the way a lot of people on this app demonize sex and sexuality is kinda scary honestly
#inability to separate personal discomfort vs something being bad#and for americans specifically#an unwillingness to reflect on being raised in an evangelical society and does a lot of lip service towards progressive ideals without#putting in the work to break down the harmful belief system ur raised in#and instead pretends they are fully intellectual homegrown ideas#and use them to boost ur ego and attack others#sex is not evil nudity isnt evil#talking about it showing it exploring it isnt bad#we are animals#demonizing sex has never worked towards a more just society because sex is NORMAL!!!!!#it is an inherent part of nature#demonizing sex just leads to shame and secret and shadows
