Summary:

A frown on his face as he pulled the cloth away, and immediately new blood poured down his side. Merlin handed him one of the heated needles as he moved closer. “Keep his arm up for me.”

Merlin cursed under his breath, as he pressed against the wound, blood pouring everywhere. Gaius slipped next to him, pressing a vial against Arthur’s lip, gently tilting it over and letting the hemlock slowly slip down his throat.

“I need you to heat the needles for me.” Gaius moved to take over from Merlin, gently rolling Arthur onto his side, so that he could see the wound better.

A frown on his face as he pulled the cloth away, and immediately new blood poured down his side. Merlin handed him one of the heated needles, as he moved closer. “Keep his arm up for me.”

Merlin easily followed the instructions as he watched Gaius work, the wound was deep, and the incision from where Gaius had to cut to get the arrow pieces was deeper than the wound. He could only watch in horror as he worked the wound close.

The smell of burned flesh filled their noses as they switched the needles out, to ensure that they were heated, to kill any bacteria.

Arthur briefly woke up just before they finished, pained screams filled the room as he tried to jerk away from the pain. Body shaking from the stress.

Merlin whispered under his breath, his eyes glowed gold just before Arthur slipped back into the darkness. He glanced up at Gaius, worry clear in his eyes.

“He will be fine child; he would just need to have time to heal. To sleep and rest.” Gaius gives Merlin a tired smile.

All Merlin could do was nod, as he continued to hold Arthur’s arm upright. When the wound was finally stitched shut, Gaius placed a good amount of honey on the wound, before he wrapped it. Taking a small step back, tiredness clear in his eyes.

“Help me move him to the cot, then we need to get this cleaned up.” His voice was low. Together they moved Arthur to the other side. Making sure that the blanket was lightly thrown over him, keeping him warm.

Arthur could feel the pain almost overwhelming his mind, it felt like he was thrown into the flames, and everything was on fire. He tried to open his eyes, but instead, all that came out was a pained groan.

Images flashed before his mind, an arrow just slipping past an opening, pain as his mare threw him and then a dagger pushed into his side. Merlin rushes to his side.

Magic.

A shield formed around them just before the guy had a chance to try again, a powerful wind forcing them away. Arms holding him up, forcing him to move.

“Arthur, drink.” The voice was far away as something cold pressed against his mouth, a foul liquid slid down his throat making him cough slightly.

“Sleep, you will feel better in the morning.” Merlin, it was Merlin, he was safe. The thoughts raced through his mind as he blindly searched for his hand, when found, holding it tightly as if he was scared that Merlin would just disappear from him.

He could faintly feel a kiss pressed against his head as the medication did its work, sleep dragged him back under.

Merlin smiled tiredly at Arthur, it was going to be a long road to recovery.

Ho Yay moments TV Tropes missed in “Doug”

Not only Roger had ones with Doug, but also with Guy.

- Quailman vs. the Triad of Terror: Their alter egos, Dr. Klotzenstein and the Golden Salmon, share the one together until RoboBone interrups.

The Golden Salmon: "Say, I don't know about you, boys, but... Past few days have been the happiest ones in my heinous career." 

He says that while he touches Dr. Klotzenstein's shoulder and looks him in the eyes.

Dr. Klotzenstein: "You know? I've been feeling the same way myself." 

He looks shy when he says that, and yet looks the Golden Salmon back in the eyes. The situation's treated like a confession between two lovers who realize they're in love!

- Doug's Minor Catasphore: Guy invites Roger to Sally's party to get Nic Nacs. Later, he tried to get Roger to sell Klankeroos but he refused. Does Guy really just want drugs or was he using them as an oppurtunity to spend time with him?

- Doug's Mural Mania: Roger grunts like a tsundere when Guy touches the wall. Then he begins to preach how he should "feel" the wall. Guy shows real admiration and appreciation on Roger, who posed like a Disney princess in that moment when a promopic was taken.

- Doug's Big Panic: Oh boy! That episode alone...

Guy asks fundation money for the Mona Lisa musical from Roger. Why didn't he fund that play by himself? Why didn't he ask money from Willy? Why didn't he rely on Beebe and Mr. Bluff? Why Roger specifically?

