Majoring in Marketing and Communications at the same university as co-CEO Cho Tae-joon, Go Eun-sung began his career in the Korean music industry in 2002, as a member of CJS Entertainment's Public Relations team.

In 2008, Go Eun-sung became a Public Relations Specialist for CJS Entertainment. In 2012, he was promoted to Head of PR & Media Relations.

Following Cho Joong-soo's departure from CJS Entertainment, Go Eun-sung became co-CEO of Midas Music alongside Cho Tae-joon.

Unlike Cho Tae-joon, Go Eun-sung isn't very involved in the training, development, or creative direction of any artist under Midas Labels. Eun-sung is primarily responsible for the company's global relations and promotions.

While Cho Tae-joon is considered the public face of Midas Labels, Go Eun-sung keeps a rather low profile. He doesn't make many public appearances or statements.

His daughter, Go Ji-eun, is a member of the Midas Labels' girl group, GIRL CODE. Her inclusion in the girl group has ignited allegations of nepotism and favoritism within the company.

Like Tae-joon, Eunsung is most interested in furthering Midas Labels' global appeal, and further expanding the Midas Labels' family.

as a fun way to tease company lore and get some answers to your burning questions about the executives, we thought an AMA for the executives (cho taejoon, go eunsung, kevin yoon, yang dohee, and an jaeseop) could be fun!

anya is the princess of kpop, truly. she is rich, beautiful, talented, and charming, someone who is hard to outmatch in the public arena. she is the most popular member of the group, never failing to make waves with a simple instagram post. she is constantly in some deal or campaign with luxury brands, however her ambassadorship with yves saint laurent is currently her longest running and arguably most iconic. she is also widely known for having several high profile dating scandals, from exo’s kai to jean arnault. her princess role is consistent within the group, however it is more of a lighthearted joke with her members and fans than how seriously the press and the public tend to take it. she attended private school in england for her entire education, so her english speaking voice has a very posh british accent that most fans adore, however it adds to the whole princess bit. her members love to poke fun at her by copying her accent or certain words she uses, but it is always in good fun. she is not one to get her hands dirty if she can help it, and she often catches teasing for that as well. in games and challenges they do on variety shows, she will go all in for puzzles or mental battles but as soon as it’s something physical, the rest of her members do not want her on their team.

na eunhye is the eldest daughter to the youngest son of a powerful chaebol family. she was never very close to her immediate family, her father largely absent, her mother far too overbearing, and her little brother off in his own world, especially during the school year she spent off in england at school. but the one person in her family she worshipped more than anything was always her grandmother. her father’s mother, hong soonhee, was the matriarch of the family and lived in a huge mansion in the mountains outside seoul, where anya spent her summers more often than not. being the youngest girl of the family, she was always soonhee’s favorite. when she had her grandmother in her corner, anya never even need ask for anything she wanted.

her mother, who honestly married into the family for he connection to the money, was almost jealous of the relationship she had with soonhee. anya’s grandmother never liked her mother and had a knack for disagreeing with her on most things. when anya announced that she decided she wanted to pursue singing, her mother was absolutely against it. although she had taken ballet and piano lessons all her life, and had a rather beautiful voice, her mother believed it to be a very improper profession and entirely useless in life. but her grandmother loved to hear her sing, constantly asking her to give her little concerts every time she visited her house. although she wouldn’t normally agree with the idol life as a career, she simply wanted her favorite granddaughter to be happy and if performing did that, then she would back it 100%. especially if her mother was particularly against it.

she was accepted into both sm and yg entertainment, and was struggling to pick between the two when the small, newly rebuilt rainbow entertainment offered her a spot in their newest lineup that was set to debut in less than a year. her grandmother was hesitant, knowing that sm and yg would both provide the best shot at fame for her granddaughter, but anya knew she could train for years and years at those companies and never debut. she wanted her shot at fame as quick as possible, and took the leap with rbe. it was hard getting along with the other girls at first, some trainees treating her as if she had bought her way into the lineup, but going through the trials and tribulations of debut together brought them all that much closer.

i. go eunsung is born to a famous quidditch player and a muggle. their marriage and subsequent delivery of a baby boy is a quiet affair, but wizarding journalism soon gets wind of it like salivating dogs eager to sink their teeth in. people and fans alike start to condemn his mother, as pureblooded as they come, for falling for someone that scrapes the bottom of the barrel and exposing him to a world previously unknown. and she is notorious for her fiery spirit and sharp tongue, but she refuses to give comment to the onslaught of questions that are thrown at her wherever she goes. eventually, they get bored when she refuses to rise to their bait and start sniffing out the next trail- the next big thing. the limelight is thus shined onto some other unfortunate soul, and people stop complaining once she leads her team to victory, time after time again.

