If you're here about people calling me intersexist or what ever:

The tl;dr it's bullshit, spun by a bunch of transmisogynists who tried to kick up a harassment campaign against me, but most people saw through it as the bullshit it is.

But, anyways.

It started off with this post, where while high I made a dumb post about how a group of tme trans people who still align in some way with womanhood had been calling themselves "afab trans women," which is incredibly transmisogynistic because 1) afab people saying they identify as trans women implies that trans women are not women and 2) "afab trans women" is a concept terfs made up in the 2010s to mock trans women. The point was never about intersex people specifically, it was about people not understanding that "trans woman" is a specific term with specific meanings, and by them trying to use it it implies they see trans women as transmisogynistic concepts and not as a type of woman.

Whether you agree with me, whatever, I don't fucking care. Just block me and go away. But, the blogger status-quo-hater found my post and went on a rant. When I first saw it I had intended to ignore it, but I checked out its blog and found it interacting with someone who has previously intentionally misgendered me and I just decided I didn't need that shit - so I blocked it. Naturally it noticed cuz it was refreshing my blog every second waiting for a reply, and when it found I blocked it, it once again went on a weird rant about me hating intersex people and deleting comments (at the time, the only comment I deleted implied I was a man) from intersex people trying to "calmly" explain things to me (nope, i hadn't even had that many comments yet).

This launched into a bunch of people suddenly reblogging it's addition and saying some weird fucking shit. Insults, misgendering comments, I even got a couple of weird Christian comments ("may god have mercy on their soul" die). So I started using the ability to hide reblogs on my OP of these people and blocking them, and as it kept going it just go too hard to keep track of and decided that, fuck it! If these are the people status-quo-hater attracts, I'll block everyone that reblogs it's additions. And, I tried to do that but again, it got way too difficult, so getting tired of being misgendered and insulted, I turned the reblogs off.

Since then my inbox exploded with suicide bait, hatemail, dumb shit trying to bait me into saying dumb shit (examples), and my posts started getting spammed with comments that 1) were harassing me. no they were not "calm explanations," they were aggressive harassment that at times misgendered me (not all but enough) or 2) a series of people were spamming my posts, one person posting the same comment ten times, which was fucking annoying. So I was deleting comments by this point, and as I went I just started deleting any comment saying negative shit cuz, again, these people run in the same groups and the most "calm dialogue" doesn't look like such when you're being harassed by a bunch of dumbasses.

Tumblr user dabwax left some fucked up comment on my post. I deleted it and blocked her. So she made a post where she intentionally misgendered me. After someone informed her she was misgendering me, she acknowledged it but blamed it on me (for blocking her, she had been on my blog to screencap me) and refused to edit the post to reflect my correct pronouns. Genderstarbucks added onto her post and subsequently took part in misgendering me - a person I never blocked and never had an excuse to misgender me. The difference between genderstackbucks and dabwax though, is that genderstarbucks at least changed the incorrect pronouns after being told (even though the post still took part in me getting harassed). Then, status-quo-hate, a person who's bio literally says

Proceeds to reblog posts calling me "they" instead of my stated pronouns of "it."

I'm not going to keep this up, it's fucking tiring. Instead, I'm going to say that these people are transmisogynistic. This is clearly a disagreement over terminology and at most should have just been us blocking each other, instead both status-quo-hater and dabwax intentionally lied about me, misgendered me, and did everything they could to motivate people to harass me (especially dabwax).

At the end of the day, this is a mostly failed transmisogynistic hate campaign. And, really the only reason it failed is cuz other trans women stepped in to help take the heat off of me (and cuz I started to ignore them).

Evidence for Eggman's age being 50+ and not "under 50"

First off, it was specifically the OP of the Twt thread saying Eggman's age was literally "under 50" as if it was said to be 100% certain and confirmed final fact.

But when they quote Iizuka directly, it turns out he apparently said: "His age *hasn't been disclosed* but he's *probably* under 50"

This isn't "Yes, Eggman is 100% under 50, finalized solid fact." Iizuka still saying it "is not disclosed" and the use of "probably" isn't confirmation.

He's just making a probable estimate that if Eggman didn't know Maria and Gerald, then he might not have existed at the same time.

