Day 2 ...No meat..I made 2 of my favorites. #brusselsprouts And #yams ...along with garlic, onions and some seasoning, it tasted amazing. Glad I have some leftover for tomorrow...Now yes it has been 2 days without meat. I'm not gonna completely cut it out but I will cut back. I want to see if cutting back on meats and sugars will help decrease stomach fat.
