[tip to prevent overeating]
internalize your anger towards food. got in a petty fight with someone annoying? direct your hatred towards food. don’t just pretend to be mad at food, redirect your anger and realize that the food you’re about to binge on and the person upsetting you are two of the same thing. because they are.
whatever angers you is dragging you down. binging, or breaking your fast too early is also dragging you down. they are figuratively the same thing, now it’s your job to make them LITERALLY the same thing. internalize the anger you feel towards food, and expel anything that holds you back from success.
now, there is a limit to this and i’m saying this because i care about your health both physical and mental. anger is healthy, frustration is healthy, IN THE RIGHT AMOUNTS. same with food. eat nutritiously and nourish your body. be skinny, but GOOD skinny. be the skinny that you achieved through being a guardian of your body. your body’s sacred, treat it as such and nourish it as such. regulate what goes in and goes out. you’re still human and you’re supposed to run, sweat, bleed, shit, and eating is only means for your good health and survival. not for stimulus.

Ugh
I keep eating.
I hate it so much. But I've been so stressed at work.
And I haven't lost a single pound.
But I haven't gained any either which is fucking weird.
I'm gonna start exercising a bit more.
Usually I just starve myself but the pounds aren't falling off.
So I'm just gonna start doing some cardio more.
Drink wayyyy more water. I'm gonna buy those humongous water bottles. Like the ones that come in for half a gallon of more and bring it to work with me and drink it throughout the work day.
I really need to start taking weight loss more seriously.

remember that starving alone won’t make you look good, you need to add other things to it like exercise, doing bodycare, skincare, haircare, when you eat then eat only healthy things that are good for your skin and hair, take your vitamins, collagen vitamins, don't just drink energy drinks and eat rice cakes and expect to look flawless.

The other night I binged like half my pantry so I'm gonna fast as much as possible :))))
Legit ate nothing today until my break at work. Ate like 1000cals but I know I burned hella at work :))) I've been purposely been running around at work, getting things down and heavy lifting and taking trash out to burn off those calories. And drank tons of water. It was like a 9hr shift, so I was mostly walking/running around.
And I was a dishwasher today, and yes it's a lot of just standing but I actually have to carry loads of things into the sink and scrub really hard on a lot on those things. It requires a lot of upper body strength so I was doing my best to make it work. And I swept and mopped the floors LOL bc I wanted to burn as much as I can.
So I'm doing this thing where I'm tryna only eat at work, but never eating when I'm home.
Ofc my roommate is probably gonna catch on this week cuz she has a week off from work (spring break cuz she's a teacher) so idk :) I'm gonna attempt a 48 hour fast on my next two days off. Idk how it'll go when she's gonna be home with me all day and I usually make breakfast and dinner for us. So I'm gonna just say I'm gonna eat in my room or something and not actually eat. 🤷‍♀️ Idk but hope it works!!
I wanna be skinny as fast as possible.

So today i tried to just eat normally. I have no idea how many calories I ate tbh but I know I didn't over eat. I ate like two meals with very small snacks in between.
I feel full, which I kind of hate.
But I think maybe it was like a metabolism day?
Idk, but it help good to have a normal meal :))
But now I can't stop thinking like maybe it was a binge??????