But concepts, Sonic Channel and even finalized information the games, suggest Eggman's age is at least 50+

They considered putting Eggman at 60+ in the Sonic CD concept art,

he's referred to as old and middle aged constantly by himself, other characters, and bios,

Eggman uses the Washi pronoun in JP which is commonly used by older men, again implying older age,

Sonic Channel associates Eggman with Respect for the Aged Day, a day to celebrate senior citizens in Japan. If he was under 50, he'd be too young an age to be considered anywhere close to a "senior",

Most recently we have the Egg Memo where Eggman specifies he "never *really* knew" Maria (Eng) / "didn't know [her] *well* (Jp), so he had to exist at least some time when she was alive. It'd go without saying if she died before he was even born.

It seems to imply he didn't *really* know her *well* because while he was alive at the same time, even if just a little, he didn't meet her in person and only learned of her through how others talked of her.

As for him saying she was "gone" immediately after, it seems it's just him then jumping to the part after her death, where he really started learning about her through her becoming the big subject after her tragic death.

So there you have something from within the actual games, finalized lore instead of outside word, implying that Eggman's age has to be at least 50.

He's an old man, he looks like one, sounds like one, is consistently referred to as and hinted to be one lol

But overall, Eggman's age "is not disclosed" as Iizuka said. It has always been down as "unknown" for all of his bios for canon media.

So the final answer is that it's all just probable estimates but it all points to him being over 50.

in what universe is someone going to see a DNI that applies to them and think "this person is definitely someone im going to enjoy following and get along with". do you go on twitter and see nazis saying they hate trans people and decide to follow them out of spite? of course not, and literally nobody else does that either, even on the other side. hell forget DNIs, I get less conservatives in my notifs than I used to just by having they/them pronouns in my bio because they see it and go "ew, I'm not following them". people dont typically follow people theyre clearly not going to feel welcome around, a DNI is just another way to communicate that.

1 - you don't have to Get Along with someone to follow them. people can and will hate-follow or follow to annoy you, block evade, etc out of spite. some people will interact with you just because you told them, or people like them, not to.

2 - your experiences are not universal. nazis, terfs, bigots in general, they can and will follow and harass people they don't like online. this is spoken from my own experience as someone who has seen his transfem friends be followed and harassed by alt-right nut jobs online.

3 - "forget DNIs, I get less conservatives in my notifs than I used to just by having they/them pronouns in my bio" ← you're right. this is effective because the vast majority of people regardless of political stance or belief will only ever read your bio. not many people are going to jump through hyperlinks to read your DNI. if they don't like what they read in your bio, they'll just leave [or possibly harass you, if they're particularly malicious]. ergo, making a DNI is largely just for yourself and not at all a real, useful barrier people must pass through in order to follow / engage with your posts.

no one is stopping you from making a DNI. you can write a terms-of-service length novel of a Do Not Interact list, put it on its own Carrd and make it aesthetic and pretty with flair. you're completely free to do so and tell people to read it. a few will, sure.

however. the post you're referencing is specifically addressing the glaring reality that most people, regardless if they fit your DNI criteria or not, are simply not going to go out of their way to find and read it. abusive people aren't going to see "DNI abusive assholes" and be deterred because they themselves don't consider themselves abusive. this post, particularly what OP wrote, is saying how it's much more proactive to curate your own space through utilizing the block button and tag filters when you see things and people you don't want to engage with instead of trying to impose your personal boundaries on strangers online.

addendum // i don't really care if teens are making DNIs and being aggressively annoying about em. i remember the era of setting weird arbitrary rules in my developing years while i was forming Who I Was as a person. they're figuring out who they are and what their comfort levels are. i get it. it's the grownass adults that are hyper-virulent about DNIs that i worry about - and i'm not talking about when they're trying to establish an adults-only space with a stern "minors DNI".

SUN — sits comfortably somewhere in the transmascneu range i think. pangender, encompasses anything and everything. makes little to no effort into really transitioning simply because he has better things to do! he has a solar system to run! also he is above the concepts of gender. whether you think hes more "masc" or "fem" means nothing to him. hes the sun.

MERCURY — the most trans transmasc to ever trans. i dont know if hes more male or nonbinary leaning but that honestly just depends on the day for me personally. probably more nby. he 100% would go through with physically transitioning because the dysphoria is killer

VENUS — literally the complete opposite to mercury, the most trans transfem to ever fem. honestly see her as more butchy, but only really becomes more comfortable with being more masc once she has transitioned (transitioning in this case just meaning socially, though physically i imagine shes on the fence abt it. change and whatnot. she does have a bit of a chest though i think #boobs)

When Optimus said he wanted you to accompany him while he does his paperwork, you knew those words had a deeper connotation. Resting against the wall of his private garage in the NEST base with you sprawled out on his lap, Optimus kept your legs spread wide with his own knees. One servo on your thigh and the other holding up a data pad.

