as a father, prune juice cookie would have quite high expectations of his children — namely due to his own status as a star student growing up in parfaedia

this also means that they’d most likely end up attending the same schools and academies he did (which is partially because there aren’t that many alternatives in your city)

he’ll provide them with everything he can in order to bolster their studies and would reward them greatly for every success — whilst also offering comfort and support if they faltered or struggled

shows up for each and every event that his children have on be that award ceremonies, sports, speeches or something else entirely

is his children’s biggest supporter and will finance every passion and hobby as best he can

encourages them to try everything once but will concede if they do genuinely not enjoy what they’re trying

this mainly applies to food but also to topics they could be studying at their academy

doesn’t use nicknames for his children, preferring to use their full first names — which will still apply to a name they opt to go by in later life

(e.g. full given names will be used until his child opts to change their name)

prefers to go by ‘dad’ or ‘father’ rather than something like ‘pops’ or ‘daddy’

Yan! Prune Juice Cookie x GN Reader. HEAD CANNONS

Warnings: Manipulation, stalking, drugging. (He's a Yandere, so those types of things.)

When he first saw you, he didn't think much of you. He didn't think much of anybody, actually.

Prune was slightly arrogant and believed himself to be above others.

It was only after you started hanging around him more, and complimenting him did he really start to adore you.

Trust me, praise is the #1 way to his heart. That and little touches, like holding hands.

He would start to stalk learn more about you.

First it was basic things, like your schedule or the general things you like.

But it soon became more.. obsessive.

He learned not only your dorm number, but it's entier layout. What kinds of food you ate, when your roommates came back. Everything you liked and everything you disliked.

Even what kind of hygiene products you used.

Man was WHIPPED. Completely obsessed with you.

Of course, everyone was oblivious to the types of things Prune was up to. He's a very sneaky and calculating man.

Eventually, Prune would start putting certain potions into your drinks and foods.

They were nothing bad, just small doese of a potion that would make you think of him.

Completely harmless!

It worked, of course. You two met much more often.

You couldn't figure out why he was appearing in the back of your mind so much more..

He swore to himself that he wouldn't go past that.

He was wrong.

He got super jealous when you were still hanging out with other friends.

He considered just poisoning them, but he knew you'd just be upset.

And he couldn't kidnap you and give you a potion to make you love him, since he wanted something real.

That's when fake, and especially nasty rumors started to circulate about you.

Strangers started to avoid you, and all of your friends left you

Except for Prune Juice, of course.

He would stay with you, since he knew they were fake.

He was the one who started them, after all.

But you don't need to know that.

He was the only person who stayed with you, thus the only person who you could depend on.

That's all he wanted.

You two got really close, and started dating. He didn't even have to drug you more since you were enthralled by him and him alone!

I mean, he's the only person who still treats you like a normal human being.

Those rumors isolated you from basically everyone.

If, for some odd reason, someone else still tries to talk you, he'll take care of it.

Will gladly inform them about the rumors in private, and if that doesn't work, he'll drug your food so you're in a very snappy mood.

You end up yelling at the new person, and they start to avoid you.

You feel really bad about it, thinking it's all your fault.

You even end up getting letters sometime afterwards that says you deserve to be alone since you're bratty and rude.

Prune sent them, of course, but he keeps it on the down-low.

Will comfort you after saying that he'd never leave you.

Will kiss you to make you feel better and gives you the most innocent smile.

Even after pulling a stunt like that..

In conclusion, he's a pretty shit yandere who manipulates you into being with him. Makes you feel hopeless and alone and then will be there for you when everyone else leaves. He even drugs you into sending some people away yourself, which makes you feel really bad.

He's a horrible person, but he puts on a very convincing show that makes him seem like a perfect and innocent angel.

(Haha, idc though, he won't have to manipulate me, I'll still date him 😍)

Hey guys!!! The idea that Prune Juice is too emotionally compromised or broke or what not to be in a romantic relationship is ableist as fuck and you should stop!!! Not all relationships are sunshine and rainbows, just cause him being with Capsaicin or Kouign would take work doesn’t mean it is forced or unhealthy or that he’s impossible to ship. 

