Gordan Ramsey is not a great chef. He's a good chef. More importantly, he's a jack of many trades.
He's a good chef. He's a good performer. He's a good businessman. He's not GREAT at any of these things; he doesn't have to be. Jack of all trades vs a master of one. A master of one is good, yes, but versatility is often overlooked.
You don't have to be perfect at something to be considered great. Just good enough.