Optimus tried his best to finish off the rest of his report, he really did, but he underestimated how much of a distraction you are to him and struggles to type out even the simplest of sentences. It also doesn’t help that his spike is painfully pressurised and squished between his abdominal plating and your back.

Despite being a major distraction, he came to enjoy utilising your thighs as a stress relief. Your thigh felt so soft against his contradictorily cold servo and he admires how your flesh concaves around his digits when he gives it a squeeze, enjoying your little whines as he does so.

“Optimus… please tell me you’re almost finished.” You managed to whimper out as Optimus gropes your thigh again. You’re not sure how much longer you can put up with his teasing and at this point in time your patience is dwindling. A solid two hours of you being a human stress ball was enough to get your core heated and turn your brain into mush.

“If you stop talking, I will finish quicker.” Optimus growls and gives your thigh another squeeze, his thumb rubbing oh so close to your inner groin.

“Well, if you keep rubbing me like that, I’ll be the one to finish first at this point.” You scoff, folding your arms across your chest.

Optimus narrowed his optics down onto you and swiftly removes his servo from your thigh. He’s not finishing at all if he talks to me like that, he thought with a sly smirk on his dermas.

The Prime was pleased when he heard his human whine at the loss of the servo. The only way to teach you patience is denying you of any touch until you begged for him, and Optimus fucking loves it.

“Sorry! Sorry…” You mewl, reaching a shaky hand towards his servo that’s hovering above your thigh, “Please… I’ll be patient.”

Optimus is satisfied at your apology and returns his servo back to its rightful place on your thigh, continuing to grope and squeeze at your flesh while he returns his attention to finishing of his paperwork.

Another half hour had passed, Optimus had just finished his work and you were an absolute mess. Your body felt like it was on fire, and you desperately needed a release. You tilted your head up to look at him in his optics, begging with your eyes for him to fuck you, for anything.

Thankfully, he nodded, moving his servo to the hem of your pants and slips his digits under. He spreads your thighs apart to allow himself more access to your aching heat. You let out a cry as he finally strokes you, relieving the tenson in your stomach that has been building up for the last three hours.

I usually try to avoid transandrophobia discourse as much as I can help it but sometimes I can’t resist. Today is one of those times. Please don’t go after op and make this a whole thing, I just want y’all to be able to recognize what’s wrong with this take, although I’ll warn you you have to be able to read between the lines a little bit to see it

Firstly, yes this post was tagged #transandrophobia. At first glance this doesn’t seem particularly bad, but once you realize that when op said “randomly bringing up linguistics” he mean trans women talking about the definition of transmisogyny as a concept of intersectional feminism. We talk about this to try and explain how the word “transandrophobia” makes no sense because “androphobia” (which is just a less bad sounding version of “misandry”) isn’t real, men are not oppressed on any societal level, and so there can be no intersection between oppression for being trans and oppression for being a man. I’ve posted about that before and I don’t want to get too into it here.

Op, of course, doesn’t address this directly, and also doesnt even point out trans women explicitly, but that’s very clearly what he is referencing, which he reframes as “randomly talking about linguistics” to make it sound like the entire discussion of intersectional feminist concept is actually just semantics. Again, trans women aren’t explicitly brought up, but we are the target of the criticism here, which makes it all the more egregious to describe our discussion of transmisogyny as being “radfem shit”. Op acts as if he just wants to discuss the oppression of transmasc people, and is complaining that when they do, very likely because he’s a transandrophobia truther, he thinks that when we explain why transandrophobia doesn’t exist it’s actually just us trying to use it as an excuse not to listen to them (which is ironic because transandrophobia truthers not listening to trans women is the reason all this discourse happens in the first place). Literally no one would have an issue with you talking about struggles transmasc people face if you didn’t keep trying to use a word that was created from a fundamental misunderstanding of intersectional feminism to do so, but I guess me saying that makes me a radfem doesn’t it

So yeah, tldr the op of this post accused trans women and our usage of intersectional feminist terminology as being just semantics and is saying that discussions of transmisogyny are actually “radfem shit”. Bruno's origins are murky and hard to pin down. Aside from being Kirk Langstrom's awkward and reclusive son, not much is known about how they met or why. Mostly because I kept trying to come up with an explanation but it was so frustrating I stopped.