Instead of funding money, Roger got interested and wanted to have a role in the musical. Guy even allowed him to create a new scene.

When Guy was discussing about new details throught the phone with Skeeter, he was looking at Roger's direction with suggestive look in his eyes. And guess what? Roger wasn't bothered by that, at all!

In one scene, Patti said: "It's so great from you to do this with me, Doug. Guy's just too busy." Too busy to do what?

Since Roger had only a small part in the play, they would have plenty of time to hook up.

Both also had an idea of capturing the monster in “Doug’s 1st Movie”, but they’re not seeing together in it. Them teaming up would’ve been awesome.

I personally don't see it that way but I'd love to be proven wrong.

And yes, that's very interesting. I wonder if this scene will come before or after it.

Also note that this picture is (according to the Instagram post of it) supposed to be taken on the arctic.

The bomb in the cave and therefore the Gif-scene which we think we play right after The Scream is not in the Arctic, because the Arctic/North Pole they are going to (the coordinates of the Sevastopol in DR are on the northern hemisphere somewhere in the Beringer Sea roughly between Russia and Alaska) doesn't have land mass and therefore can't have any caves.

So I suspect this scene isn't the same scene as The Scream and Gif-moment scene. Which seems a little weird, until you consider this:

-The promopic scene plays on the arctic, something horrifying happens, Ethan can calm down with Grace and get some additional support by Benji.

-The movie does what the movie does, including Benthan head touch, where Ethan can find solace in Benji again.

-They go to the cave and the bomb. Something horific happens with Benji. Ethan calms down a bit by Grace and looks over to the right to Benji, but Benji isn't there. Just 24h before, they were in the exact same position and Ethan could rely on Benji, could grip Benji's shoulder and find some strength to keep fighting. Then on the plane Ethan almost lost it again, but Benji was there, he could hold him tight and seek solace. But the third time in the cave, which should have made this an unbreakable pattern, breaks it apart. Benji is not there. All Ethan has is Grace and it is nice but it isn't enough. He almost sees Benji's ghost shimmering in front of him like he was a day ago (a quick smash cut to the same scene from the Arctic), but he isn't. He's dead. And Ethan stops fighting.

So according to the new Empire Magazine article, the Ethan/Grace/Benji still takes place *before* the Sevastopol dive.... which means you were right about the South Africa sequence happening first.

Well, I would have been, if I was still sure that bit happened in South Africa. But the Instagram caption with that photo from Empire says Ethan/Grace/Benji is taking place in the arctic. And the background of the whole promopic, gifmoment,scream triad in the teaser does look like ice if your looking closely.

One problem is that the carcrash is probably not in an icy cave (and is in a country where they drive at the left side of the road), and the bomb Ethan reveals has a sandstony wall behind it. The Arctic has no caves, but they will pretend it has for this movie (the shot of the 'Arctic' looks like it has iced cliffs). And the shot where Ethan reveals the bomb seems to be in a stony cave too. So I'm not too sure which shot from the trailer is in which place. There could be two bombs, they could have tricked other shots in the teaser to look like they were in one of the two locations, it's a bit confusing.

It could be that you have the bomb and at the short end of it the wall is stone (we see the light on it as Ethan reveals it) but after the long end the wall is ice. Which would make the bomb and the triad take place in a cave in the arctic.

Which means that the carcrash could happen in South Africa. Or maybe the arctic but I think that's unlikely.

And according to the scratch on Benji's face, the arctic still happens before South Africa. The contents of 'the Arctic' and 'South Africa' do change tho.

Fantastic that this came across my dash as we're watching K9 (2009), a show almost no one has heard of and those that HAVE heard of it have most likely never watched it and consider it "cursed" from looking at promopics of K9s redesign and nothing else -- completely missing out on a very fun and well written, creative show set just slightly to the left of Doctor Who Canon, that's allowed to world build instead of keeping the present day always locked in step with the real modern world instead of having continuity from the constant, global alien invasions

And we're only on episode 6 so far :)
