˚₊‧꒰ა . — ˗ˏˋ ✮ ˎˊ˗ — ˖ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ —— yeji strolls into the apartment, a bubble tea in one hand and a can of monster energy in the other. she spots her roommate playing a game that she isn’t at all familiar with - junhwi had been playing it since she left, completely absorbed. a small smile tugs at yeji’s lips as she holds the can out to her. “figured you could use a little pick-me-up,” she says. “i went down the street for boba and thought of you. i wasn't sure if you’d want anything, but i knew you couldn’t say no to this.” she slumped down into a nearby chair, sipping on her own drink. “you look frustrated. are you winning?”

the reason i say sami will lose to roman is because they’ve already sold everyone on reigns v rhodes for the belts at mania. iwc bullshit aside that’s put a lot of asses in seats and sold a lot of tickets and they can’t back out now.

what i’m thinking is gonna go down is that sami’s gonna lose, but there’s gonna be interference from jey uso and/or KO, and it’s gonna start a jey/KO/sami versus bloodline story that will continue through mania.

cody is probably walking out with the belts at mania. 

i’m worked already bc i’m mad because it should be sami either winning at the chamber, or winning at mania. they’ve run this story for too long for him to get anything less but i don’t see cody getting sidelined. i can admit he’s a huge fucking draw while still being annoyed by it.

˚₊‧꒰ა . — ˗ˏˋ ✮ ˎˊ˗ — ˖ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ —— love had totally been in her own world before elkie called for her attention. she looked up from her book, a mischievous smile already tugging at her lips as she marked the page with her finger. “oh, this?” she asked, holding up the cover for elkie to see a little better. the illustration of two women staring at each other longingly, hands on each others waists - it definitely was easy to put two and two together. “it’s this gl novel i’ve been hooked on lately. you know, the kind of taboo workplace romance between a doctor and a receptionist,” her cheeks tinged with a bit of colour. “it’s a little controversial, but that’s what makes it so fun. they’re sneaking around, trying to keep things professional while totally failing at it. it’s messy, but i can’t help but love this kind of drama. where it’s not quite realistic, but there are a lot of highs and lows that keep you on the edge of your seat. i won’t even get into the spicy scenes…” love closed the book, her eyes twinkling with excitement as she got to speak about one of her favourite things in the whole world. “do you ever read these kinds of things? i have like a million of them at home – i could lend you some if you wanted. most of them are in thai, but i have a few korean manhwa's too - i bought them to try help me learn the language better. uh... comprehensible input, or whatever it's called.”

"hm, love?" elkie called softly, looking up from her laptop where she had been trying her best to read a recent study, which was entirely in korean. she managed just fine, but she's much slower and there's many words she has to look up. she needed a break– especially with the heavy topic of the study. curiosity had gotten the best of her, shifting her attention to the other woman in the space. elkie had been too entranced before to say much more, so it had been nothing but pleasantries so far. it was a comfortable silence, each of them focused on their own thing... until now. "what are you reading?" she asks even if the cover gives her a good idea about the contents. if love doesn't want to talk –which would be understandable– she'll stop bothering her, but they all were here to get to know each other better, right? elkie tells herself that, hoping she wasn't inconveniencing her too much.
