Holy shit I miss my old manager wtf is wrong with managers at this job
#in 1.5yrs I've worked with 6 different managers/supervisors and he was the only one that wasn't constantly screaming or spamming slack and#publicly shaming everyone as “motivation”. he also wasn't a jackass about scheduling. I hope he's onto better things but fuck I miss him#in fact he's the only reason I stayed this long & tried to get this role back bc I spent most of my time here on his team#anyway...job hunting again
