Savor the deep shades of chocolate and pumpkin with these Paleo pumpkin brownies, which have a creamy pumpkin pie frosting on top. These are the ideal dessert for any fall get-together or sweet tooth craving.
Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup cacao powder. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional. 1/4 cup coconut cream. 1/4 cup pumpkin puree. 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
Instructions: Grease a baking dish and preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Almond butter, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, baking soda, sea salt, pumpkin pie spice, coconut flour, and cacao powder. Blend until thoroughly blended. If using, fold in the dark chocolate chips. Evenly distribute the batter after pouring it into the baking dish. When a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool fully. Puree the pumpkin, add the maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and coconut cream to a separate bowl and whisk until smooth. After the brownies have cooled, frost them. Cut into pieces and present. Have fun!

Enjoy the tastes of fall with this rich Pumpkin Ginger Ice Cream Sandwich Cookie Cake. Between two soft pumpkin spice cookies is creamy pumpkin ice cream with hints of warm spices. There are also chunks of crystallized ginger in the ice cream.
Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 2 cups heavy cream. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/2 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger. 24 pumpkin spice cookies store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until no streaks remain. Fold in the chopped crystallized ginger. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. Once the ice cream is firm, sandwich a scoop of ice cream between two pumpkin spice cookies to make individual ice cream sandwiches. Repeat with the remaining ice cream and cookies. Serve immediately or wrap individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree. 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 9-inch pre-made gingerbread pie crust. Whipped cream, for serving optional.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, egg, spices, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until everything is smooth and well mixed. Spread the pumpkin mixture out evenly in the gingerbread pie crust after you pour it in. It should be baked for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. Let the tart cool all the way down before cutting it. If you want, you can serve pumpkin tart slices with whipped cream. Have fun!
