BTS Park Jimin's Relationship with his Father

Park Jimin respects his father and cares about him. However, sometimes he feels like his father puts a lot of pressure on him. His father likes to compare Jimin with others in a subtle way so that makes Jimin feel like he is never good enough. This also does push Jimin to work harder.

As Jimin has become more successful, Jimin has felt like his father has become more materialistic and seems to want to rely heavily on Jimin for money. His father feels like they are incredibly close, yet Jimin often feels like his father doesn't really understand him fully. Jimin finds it very difficult to express himself truly in front of his father.

His father does care about Jimin and feels that he treats Jimin well in his own way. He is very proud of Jimin and often brags to others about Jimin, especially now that Jimin is successful. His father likes to talk about Jimin a lot with others. He is also very open/warm to fans who care about Jimin.

Jimin's father might be too caring about Jimin's career that he might forget about Jimin as a person. Jimin's father likes to give career advice to Jimin and has been deeply involved in terms of looking over the contract that Jimin re-signed with BigHit. Jimin's father feels like he has a big say in Jimin's career because he is his father. He is also afraid that Jimin will be taken advantage of others and will fight for Jimin, and it doesn't matter if Jimin is right/wrong, his father will stand by Jimin's side.

Jimin's father worries that Jimin will forget about him and abandon him once he is older. He wants to be financially taken care of and he makes his presence known in Jimin's life. Sometimes he might make surprise visits to see Jimin or he will send goods from home to Jimin. He tries to keep in contact with Jimin often. Sometimes he finds Jimin to be distant and wonders why.

setting this in the 2370s, on a Lotus Flower class starship (bc how could I not?) with an exploration mission LET'S GO

Captain Kim Namjoon (obviously). A Bajoran, deeply philosophical & anti-imperialist. Top of his Academy class, just made Captain. USS Bangtan is his pride & joy, but his real devotion is to his crew, especially his 7-man bridge crew. His typical uncool Captain hobby (they all have one) is reciting poetry.

XO Commander Jung Hoseok, 2nd in command. Human, curious & deceptively hardy. Joon's details guy. Runs the crew with an effective combination of terrifying strictness & genuine love. Might close his eyes & hold on tight during ship maneuvers, don't call attention to it. Idolised by the junior bridge crew.

Chief Engineer Min Yoongi. Human, but raised Caitian (his parents were Federation citizens living on Cait, he went to Caitian nursery and school, had all Caitian friends and babysitters). People find him impossible to read; this is partly by his design & partly bc his body language is literally catlike. Genius engineer who secretly loves being relied on for miracles, but complains constantly. Very protective. The earpiece is so he can listen to music while he works; you know things are really fucking serious if he takes it out.

Chief Medical Officer Lt. Commander Kim Seokjin. His job consists of saving lives and yelling at people for being excessively heroic. The only one who can overrule Joon, if medically necessary. Enjoys spending time on the bridge making unhelpful jokes. Has ALL the best holosuite programmes. Told half the ship that the old-fashioned glasses are just for show because he likes the vintage aesthetic and the other half that they've got state-of-the-art micro-scanners for instant diagnostic information relay. Actually he's short-sighted but doesn't want to tell his patients he hasn't gotten around to getting that fixed yet.

Chief Comms Officer Lieutenant Park Jimin. Human-Betazoid, with empathetic psychic abilities. The ship's literal mood-maker. Adores his job, which he sees as "getting the whole galaxy to like him". Absolutely fantastic at first contact. Inseparable from Tae; they were the only two half-humans in their Academy class. Jimin had a harder time at school, despite not standing out so much visibly, and has absolutely flourished now he's found his place.

Chief Tactical Officer Lieutenant Kim Taehyung. Human-Orion & more than willing to use anti-Orion prejudices to manipulate situations. He plays up his sexy, sultry, vague persona, but his crew knows he's exceptionally hard to deceive or outmanoeuvre. Deadly loyal, especially to Jimin. Has a reputation for bending the rules, but it's hard to argue with his results.

Helmsperson Ensign Jeon Jungkook. Vulcan, very physically strong, mildly confused by everyone. Ace pilot, set Academy records in piloting & martial arts. It's his first day on the job, first ship, first crew, & he's so determined to impress his hyungs he's kinda scaring them!

And you know what else is funny. I would not be surprised if this TK stuff Tae was flaunting was to get under Jimin's skin more then it was to feed shippers. Its kinda clear for years he wants with Jimin what Jikook have. He's the one who is suppose to be his soulmate, best friend, the one's who said keep going I only have you and there Jimin is saying he'd take JK to a deserted island. Saying he needs Jk in his live cause he feels awkward and this is exactly what Tae also said after Jimin did about Jk, word for word. Almost pay back. Plus you have Jikook out here, the sun and moon duo, the black and white duo, with Jk wanting to match clothes with Jimin on purpose and saying to buy the same stuff and here comes Tae talking about Fire and Water duo and Jk don't give a damn and can't even remember any of that went to a psychic stuff, he clearly had no idea what Tae meant at first and just went along with it. OOF. Poor Tae. Maybe try that with Hobi or Suga or something cause Jk clearly is not the one to try that with and he clearly doesn't care or remember lol. People are trying so bad to paint Jk in between torn lovers, when really Vmin's stuff is their own and maybe there is a bit of resentment and jealousy when it comes to putting others above your best friend/soulmate. Jimin is guilty of being angry at Tae for this too. I just wish when Tae did it, it didn't come across as super shady toward Jimin, that the cult takes it as Tae hates Jimin, when Jimin is still clearly, the one he likes the most. Esp if he's hurt cause of Jimin and not JK. That's kind of a no brainer.