You’re perpetrating the idea that being broken means being unlovable and to be frank that is gross as shit. 

He is just as grown and mature as the other two, just cause his trauma manifests differently than them doesn’t make him unworthy.

and this bleeds into every aspect of your relationship

like, for example, you guys have a rotating chore roster that makes sure that everyone gets a chance to cook

and when it’s each of their turns, they’ll go out of their way to make the most delicious, grand meal they can — to show that they’re the best provider of the three

they all tend to brag about their respective schools and will get into debates about which school is best (they never agree)

whenever tcc season comes around you can guarantee that they’re dragging you there to support their schools’ new competitors — they get really riled up because this was where you all met, and they’re really big on the competition culture

prune juice cookie is the partner you go to if you want a quiet night in spent with a good book, a hot drink and plenty of fluffy things to keep you warm

capsaicin loves spice and thus tends to make meals that will leave you reaching for a cup of milk whilst he wolfs it down effortlessly

granted he can, and does, make meals that aren’t quite as catastrophically spicy as he wants — seasoning his portions separately — but he does make some incredibly flavourful dishes anyway so nobody is complaining about him being in the kitchen

capsaicin calls you all ‘babe’ or ‘baby’ — or, occasionally, ‘hotties’

movie nights are a staple in your home and they always end up with popcorn everywhere and you sandwiched between two of your partners (especially if you choose a horror film)

capsaicin sleeps on his back and will basically hold you all hostage against him until he wakes up

prune juice is a more independent sleeper and will just barely spoon whoever is closest to him in bed

kougin-amann is a clingy sleeper and shockingly strong so she’ll pretty much koala against whoever she’s in bed with

Random angst idea what if burning spice lost baby capsaicin before burning spice turn corruption. Burning spice thought he was dead lol.But in reality he still somewhere idk.

I feel like Pre-Corrupt Burning Spice would keep a very good eye on Capsaicin or have a nanny or just one of his generals watch him when he can’t.

For the MAP for example, I originally had that Pre-Corrupted Burning Spice sent Capsaicin away as BS was getting further into corruption. But one, Capsaicin was a toddler in that part of the story/MAP and two, would make Capsaicin a lot older than Prune Juice and Kouign-Amann. Since I have Cappy was baked with BS’s dough, he is basically in some sort of cryosleep when BS was sealed away that kept him a toddler (due to the power of Change, like how GC’s Soul Jam can make Soulcheeses and keep the Cookies at the age they died) and Flaming Hot Wing took care of him until he woke up and after (I hc Flaming Hot Wing to be Cappy’s Cream Critter or at least emotional support animal).

Burning Spice still doesn’t know if his son is alive but would eventually find him.

Just a few moments ago, you had awoken from yet another nightmare. These things have been getting more and more common lately, and because of this, Prune Juice was also being waken up.

Honestly, why did you have to bother him?

That's one of the thoughts you would think about, but soon, all of your racing thoughts and wandering memories would fade. All you could really focus on was Prune Juice's breathing and heartbeat.

In and out, in and out again. That's how Prune told you to breathe if you ever got anxious.

"I don't know if it'll work for you, but I hope it does. It works for me, after all."

That's what he said. And he was right, like he always was.

Prune Juice could feel you calming down. "Yes, just like that. You are doing an amazing job," he said as he gently ran his fingers through your hair.

All of your silent sobs and tears would be soaked up by his shoulder, and all of your bad thoughts would be pushed away by the sound of his heart.

You don't know why, but he always had such a calming effect on you.

"Now, if you want to talk to me about anything, then I can listen. If you don't want to, then I won't force you to." He kept playing with your hair while whiping away some stay tears.

"Maybe not at the moment," You'd explain with a shaky voice.

"Is there something else you want to do now, then?"

