Chartreuse Brambleto - original 1.5oz Chartreuse 1605 @chartreuseliq 0.5oz Lime Liqueur Patron Citronge @patron 0.5oz BPT infused Gin Dry @tanqueraygin 2oz Orange Juice 0.75oz Ginger Syrup @pivnitabunicii 0.25oz Red Currants Syrup Bunch of mint . 🎪 Pour the red currants syrup in a tall glass. Slightly mash the mint at the bottom of a shaker with the ginger syrup. Add the rest of the ingredient, except the gin with big rocks of ice. Shake hard, double strain over crushed ice. Top with fresh red currants and BPT gin . 🎪 This was inspired by my new bottle of special edition Chartreuse 1605 of which I’m very enthusiastic. It has a slight minty finish, and that’s the reason for this mix between a mojito and bramble . 🎪 Although there’s a significant amount of syrup, without a powerful acidic juice, like lime of lemon, it still feels fresh, not overly sweet, and you can certainly feel that particular taste of Chartreuse in the back.
