I always say, I'll never be successful as a food blogger. I see food, I eat. I simply forget to take photos. It happens all the time. So when finally you see me posting a photo of food, that means I had a second (this one was actually third) helping. I've been living in Batangas for years, and today is the first time I had a taste of putong puti. The challenge now is where to buy it. Help! Oh, and I just learned how to make the perfect kapeng barako. Slow pouring at 200°C, that's the key to acid-free coffee. #artgym #kapengbarako #putongputi

I can't remember how many times I tried several recipes of this when I was at home and was never able to achieve the texture that I wanted (a lot of people can attest to that. Specially my dad) this was actually attempt #1 and it was a success 😊
