Modern AU where Darry marries Paul solely for money/benefits.

Darry doesn't hide his motivations either. Like, he literally called Paul over to his house one night and was like "hey, do you want to marry me? I need medical insurance," and they went to the court house the next day.

The funniest part is that Paul doesn't care that its a sham marriage, and is always like "oh, my dear husband that I love so much 💕" and Darry is like "Ponyboy needed a tonsillectomy and the hospital told me it was going to be $7,000 😐"

uhh oh!!! unexpected hospital stay 🤪

last night i fell flat on my stomach tripping over absolutely nothing, so i went in to get checked. everything looks fine aside from a scraped hand and knee but they kept me for overnight monitoring just in case. this, of course, happened while jose is out of town, so ngl chat it was a rough time!!! baby spent the entire night gettin funky, blissfully unaware of her mom's moment of lonely mortal terror.

I've never had the nuts to ask but idk how much this stay will cost and I'll be officially without an income in two weeks. anything you could throw my way would be so appreciated. 💛

Reading the interview clip where Sam Reid said that Lestat is ripped from the stage by Magnus is wild because we know he knows the books, that's not how it happens there, so he's maybe let Rolin's version slip. Which, if holds true, would be a seismic change. Instead of being torn from Nicki's arms while they sleep, Lestat would be taken during a performance, in front of an audience. Surrounded by humanity, by those he loves, but not a soul can save him. The one place that brought him joy would now be connected to the trauma of Magnus and his turning. If he truly is going to be the catalyst for the theater becoming hunting grounds in the show, for better or worse, it would seem to be related to this change as well. Also, his rockstar moment would have a desperation to it that reflects the books but is tragic in its own way. It would all become devastating in a subtly different way than how Rice wrote it. Even events that only happen in the show would have a different impact. Like Armand first approaching him telepathically while he was on stage would now seem cruel and calculated, and later choosing to put the trial on stage. Sorry about the ramble but it blows my mind how much a small change, changes so much. The murder of the opera singer...the mocking of the Dracula film...the baby on the Mardi Gras float...would all feel different.

the way it works is:

i pull up austrian houses for sale

stream it to friends (photos are fine but 3D tours are obviously the best)

than we just look through trying to find the cruzifix boy.

when we locate him we all yell "THERE HE IS" "I FOUND HIM" ect.

optional: i will wiggle my mouse cursor over him while my friends point at their screens

On good days Jinx is clingy.

She's wrapping herself over Ekko as monkey does, hugging him from being casually, touching his hands, legs, face, hair anything she can, and if she needs to do something she peels herself only this much as her tasks required, and then get back to clinging full power.

Like he's doing some repairs on his hoverboard? Jinx is sitting near him at his desk, with her legs wrapped around his waits loosely, minding her own project or dismantling once of her bombs, humming some songs.

She hold his hand with intertwined fingers when they walk around alleys of Zaun. She bumps her shoulders to his. Or smack him playfully, with too much force once in a while.

Half of the times the touch is not even intentional, it's just something she does subconsciously. She just like the feel of his skin on hers, the warmth, the comfort. It grounds her like nothing else does so she keeps doing it and he lets her do that all she wants, cause it makes him warm inside to have her next to him.