ii. although their life is quite simple, eunsung grows up a happy child where laughter is constant and his knees get skinned far too often from falling and getting back up again. magic is commonplace in their household, and his father even participates, even though he can’t do spells like his mother can. instead, he pulls out coins from behind his ears and makes them disappear again, and eunsung thinks that, too, counts as magic nevertheless. this portion of his childhood can be characterized as a success, and eunsung dreams in a kaleidoscope of colors, of happy things washed over in warm sunset pink. he remains a beacon of light in an otherwise desolate world, and they shield him away from the current events that have the city turned upside down.

iii. everything keeps falling apart, and he is too slow to pick up the pieces- always a second too late. there are things he won’t quite ever forget, things that he keeps imprinted beneath paperthin eyelids and close to his heart. there’s resignation in his mother’s eyes when a group of aurors come to take her away, and he doesn’t understand why he can’t come with her or where she’s going. perhaps they feel a little sympathetic when they see him burst into tears because his mother comes rushing back to smooth the crown of his head. she wipes away his tears and murmurs comforting words before turning to his father and holding him close to whisper words eunsung can’t make out. and his father looks so tired all of a sudden, like he’s aged ten years in a span of five minutes, but he nods at whatever his mother says and tells her goodbye for the very last time. this, too, he remembers: the tight grip his father keeps on his hand to hide the fact he’s shaking.

iv. they move to a district where pockets of magic are less frequent, where people have no idea that it even exists. here, there are no circulating newspapers about the speculation of his mother’s disappearance and the charge that she had helped conspire against voldemort. visits to his grandmother become more frequent as his father dedicates hours upon hours to his new job, even though she has moved to the outskirts of civilization and the ride there takes more than an hour. she is a gruff woman full of wayward answers and wisdom, and she teaches him the word for his gift. seer. sometimes his daydreams are not just daydreams, he learns- sometimes he is unconsciously looking into the future. it’s a startling realization that makes his eyes go as big as the moon, and he demands how she knows. but she just offers a toothy grin with a twinkle in her eye. she forces him to learn how to read tea leaves and the lines on a person’s palm, things that she insists are important for his education. and although he remains abysmal at both, he does learn this: to keep his gift a secret.

v. the years spent at hanseong are formative, and eunsung flourishes in the magical environment. he takes a liking towards herbology, and the teacher tells him he has an innate ability inside of him to soothe even the angriest of mandrakes when they go through the trying period of adolescence. but misfortune strikes his life once again, when he learns that his father is in a coma. the worst thing is that he doesn’t learn of this until a few days after the fact, when he receives a hastily scrawled letter and a muggle newspaper clipping from his grandmother via owl. they called it a riot, but eunsung knows that his father was just one of the many casualities of a pureblood wizard’s idea of fun. inciting chaos in a group of muggles who don’t know anything about magic, who get hit by spells of dark magic that muggle doctors don’t even know how to reverse or correctly identify. his heart feels heavy, but he keeps a smile on his face and visits as soon as he possibly can. he talks about everything and nothing at once even though his father doesn’t respond. because he knows that he will soon day- he has to.

vi. duelling was never a part of his plan, but he’s fifteen years old and desperate enough to find himself at an underground duelling match. he has a deathly grip on his wand when he gets pushed into the thrall as the next person up. spectators form a loose circle around him and his opponent, someone who is far older than him. it appears like he’s the fan favorite of the night, if the chanting of the other guy’s name getting louder and louder was anything to judge by. eunsung wants to balk under pressure, to back out, but there are hospital expensives that still need to be paid, so he straightens up his back and gives a disarming smile before bowing. perhaps that’s why his opponent goes easy on him when the match starts. but he underestimates the strength of eunsung’s spells, the sheer concentration he throws into it as he counterattacks. when he ends up walking out significantly richer, people start to whisper about the new freshfaced duelist making his rounds.

vii. perhaps eunsung should have inspected the remnants of tea leaves on the bottom of his cup more closely rather than carelessly washing it away with a swig of water before rushing off to open shop. today should have been like any other day, as deft hands snip stalks off the flowers he’s bundling up and ties ribbons precisely to finish the bouquet that’s been ordered. the bell above the door dings as it swings open, and eunsung looks up to greet whoever’s walked in, happy-confident words that are ready to leave parted lips. but then his eyes glaze over, and that is all he remembers before he collapses onto the floor; the flowers fall out of his grip and scatter everywhere. it isn’t until later when he awakes with a blooming headache and to an immortal stranger who asks about the rise of the new order does he realize that he’s recited his first prophecy. there is something brewing, lurking at the underbelly of seoul, and he makes sure to be a part of the forefront of a revolution.

viii. sometimes he dreams in hues he doesn’t quite understand, of half wishes and dead light. his heart aches too much for something that doesn’t exist, and eunsung is a boy who feels like the world rests on his shoulders, because maybe it does.