You nod your head. "Can we just cuddle more..?"

Prune Juice cups your face and looking into your eyes with a smile. "Of course. Here, why don't you lay on my chest so you can focus on my heartbeat?"

And so you would do just that. You would rest your head on his chest, and both if you would fall into yet another slumber.

note: I noticed there aren't anything at all for prune juice which is kinda funny. I don't have much info about him in general so I'm sorry if he's OOC, I'm just noting what I know from the triple cone cup event

- Prune Juice likes making remedies when you're sick, to him, its like making potions (but it heals) its a piece of cake for him

- sometimes when he feels like it, you become his little test subject ! whenever he's created something extraordinary he sometimes have you test them. He barely really does it though, since he doesnt need much testing when he crafts his potions

- He once made a potion for you to be immune to poison, it worked but it gave you a bad stomachache, he apologized with a kiss

- He has low stamina due to the fact he has his potions to do most of the work for him, if you plan on travelling with him then prepare to carry him after walking a few miles

- There are times when his confidence falters, and thats usually when he's REALLY upset, its your job to heal him back up !

- you were with him in his chambers in preparation for the tournament, only you can disturb him when he's busy, because he doesn't really mind (he loves it actually)

- to him, its motivating him to win, and to him, you're his little good luck charm in winning this tournament.

- loves it when you praise him, especially for his successful win in the 1st round, he's quite confident with that.

- as cheesy as it is, you're his motivation (in general), you're partially the reason he's still high and confident, the reason he can grow confidence again so quickly after feeling so low in the span of 5 minutes. He feels quite insecure of not being able to do magic like the other mages, to rely on his potions to do the work for him, and yet he becomes confident again after a few reassuring words from you !

- he loves your presence in general, you could be doing anything while he's busy making potions and he wouldn't mind. Might even offer for you to join him in making another batch of potions to sell

- he doesn't show it much (he probably doesn't even know how) but he's truly grateful for you, even if it may seem like he loves himself more on the outside (he probably does)

regarding cookie run or overall?

Considering most of this blog IS regarding cookie run- I'll just cover my cookie run ships.

Most of my shipping is pretty much overall 'hey these two are cool together' or 'i think they would work out well' with sides of 'but the ANGST potential of such a relationship'.

My current main ships on the hand;

Dark Cacao x Stormbringer cookie ( I find them really interesting as a concept; a semi-immortal mortal and a god-queen of sorts. Espically with their interactions during the cutscenes and such : D)

Pure Vanilla x Elder Faerie (I get shipping White Lily, but I like the angst that Pure Vanilla is unable to get with her without considering everything shes done as dec and its a constant trauma for him, meanwhile elder faerie is so open and welcoming and pv just falls)

Hollyberry x Pitaya (I personally HC the Pitaya is genderfluid in a sense that dragons don't give a fuck about what gender is while hollyberrys in the background. I also like the idea of one- if not both of them fumbling the other, its halirious)

Latte and Almond (Its more of a queerplatonic thing for me : V- their parents raising their shared adoptive daughter together without having ever been in a romantic relationship and both mentally gag about the thought of sleeping with one another.)

-I headcanon that Scovilla functions as a combined high school/university, so Caps is in his 5th year (college freshman)

-Dating Kouign Amann + Prune Juice <3

-Hot wings is kind of his emotional support animal

-Treats the rest of his buds at Scovillia like siblings (especially Lil Pepper)

-Was chained up for 4 years (from age 14 to age 18)

-Very extroverted

-Got chained up after he accidentally burnt down a bunch of houses. Things occasionally catching on fire isn’t Dragon’s Valley but this is the first time someone who wasn’t a dragon dealt this much damage

-Mala Sauce is like an older sister/mentor figure to him (I think I already put this in a Daily CRK Headcanon? Idk)

-Mala taught him how to use a lot of different weapons, so he knows how to use a lot of different weapons, he just doesn’t because he has magical fire powers and stuff

-He uses lava as hair conditioner (lol)
