Lark startled at the sudden appearance of the gift but smiled brightly at Pyro’s explanation. She was careful as she opened it, running her fingers over the uneven edges of the paper. “This is a great book for real art stuff, thanks Firefly! Just ‘cause you got it for me doesn’t mean you can peek without asking so don’t get any ideas about that but maybe if you tell me the story I’ll reconsider.”

Relationships (So Far)

James Logan Howlett aka Wolverine:  loganweaponx

Status: Father Figure

Logan and Jubilee share a close father-daughter relationship and at a time, Jubilee was his unofficial side kick.  Jubilee looks up to her "Wolvie" and hopes to be tough like him one day.

Jubilee and Logan have a strong bond with one another to where people knew Jubilee was practically raised by him.  As the years past Jubilee always finds time to hang out with her Wolvie and taking every chance to show him that even though she is an adult, she is the same ol' Jubilee.

Jubilee is also the only one that gets away with trolling Wolverine, everyone else would get their ass kicked (or unless they was a very pretty lady). She was one of the few to see the loving side of the 'toughest mutant' in a familial sense.

In some verses, after Logan's death Jubilee became depressed and then after a while she tried taking over the tough girl role.

 John Allerdyce aka Pyro:

Status: Best Friend/Roommate (Unofficial Adopted Son)

smellslikenapalminthemorning: At first John and Jubilee didn't get along too well.  When Jubilee first got to the mansion a lot of the other students weren't really nice to her except for Bobby and Kitty.  John was friends with Bobby so he got to tease Jubilee more but also get to know her.  One day after class Jubilee was getting harassed by some kids and John came in to throw a fire ball.  After that they became friends.  

The two became extremely close through out the years while John attended Xavier's.  When Stryker attacked the mansion, Jubilee was kidnapped while John ended up joining Magneto's Brotherhood.  When she was rescued and returned to Xavier's she was heart-broken to see John was no longer there.

After a long while of being bitter towards John, Jubilee put aside her moral views, John's choices, and reached out to be a friend to him again and became happy when he returned it.  They did have a big scare when John tried to end his own life, but Jubilee found him in time, thus proving that they are best friends for life.  This had them become roommates and live in the city so Jubilee could watch after John more closely.

St. John Allerdyce aka Pyro

Status: Inter-dimensional Boyfriend

pyromanihahaha: Since the two have met Jubilee has openly had the hots for him and is all over him when she sees St. John.  Since they are both crazy pyrotechnic mutants, Jubilee and St. John play off each other so well.

He'll do the most romantic gestures and Jubilee just can't help but gush over them.  Seeing that side always warms her up and assures her that no matter what anyone says, Pyro is not all bad. 

Robert 'Bobby' Drake aka Iceman

Status: Best Friend

iceicetomeetyou: Bobby is the best friend that knows all of Jubilee's little dirty secrets since she either told him or was there when it happened.  Will he use it against her?  Maybe not, unless things get really bad, but that hardly ever happens since at the end of the day, they are friends.

When Jubilee got to Xavier's, Bobby was one of the first to befriend her and not be such a bully.  And after basically growing up together, these two have pulled so many pranks over the years on all their class mates.

Bobby Drake

Status: Best Friend with Benefits

thefrozenladiesman: After the obvious tension between the two friends, it was inevitable that something sparked with them.  Whether if their relationship is just physically at the end of the day they go back to be friends.

Timothy 'Tim' Drake aka Red Robin (Yum!)

Status: Lost Lover/Long Distance Boyfriend

redcladnerd:  Finally seeing each other again after all these years, Jubilee and Tim picked up right were they left off.  She goes to visit him a few weeks at a time when she can as they relive the old days.

Elizabeth 'Betsy' Braddock aka Psylocke

Status: Close Friend BIG SISTER!

psylocke-ladybriton : Betsy and Jubilee share a sister relationship with Jubilee aspiring to be like the skilled psychic.  Betsy is always out traveling the world, while Jubilee is at the school going to classes.  But since they reunited, Jubilee and Betsy hang out a lot.

Betsy has taught Jubilee a lot on how to expand on her abilities when it comes to combat, making her reach closer to her potential and not the scared child that Jubilee was when the two first met.

Anne Marie aka Rogue

Status: Best Friend Bestie! (BFFF)

turnofxrogue: Jubilee and Rogue’s bond goes beyond as simply friends. There is a platonic love that keeps these girls together.  While they may never let go of “Who cheats at basketball the most” (*cough* Rogue), it never stops them from going to the mall to hang out after or Jubilee trying to teach her friend how to play Tetris.

Katherine "Kitty" Pryde aka Shadowcat

Status: Best Friend

totallycalmtotallycool: When it came to the top of her class, Kitty Pryde easily took that spot.  Jubilee on the other hand?  While she wasn't at the top, she still knew how to have a good time.  That means something, right?  Behind any mischievous operation the two pull, Kitty probably planned it off of Jubilee's idea.

Peter Parker aka Spider-Man

Status: Boyfriend

newchanceatlife: Jubilee met Peter on the campus of Empire University, however she did know about his other life as the webslinger prior to actually meeting him as Peter Parker.  They went on a date on Coney Island and shortly after they started seeing more of each other.

Logan did step in to play the disapproving father role, but after some “reasoning” him and Peter are okay.

Rachael Leigh Lewis aka Symphony

truesymphony :  If there was one girl Jubilee could talk boys with, it was Ray.  Ray is the cool chick Jubilee met at the mansion.  They got along rather fast and have had great chats when they could.  Jubilee has been traveling for a while and Ray moved in with her now official boyfriend, Tony Stark, so the two don't see much of each other now.  But Jubilee is going to make it a point to catch up with Ray, while they are in the same building.

Wanda "Donda" Wilson aka Lady Deadpool

wandawillkill312 : Popping out of no where one random day, Wanda met Jubilee and told her of the sparkler's crazed future.  From losing her powers to be turned in to a creature of the night, Jubilee was horrified.  But with hope that everything will be fine, Wanda mentions motherhood was in store for Jubilee.  After that the two still remain in contract.

As much as the Brotherhood boys hoped otherwise, little that happened at the Brotherhood House escaped her attention, and that included the arrival of Pyro. The former acolyte of Magneto's presence was both welcome and unwelcome. She was pleased that Lance had recruited him in the first place, but suspicious that Pyro was still working for his former master acting as a spy. She needed to get to the truth, and more importantly formally induct Pyro into the Brotherhood, 

Unfortunately though Pyro neither owed allegiance to her, nor feared her, both of which would have to change. Finding a pretext to get the boys and Wanda out of the house had been easy, ensuring that they left Pyro behind a little less so, but still scarcely difficult for someone with her skills. A little hacking had let her send out free tickets to a concert at the Bayville Arena to Toad, Avalanche, Quicksilver, Blob and Wanda, but not Pyro. It got the Brotherhood out of the way as she wanted, and with any luck had caused a nice little bit of friction for her to exploit...

A crow swooped in to land on the porch of the Brotherhood house, the soft wet sounds of changing flesh accompanying the landing, and a moment later 'Lance' entered the house, wandering through the rooms until he came upon Pyro.

"Hey man, the concert wasn't my thing," she shrugged negligently in Lance's usual style. "Anything good on the TV?"
