One of the cheese platters I made at work today for a customer. I love helping make other people’s holidays special and colourful! St. Nuage triple cream Brie, 12 month Manchego, Fontina, Sweet Red Cheddar, and Gorgonzola Dolce. Accompanied by olives, charcuterie, fig spread, honeycomb, and chocolate covered figs.
