ignore them. I thought maybe they wanted to talk to another person who “looked gay.” So if someone comes up to you and does shit like this, asks you if you’re gay or trans etc, ESPECIALLY if you are not in a queer friendly space. do not give them a fucking response. Unless you are at like.. pride or something, and it’s not a literal fucking stranger asking this, you probably do not know who you are dealing with and you should not give them a response.
btw it's like. extremely inappropriate to go up to random strangers IRL and say you think they're gay/trans/queer/etc. it's not funny, it's terrifying and a huge overstep of boundaries
