Omg where did they have the Q&A for spree? I went to see it last night at the drive in too in Vineland but I don’t think we had that?

OH yeah I DUNNO it was in Vineland via Arclight Theater but it was before it was released on the 14th. I mean normally a Q&A is in person ofc but this was pre-recorded so why not just let other screenings use it...? I don’t know the answer lol.

Everything okay?

Warnings: none

Waking up alone was a normal thing for Stiles but that doesn’t mean it’s has gotten any easier. Sitting upright, Stiles eyes roaming their shared room for any sign that Thea. His eyes fell on the crumpled-up sheets on her side.

Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, Stiles sheepishly got out of bed. Half walking and half dragging his feet he made his way to the room in parallel with their room. Quietly pushing the door open enough to poke his head in, Tommy and Zander’s room. Both boys were still tucked in their beds, Zander with a toy loin that once belonged to Skylar and Tommy had yet again turned himself to be laying sideways but no sign of Thea. Shaking his head with a soft chuckle, Stiles gently moved Tommy back to a normal position.  

Leaving the boys room, he made his way down to Skylar’s room, opening the door carefully to not make any noise. Stiles saw that his daughter had fallen to sleep watching a show on her laptop. Not wanting to risk awaking up Sky, Stiles left.  

He was quite surprised he hasn’t found her curled up in one of the boy's bed with both Tommy and Zander in her arms.

With no sign of Thea upstairs, Stiles figured he would try his luck downstairs. As he moved down the stairs his eyes were met with the soft warm glow from the kitchen lights. Stopping at the base of the staircase Stiles took a moment to look around for any other indicator of where Thea could possibly be, but he was only met with more darkness.

Assuming that meant Thea was home and mostly in the kitchen, he softly walked into the doorway. There sitting at the kitchen island. No matter how many times Stiles' saw her, he knew he would never get tired of her.  Leaning against the door frame, he asked himself that same question his been asking himself since they started dating ‘How the hell did I get this lucky?’  

He watched her for a bit, just admiring his wife. If Thea knew he was there she gave no indication that she was aware.  

Thea kept her eyes glued on the file in fount of her. As she re-read it, her left hand met her right shoulder, digging her fingertips into the tense muscle. The wince that fell from her lips pulled Stiles out of his daze.

He walked behind her; his hands came to rest on her shoulders. He felt her jump more “everything okay?” he asked even though he knew Thea well enough to know that it wasn't.

Thea nodded, closing the file and pushing it slightly off to the side, before swinging her body around to face Stiles. She took in his appearance, all the telltale signs of lack of sleep was there. The messier than usual hair, the way his pjs hang in a similarly fashion to his hair and the slightly darken bags under his eyes.  

It became clear to her that he just woken up and came looking for her. “what are you doing up?” Thea questioned him as she looked up at him and his still sleep hazed eyes.

Stiles smiled sheepishly “I could ask you the same thing” his hand cresses her jaw, his thumb rubbing soft circles on her cheek. On impulse Thea leaned into his touch. “Couldn't sleep without you” he added on while answering her question.  

Thea chuckled softly. “I thought that was your pillow”

“I'd take you over my pillow any day”  

Thea rolled her eyes at him “such a dork”

“maybe but you love me” Stiles said, leaning down to place a kiss on her forehead.   “you got lucky” Thea clarified, as she leaned up to catch Stiles lips in a soft yet passion kiss.

“I'm aware” Stiles mattered against her lips before returning the kiss.

Before anything could go any farther the two adults were interrupted by the sound of soft whimpering. The two of them looked towards the sound and they were met by the sight of Zander red eyed, hugging his toy loin tightly to his chest. As Stiles moved to stand next to Thea, the young boy caught slight of who he wanted the most.  

“Mom!” Zander exclaimed with as much excitement his tired 9-year-old body could manage, before running up to her and lunching himself into her arms. Wrapping his arms tightly around the back of her neck as he hid his face against her shoulder. Finally feeling safe since waking up.

“Nightmares again?” Thea asked, rubbing small circles on his back to soother him. Zander nodded his head ever so softly that only due to the position he put himself in Thea could feel it.  

Thea looked up at Stiles with an all too familiar look. “You want any help getting him back to bed?”

“No, I've got him. I'll meet you back in bed once I get him down again” Thea said, knowing full well it’s easier with just one parent in the boy's room.  

Stiles hummed softly, his had definitely heard that before. Place one more kiss on top of Thea’s head and gently tossing Zander’s messy hair. “don't let this one convinces you to stay the night again"

Story : Stiles&Thea are best friends (with the possibility of becoming something more), they have strong feelings for each other, and always been there for each other.

But one day Thea learns that she is sick and dying. Of course Stiles learns it as well and wants to be there for her, because she is his everything. But Thea tryes to push him away, because it’s her way to protect him : hurting him so bad that he’ll forget about her and won’t be miserable when she died. But Stiles stays by her side no matter what, because that what they do.

The video focuses on Stiles point of view, how Thea is everything to him and that he doesn’t want to lose her.

 At the end you see Thea looking at paper « Alive ». Did she survive ? Or does it simply mean that this is a reminder that she is still alive, and should be make the most it, with Stiles ? The interpretation is up to you
