unwell (i'd been waiting on its 5th/final season for a while. character drama definitely got me more invested than overall plot--enough to cry multiple times-- you could sort of tell they ran out of runway re: planning out the ending. Egregious amounts of ads for the 30ish minute runtime per episode)

give me away (the same people from The Message and Life/After, both of which i considered meh, but the premise of voluntarily bodysharing with aliens was so fascinating to me i gave it a listen anyway. it was still meh somehow. the narrative focus on the world's most annoying daughter was confusing)

someone dies in this elevator (it was billed as an anthology series where the only unifying factor of the stories is what it says on the tin, but the writing was pretty bad, i quit on episode 2)

within the wires (season 8 came out! but i also considered this one meh somehow, so i finally made the decision to stop listening to these, as i've found them steadily less gripping every time. the first 2 still hold up, i figure)

game study study buddies (i didn't actually listen to any more episodes of this, i just finally made the informed decision that i don't think it's that interesting and unsubscribed)

the pasithea powder (a relatively neat and well-written 3-season sci-fi about Lesbians/Trauma/War, but the plotting and voice acting from basically anyone but the 2 leads could have used some work. but it's also a Really indie production, they did well with what they got)

currently working on:

oh no ross and carrie (i have listened to 160 episodes of oh no ross and carrie since last mentioning it, it eventually became my go-to work podcast bc i needed something that could consistently make me giggle and i'm caught up with all the things that Usually make me do that)

the adventure zone versus dracula (it is definitely Goofy above all else, and thank god for that, i'm liking it so far)

- taskmaster the podcast (watch taskmaster the show first, i mean it, it's one of the funniest things in my life rn and you can watch like 13 seasons of it for free on youtube) - terrible, thanks for asking (though i figure this is one to be listened to in small doses, i've only heard an episode or 2 so far) - oh no ross and carrie (you've probably heard of this one, i've definitely heard of it for years before actually putting it on my list. the mormon episode was where i thought 'okay, i am now intrigued enough to listen to your whole backlog')