The dates are nearly always physical, usually at his home or at another person's home. I'm pretty sure he has his own play room at his home... He bought a fancy house I believe. It's a dark place, feels sort of dungeon like imo. That's where he's dominant. He likes to keep mementos of those intimate times - those can range from some cut off hair or like even bodily fluid or some jewellery. I am getting the feeling that he uses the relationships where he's dominant to relieve the anger/frustration he feels from being in his submissive relationships. I think I’ve seen them use Twin Flames a LOT and I just saw that there’s a Netflix documentary about a cult which uses the whole Twin Flames soulmate thing. I wonder if they’re connected to it? I have that person blocked but I just started watching that documentary and felt creeped out because it reminded me of them and the way they talk about Jimin. I don’t think we should give them attention at all or anything but I just needed to share this with someone after accidentally stumbling across the whole Twin Flame Universe cult thing. Just creepy. 

I need to watch that documentary asap. I have the two blogs blocked, but I know that one of them is used for the twin flame thing. It's so creepy. You can’t speak, so shocked by his words, so you nod as you stand up, depositing the few bills you had previously readied as a tip as you gather your bag. Eyes looking back at the man, you feel more than hear his next words straight to your core.

rewatching the anime so naturally i have some Thoughts. this is going off the gym leader style, where they specialize in one type, but free to share your own!

seokjin — normal trainer. no one has more ditto energy than him. they may not be the strongest, but this is a trainer that’s just vibing with his friends. lives in a port town, definitely owns a boat. would be a water trainer but feels bad catching the fish and not putting them back. team: snorlax, porygon, eevee, aipom, teddiursa, chansey. secondary type: water.

yoongi — ghost trainer. i think out of everyone he’d appreciate the beauty of the pokémon tower the most. he’s elusive himself, but also really gentle, and i think ghost types would be drawn to that kind of energy. team: haunter, mimikyu, misdreavus, sableye, (alolan) marowak, greavard. secondary type: steel.

hobi — fairy trainer. everyone thinks they’re just cute, but fairy types are also really powerful, and if that doesn’t describe hobi idk what does. like jin, not out to be a pokémon master. probably runs the daycare. team: togepi, swirlix, sylveon, jigglypuff, gardevoir, snubbull. secondary type: ground.

namjoon — grass trainer. easy. definitely more of a professor/researcher and less of a battle trainer. thinks battling is too violent, just wants to spend all day under a tree with his buddies. team: bellossom, ivysaur, vileplume, deerling, treecko, exeggutor. secondary type: bug.

jimin — electric trainer. i always say jimin and i are a lot alike, so it’s with affection that i say: short fuse. definitely a battle trainer and probably a gym leader, but within the first few towns. would probably love to mentor all the kids who just got their trainer licenses. team: jolteon, ampharos, luxio, elekid, rotom, electrode. secondary type: fire.

taehyung — ice trainer. the winter bear himself. seems cold and unattainable (even though we know better) so he’s definitely an elite four member. obviously from lumiose city. only the best for him. team: glaceon, articuno, lapras, arceus, cubchoo, cloyster. secondary type: psychic.

Jin:At the same time, he sees the military as a break from his idol life, but he also want a break from the military lol.A lot of it has got to do with him having to fight his nature.He's naturally a lot more laid back and fun than the circumstances mostly let him be.I think one of his past investments is growing while he isnt there, and the fruits are getting ready for whe he will come back.He is also torn between two options for a choice ( idk what tho).He is feeling out of touch with his purpose while understanding why this had to happen.It is helping him develop another side of himself, and he is learning to balance them.

Hobi:He seemed pretty excited to do the reading but the first card that came out was the Tower ??I think he is going through a very transformative phase but he is also really excited for it. Hi Yongie! I hope you are feeling better and taking time to recover :) Its me back with another "in conclusion" analysis, but this time its just some tea. I follow a page on YT called Trinity Oracles, who are psychic reading sisters and they made a psychic reading on BTS a couple of months ago that its aligning with what you have said so far. So basically they read that: - Jimin is afraid of going into the military (you confirmed this) - one BTS member will enter in the Latin American market and will be successful - BTS will have a huge comeback in 2027 - after the huge comeback one member will leave and another will follow. They indicated that there is no bad blood its just that those 2 members want to leave the idol life/do their own thing. BTS will stay as a 5 member group. - yoongi, j-hope and jungkook will be very successful musically (i personally believe they all will) - jimin will have a lot of success a business man later in life - last but not least they predicted that in the near future (idk what time they said specifically) one member (they pointed towards jimin or jungkook) will get a companion pregnant and chaos will explode. They specifically said that the woman's name will be leaked and fans will cause riots and invade their privacy like never before to the point that the baby mama will need security. Public outrage was highly mention. There will be no marriage between them and that that member will fall out of public favor big time though they will eventually make a comeback and be accepted again. Well that's all I can remember right know. They had done a part 1 reading and in this second video they pointed towards jimin or jungkook being the one with the baby scandal. I personally see that too but that is just my opinion. I also think that the members that will leave are between yoongi, namjoon and j-hope.
