I don't like where the Streamline video is going... 😮‍💨

Yeaa,, I saw it early last night via her Patreon and honestly I'm kind of disappointed with some parts of it, she seems to be informed but also really uninformed on some parts? There's a few things she gets FLAT OUT 100% incorrect in the video, and some pretty iffy takes honestly, some of these are regarding me that she should've asked me about beforehand. Additionally, she should've talked to others involved like Luvu and Fern more extensively considering she seemed to be trying to present the information in a matter a fact/correct way, and there are many things presented incorrectly simply because she neglected to inquire about it. -

My biggest criticism is her take on the Sexual Abuse, Clover only agreed to do things because she was under the impression and being told it was a mutual want for the interaction, and going to be an equal thing. (meaning Mel didn't just want to do things with me, but her aswell) This obviously turned out to be false, Mel later on admitting that she'd only done things with clover to get to me. Streamline does NOT define this as abuse and instead referrers to it as Mel being a "bad friend", if lying to sleep with someone's partner is just being a shitty friend then I don't wanna know what other things she'd excuse . - A friend of mine put why this is Sexual Abuse into pretty coherent words so I'll present the scenario they presented to me here. Imagine you consent to having protected sex with someone, but you later find out they've poked a hole in the condom. Would that not be Sexual Abuse? This situation and what Mel has done can fit into the same category the theoretical. Obviously these are not the same thing, but the principle is the same. Someone lied/tricked another party they were having sexual relations with to either get their way or do something completely undiscussed/unbeknownst to the other/'s involved. Streamline tried to be respectful(?) of Clover, saying she is allowed to feel used, violated, etc. which is completely true! But Clover WAS abused, lying and being used for someone to get their way with someone else is a form of abuse.

- Smaller note since I'd like to re-state it, I am aware now that the term "Sexual Assault" was probably not the proper term to use in this situation. I used it because I was unaware of the differences of S/A and Sexual Abuse at the time, and when explaining what had happened to friends they'd told me it was S/A, so I had assumed that was indeed the term I should've used. I probably should've done more research for myself, but I was emboldened by everyone around me what I was saying was in fact correct and just wanted to get the fact this happened out there period. - I am however, glad that Streamline did acknowledge the fact that Mel is indeed a danger to minors. As of now Mel is befriending more minors, not just Khai, which is concerning considering she clearly hasn't gotten a hold of her "humor", or ability to control herself around minors yet. Additionally, having someone cover the weird shit she did to Omi, such as the USB she kept hoarding their art was also good. - On a smaller note before I stop writing, Streamline points out how I was apparently not clear enough to Mel about what I wanted to talk to her about before our friendship ended and how I didn't mention that I wanted to talk to her about the Sexual Abuse and whole admitting to only sleeping with Clover to get to me thing. The reason I didn't outright say to Mel "Hey, can we talk about you lying about your intentions and only sleeping with Clover to sleep with me" was because she is an EXTREMELY unresponsive person when It comes to telling her she's done anything wrong, she would've just ignored me flat out or found some excuse to cut me off sooner. I'd been asking her for months at this point to talk about some concerns and Issues I had (which yes, did include us drifting apart, but was MAINLY her behavior around minors, and the stuff regarding Clover) I was trying to get her in a VC/to get her permission to bring up some problems long before our friendship started really crumbling, I just got very desperate at the end due to my mental health being 6ft under and generally just genuinely tweaking the fuck out because of the stress of everything, I wasn't okay. Again as I've stated before, just because I was mentally unwell doesn't mean the things I was saying about Mel were justified, nor was my erratic behavior during the whole situation, But again, I wasn't okay. - I have mixed feelings about the video, I do feel like I got beat down and my experiences, feelings, and claims got invalidated or even misrepresented a bit, (aswell as my friends) but there's not much I could do to prevent that considering Streamline didn't follow up with me about any of the things she is "unsure" of in the video, she had me friended, she had my contact. Just disappointed about that.

I may (or may not) touch on the other parts of the video, but I felt I'd acknowledge more serious parts for now. [- P.s Sorry for the yap session, I tried to keep it to important parts only.]

I've gone ahead and scrubbed my blog of all the stuff related to Mel/Quartelz and this situation since I've tapped out, all relevant posts and reposts I've made about the situation are all now located on @thequartelzsituationva

I really don’t understand how people see clovers situation as anything but sexual abuse. Everyone was under the agreement that everything was mutual but mel never wanted to do anything clover. She only used clover sexually to get closer with voided. I cant imagine how one must feel after knowing they got USED sexually in order to get closer to someone. How does that count as being a bad friend?? Its way more than that. I really did not like stream lines video. I used to be a huge fan of mel but doing my own research has given me a reason to stop supporting her. I was so ready for someone of stream lines status to show everyone EVERYTHING quartelz has done but no. She spent a long time on the “invalid” claims that at the end she basically goes “oh yea btw guys quartelz acts weird around kids.” I also feel as though she should’ve included how mel literally vented to khai, a minor, about how she had thoughts about wanting to be taken advantage of? I understand that both sides have been very terrible in this whole drama but it concerns me how people use the shade both sides throw at each other to water down whats really wrong in it (quartelz being weird around minors and khai going back to her AND clover being sexually abused) Streamline did right with some of the invalid claims. But the character theft, heavily inspired characters which were made purposefully in spite of mels ex relationships, and clovers sa were actual valid stuff. We only got a sneak peek at mels wrong doings but got a whole essay on the terrible things the other side did. We need more justice for clover and the minors around mel.

I especially agree that the fact mel was venting to khai about wanting to be taken advantage of 110% should've been mentioned, along with some other things such as Khai admitting she went back to be friends with her because they all enable her

This would've been a great addition in showing Mel isn't safe for Khai or any minor to be around, considering she enables her bad behavior, vents to her about topics she shouldn't, acts innapropriately around her because of her "humor", etc.

Especially because as we speak, Mels making more minors into close friends after saying she learned and wouldn't interact with any .

I really wish she would've just asked any of us for additional input , evidence, or clarification. The video suffers severely from that negligence.

The only logical reason I can see her not including these would be because either

A. She didn't see this evidence

Or

B. She saw it too late and didnt feel like editing it in, or had a personal opinion about it

I definitely think the more drastic things she's done should've been earlier in the video, not nearly 2 hours in.
