“MasterChef Quebec”: An emotional departure that shakes the brigade
It was with heavy hearts and a lot of emotion that the MasterChef Québec brigade said goodbye to Jordan on Thursday evening.Accustomed to elimination challenges and defending himself by proudly wearing the black apron, Jordan unfortunately did not impress the judges with his sushi, during the last challenge launched by chef Antonio Park.
Next week, a blind relay race Amine Laabi, who has notably participated in the show Les Chefs!, will visit amateur cooks next week.
The mystery box will offer two options to the candidates who will have to make a decisive choice. Some will prefer to cook chicken while others will opt for eggs.
On Tuesday, the candidates will be placed in teams and will have to work in relays and blindly, without knowing what the previous person did in the kitchen.For the elimination challenge, the candidates will be given a very special mystery box. This box will contain the remains of past decisions, reminding us that each decision made on MasterChef can have a significant impact on what happens next.
One person will set the bar too high and will have to hand in their apron.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Veronique Dalle, Sommelier and co-owner of @moleskinemtl on Parc Avenue in Montreal. This two-floor restaurant is a pizzeria on the first floor and fine dining on the second. The pizzeria has wines on tap (pictured) - all selected by Dalle and served up alongside delicious pippin’ hot pizza.
