The boarding school feature from The Sims 3: Generations wasn't updated to include any new skills, careers, or traits from subsequent expansion packs, so I originally made this mod to fix that.
Then I realized that there were also some base game traits and careers missing, as well as most of the hidden skills, so I added those too!
This is a tuning mod that can be placed in your Overrides folder.

Mateo was born and raised in Colombia until the age of 16. He was a star athlete but the sport that he admired the most and was always the best at was tennis. He played in Colombia and then when he was 16, his parents moved him to the states so that he could really go for it.
While Mateo wasn't always the best in school, he showed off with his skills with a tennis racket. It was hard for him to learn the english language at first and his accent can still easily be heard.
Mateo was offered a scholarship to Stanford for a full ride because of how good his skills were. He went for something simple like business just in case he wanted to do something after tennis but he couldn't imagine a world where he didn't professionally play.
As he got into the professional side of Tennis, He met Manny and he fell really hard for the other. Even though Manny didn't want to do anything publicly, Mateo was okay with that at first. He knew that Manny didn't know how to deal with the people who would always say something about two guys together. This is not something that ever bothered Manny.
Mateo put up with this for a few years until he got tired of only being able to be together behind the scenes. He eventually decided to leave and he took off with his career, concentrating on that more than ever because he didn't want to think about how much it hurt.
A year ago, Mateo decided to retire from tennis because he wanted to be able to settle down and build a life for himself and he felt like this was something he would not be able to do if he was playing professionally. He decided to take some time off for himself and then he went to become a firefighter because he wanted to feel like he was making a difference. He finished training and then he decided to move to a new city and picked New York without knowing that this is where Manny would be.

NDIS Services Mitchell
NDIS planning is the process of determining how to best achieve your goals and aspirations. It includes listening to your needs and wants, finding mainstream and local community supports and linking you to them.
Despite considerable advocacy, physical and epistemic exclusion persists for many people with disability. NDIS strategies need to prioritize comprehending disability in gendered contexts to develop services that challenge longstanding exclusion.
How we can help you
NDIS Services Mitchell can help participants connect to their local community, including accessing services like ten pin bowling, golf and other recreational activities. We can also provide assistance with using the myplace portal and finding and working with service providers.
For NDIS participants in rural and remote areas, it can be difficult to access the supports they need. The NDIA has acknowledged this, and is working to address it.
But the long, drawn-out review process can feel like a version of Groundhog Day for the participants who have to fight for every cent. And even if they win, it’s not always a permanent victory. For Katherine Fielke, it’s a case of having to travel from Nhulunbuy to Sydney for intensive therapies for her son Mitchell, who has Autism and Global Developmental Delay. It costs the family $6000 per trip.
NDIS Assessments
Independent assessments (or IAs as they’re known in the industry) have caused a lot of controversy. NDIS participants are rightly concerned about them and how they might impact the way their access requests and personalised budgets are created.
These assessments are performed by Allied Health professionals, like Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, to identify an individual’s current level of function in areas such as mobility, communication, self-care, learning and cognition. They can also assess the home environment if a home modification assessment is required.
It’s vital that a skilled needs assessor understands the complexity of your disability and gathers a full picture from you and your family, as well as your support workers and clinical professionals. They should also consider the wider impact of your disability on your day to day life, identifying barriers to accessing services and highlighting issues of marginalisation and disadvantage. This will help to ensure that your needs are met and your budget is based on the highest level of functional capacity.
NDIS Planning
NDIS planning is a crucial step in the disability journey. It involves working on a participant statement to identify goals and aspirations for their life, and identifying how they will work towards these.
The participant statement needs to be drafted prior to the plan meeting and it’s a good idea to have this information prepared ahead of time. NDIA has developed resources for participants to help with this and you can find these in accessible formats on the booklets & factsheets page.
A person’s NDIS funding can be either “self-managed” (where they are responsible for their own purchases) or NDIA managed (where the NDIA manages their funds and only allows registered providers to access the fund). Many people choose to have a Support Coordinator as part of their plan. This can be helpful for some participants and you can read more about the role of a Support Coordinator on the Managing my plan page.
OOHC caseworkers and early intervention workers supporting families to access the NDIS will need to advise parents/carers what they need to prepare for their planning meeting, including collecting relevant reports, evidence, and so on. This is important to ensure the best outcomes for children and their families.
NDIS Supports
The NDIS has a number of different ways of funding support services. These include a range of Supported Independent Living (SIL) options, as well as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
Ms Fielke says her brother’s experience with the NDIS was heartbreaking, and she fears his health decline could have been hastened by months spent in hospital.
The NDIA is now implementing reforms to improve access and planning processes, but they must be designed transparently with people with disability, and must ensure people do not lose their current supports unless alternative options are available to them. The NDIS Review and the Disability Royal Commission recommendations have highlighted a need for reforms that put the right supports at the centre of the NDIS. These changes will need to be implemented in partnership with commonwealth and state/territory governments. They should also involve a shift to a focus on 'foundational' supports outside individualised NDIS budgets, and improve psychosocial support availability.