He's been with Langstrom for years though, hard to say exactly how long. Kirk raised him in secrecy - he might be fucked up but he did the job well. Bruno never really got a chance to interact with the outside world, save for a few occasions - Kirk was rightfully worried he'd be targeted and hunted down for being what he was.

After the Batman made himself known to the public, and Kirk's obsession with him grew worse, their relationship strained slightly. This of course eventually culminate in the events of The Man Who Would Be Bat, but Bruno never stopped worrying about him. Sure, his father might be able to turn into a blood sucking monstrosity now - but they do love each other.

Needless to say that after Kirk is arrested, Bruno is left alone and afraid. The world he knew came crumbling down on him, and his only way to solve this - in his eyes - was by getting Kirk out of Arkham somehow. Confused, isolated and hopeless, Bruno becomes a petty thief for that exact desperate purpose.

Truth be told, Bruno would manage not to land himself in prison, regardless of what he stole. I actually Like this version of Batman, and feel like he, more than any other, would sympathize with Bruno's situation, and promise he'd get his father the help he needed (actual psychiatric attention for a start), and, in exchange, Bruno returned all the stolen goods in his possession.

This doesn't really change much in the public's opinion of Bruno though. He's a monster in their eyes, and they want him arrested - or killed, for tall they care. Bruno is forced to live in the shadows after exposing himself like that - and eventually he might turn for the worse. We'll just have to wait and see how he ends up.

Notes:

Yes Bruno is considerably OP and full of powers he shouldn't have. The trade off for this is that he's extremely shy and horrible at Doing things bc of just how sheltered he is - Bruno is incredibly naive and easily fooled.

He does 'wisen up' with time but oh god he's a freak at first. Peak autism animal. His immediate response to being surprised or flustered in general was Biting or Petrifying People.

His age sliding thing is bc I'm still younger than like, every F/O I listed for him so it doesn't matter.

* → I'll be using Psimon's Young Justice design and personality when I pair him up with Bruno, because I don't care about any other. This means I'll insert him where he doesn't belong or fit and replace his other self (like in TT).

I'll do the same for Kirk if I decide to put Bruno in BTAS, but for now I just don't care enough about that show to say for sure!

So, according to The Act Man’s latest video, the Starfield pronoun controversy is basically like the Doom Eternal “mortally challenged” controversy. Because both are over nothing.

I disagree.

The “mortally challenged” joke was satire. Specifically, of how corporations try to look good while they’re doing bad things. Often by latching on to trends and buzzwords.

It also continues the theme from Doom 2016, where the running gag was “this corporation is a bunch of stereotypical evil cultists, but also a stereotypical corporation”.

The Starfield thing is just using trends and buzzwords unironically.*

The only people who should be offended at the Doom joke are the exact target audience of such corporate newspeak. Like this article on GameRevolution that seethes about the “alt-right” because the writer doesn’t like the idea that anyone ostensibly progressive could be wrong.

A more sensible progressive would say “heh, yeah, companies totally do that.”

Haven’t lots of pro-LGBT people been complaining about “rainbow capitalism” for the past few Pride months?

Which sounds an awful lot like what happened with Hogwarts Legacy. Bunch of progressive randos (mostly) got a bit tilted, then a bunch of people on the same political team tried to downplay the outrage, while some other progressives went “stop it, you idiots! This isn’t helping!”

Also, please note that HeelVsBabyFace’s video in the tweet is saying “bullying people because they play a crimethink game is wrong” (which is correct!). IIRC, his personal stance on Starfield was that he, personally, wasn’t playing it. He wasn’t remotely saying harassment is a good idea. 

The “hypocrisy” is just...complaining.

* Personally, I think we’ve reached a point where using pronouns makes someone trans less likely to pass, especially if they also have a trans flag in their bio and/or avatar. Pronouns now serve as a marker of ingroup status more than their stated purpose, and I’m not sure they were good at that in the first place.

Similarly, COD Black Ops Cold War also did the pronoun thing, and complete strangers would somehow use the correct they/them pronouns for an undercover CIA agent. In Berlin in the 80s. Not exactly progressive. Not exactly low-key.
