Having a lot of thoughts about the difference in behaviours between the bear workers vs the bunny workers.

The bears, when they first started appearing, all were... maybe not unfriendly but definitely not interested in talking to the islanders (at least at first.)

They all had tasks to complete and were much more focused on them than any attempts at friendship, they had to basically be dragged kicking and screaming into a proper conversation.

Most of all, they were all scared. They made no attempts to hide the fact that they had a job to do or else. Cucurucho was a glaring exception in that they seemed to be the only worker who wasn't being forced to work and enjoyed what they were doing.

The bunnies, however, just give off a feeling of confidence. They have tasks to do, sure, but they act much more like Cucurucho in the way they aren't afraid to derail their tasks in order to either annoy or make friends with the islanders. They seem to be allowed to be silly or downright nuisances without fear of retribution.

I can't put my finger on what this all means for the greater scheme of the federation, but I just find it very interesting how they appear to have changed managing gears intensely.

How I think the Federation works is that the Duck is the big boss, with him also having their own main portion on Quesadilla Island, and Gold and Cookie are the other 2 factions on the same island.

We��re now in Gold, pretty obvious, and that faction is controlled by Mr. Bunny and their workers.

I think it goes like Duck -> Board -> Census Bureau -> Bear Fed Employees ≈ Other Faction employees

They all work under the Federation, and obviously the Leaders have bigger power than Census Bureau in the since they can actually govern their own land and have their own employees, while Cucurucho is like the IRS or OSHA lmao.

I think the Bear workers are a bit higher on the list than all the other workers simply because they work with Census Bureau so closely and are more or less under Mr. Duck’s direct supervision.

The Board, I believe, are all different animals and just so happen that Bunny is the controller of Gold. I haven’t seen many clips of the bunny workers yet but, they can actually speak which is something not even granted to A rank workers really.

Whether that’s a specific Federation rule or a just Bear worker rule it definitely brings more questions on where they lie on the podium. Especially because how do we even know they follow the same ranking systems from before since they are governed by a different leader.

I think the og Fed workers will inevitably come back, but more so as partners of the bunny workers than anything controlling them. I really will miss the bear workers though, but the Bunnies seem fun!
