scaramouche x fem!reader. no smut. arguments. fluff. angst. two arguments in which scaramouche realizes he is in love.
i have been kicking around this idea for awhile, i am just gonna let my fingers do the typing. i don't expect this to hit very well, tbh
scaramouche is notorious for his temper. he is an experience to deal with, and it is not easy for anyone. most especially you, his assistant and secretary. he didn't want one, but he was advised by pierro and the captain that women are very capable for that type of job. that it might be good for him.
so now he was saddled with you. you are small, shorter than he is which was what he first noticed. he supposed you are a hard worker, kind of overachieving to do your best and do everything to the letter. if you messed up, you were quick to cry, which scaramouche loved.
at first.
he is currently in a stand off with you in his office. he is shooting you a glare that would make anyone drop dead and back down. but not you. you are determined to stand your ground.
"i don't need coffee, woman. what i need is competency, and some peace and quiet. and another pen. yet here you are, running your mouth and displaying the incompetency that i loathe," scaramouche snapped, barely even looking at the coffee you set on his desk.
he was stunned to see that you remembered how he likes his coffee. black with no sugar or cream.
"sir, please. you've been working so hard all day without any rest. if you won't rest, at least drink some coffee," your fretting was pathetic to him. he didn't need these things to sustain himself. "and in the meantime, i can find you a pen that won't explode. you probably squeezed the pen too hard," your smile was soft and he hated it.
"shut up, woman. leave. can't you take a hint?" he snarled, figuring that would finally make you flinch and cave.
nope.
instead, you grit your teeth. "i don't shut up, sir. i grow up," tough words for someone who threw the reports he asked (commanded) you organize for him like a child. finally, you turned and left his office, slamming the door behind you.
he swore it rattled through the entire hall. scaramouche's mouth was agape. nobody has talked to him like that before. as infuriating as it was, he thought you were pretty brave for a lowly human. and why did you look so cute when you are angry?
in the wake of all that, you still showed respect for him by calling him sir.
he stopped snapping at you for offering him coffee he didn't ask for after that.
this argument was over a cat of all things.
it was bad enough that his squad seemed to listen to you more than him. you'd found an injured black cat while out on a scouting mission. one that he glared out his tent the whole time watching for you to come back. where were you? this was a simple mission. what was taking so long? he'd hardly seen you all day and it was pissing him off.
when he started getting pissed about it, he didn't know.
there you came, black cat wrapped in your jacket and cradled carefully in your arms. "what took you so long? you are supposed to be my assistant. that dignifies staying close to me," he demanded, striding out of his tent.
you blinked at him, remaining quiet for a moment. "but you sent me out on the mission," you stated the obvious.
"that's not the point. and," he hissed, glaring at the bundle in your arms. "what is that?"
"a cat. i found him injured and abandoned. it's going to snow tonight, i refused to leave him to die," you replied, petting the cat and cooing to the animal as it showed signs of distress sensing scaramouche's unpleasant temperament.
scaramouche knew exactly what you were going to ask the moment you looked at him and opened your mouth. "no," he deadpanned, "go put it back where you found it. now," he crossed his arms. he saw his other subordinates shoot you apologetic looks.
"but-"
he cut you off. "no means no. the cat will just get in the way," his breath hitched in his throat as tears welled in your eyes.
you were quiet for a moment, and he thought he finally won.
nope.
"no," his subordinates suddenly looked very scared.
"what did you just tell me, woman?" he hissed lowly. "repeat yourself, i dare you."
"no," you said more firmly. "i refuse to abandon him and let him freeze to death. how would you like it if someone abandoned you when you needed it the most? that would be so so terrible. i refuse to put this kitty through that any more than he already was."
with that you turned and walked away back to your tent, cat on your arms and striding with a purpose.
scaramouche was stunned. not only had you just so boldly stood up to him, you'd effectively bitch slapped him in the face with words. what you said jarred him right to his core. he stared at your retreating back until you disappeared inside your tent.
your parting words hit home more than he liked to admit. why did you have to be so fucking smart all the time?
he seethed in his tent for many hours. you usually came by and checked on him, asking if he needed anything even if you were angry at him. but he saw hide nor hair of you.
and he couldn't stand it.
"where is my secretary?" he snarled, striding out of his tent and rounding in on the first subordinate he saw. he pointed to your tent.
why did you have your own tent, anyways? you are his assistant, damn it. you should be by his side with him in his tent. "come sit with me for awhile. and bring that infernal beast, if you want."
you look at him like he had two head. "wh-what?" he sighed at your response, raising an eyebrow. you are confused. scaramouche has never asked you to come sit and keep him company before. your heart fluttered like it always did whenever you were in his presence, never the less, you got up and cat in arms followed him back to his tent.
there was a long, companionable silence between the two of you. he noticed you didn't feel the need to start a conversation just to occupy silence. he really values that. "what happened to it?" he finally asked.
he hated he felt jealous of the cat curled up asleep and purring in your lap. "he is a cat, not a thing, scara," your eyes widened realizing you hadn't addressed him with the respect you always did. "i..i'm sorry," you stammered an apology.
sighing, scaramouche shook his head. "stop it. you don't have to call me sir when we are alone, at least. scara is...fine," he observed your relieved smile, looking away shyly as a blush he wished wasn't there dusted his cheeks.
"oh! by the way," you exclaimed, smiling more like a cat who just put her paw in the cookie jar. you unwrapped something from the sleeping cats collar and handed it to him. "you were looking for this, right? you mentioned pierro was suspicious of unrest in a smaller fatui faction. here is the documented proof. it was tied to the cats collar," the way you looked at him now, hoping for some form of approval, he hated to admit how cute you look.
scaramouche looked down at the paper and then back at you. you actually listened to him when he gave mission briefings. you singlehandedly accomplished what the rest of his squad couldn't do the entire week.
he put his hand on your head, stroking it through your hair. "impressive. you can keep i-" he started to say it in reference to the cat, but stopped when you raised an angry eyebrow at him, "him. the cat i mean," it was worth it to see you smile.
you keeping him company turned into a regular occurrence. which then led to you sleeping in and staying in his tent. love wasn't easy for scaramouche, but this was perfect way for it start.

a motorcycle ride home. (a sasharcy fanfic)
With some help from @the-chaotic-lesbian with some concept's I'll share at the end!!
-----
it was 7 PM, Marcy just got off from her work at barnes and nobles locking the door's behind her as she walked towards the front putting her hands in her pocket, she's always enjoyed the chill vibe in the place and all the books she could read when no one was really around.
marcy felt a rumble in her pocket as she quickly pulled it out, adjusting her glasses to read it as best as she can as she see's it's a text from sasha.
"I'm almost there mar-mar, don't get impatient on me and ask anne to pick you up in her thai food truck."
marcy did a small little genuine smile, knowing sasha has been wanting to pick her up for awhile now but has declined most of the time cause of the anxiety of a motorcycle ride, not cause sasha was a bad driver, just because being in a vehicle that doesn't have door's or window's to protect her was terrifying to her.
but she also know's sasha want's to get her to get over her fear since sasha want's to have more one on one motorcycle rides with her like with anne.
anne was probably the worst for motorcycle ride's since she always encouraged sasha to do wheelie's and all this extra stuff on the open road, they definitely had fun but not something marcy could handle.
especially since now it's night time and it's possibly even more risky and terryfing for marcy.
but even with that marcy really want's to try getting over her fear and will try to do so tonight, she quickly texted back to sasha.
fearful but also excited to see sasha after a long's day of work.
"lol don't worry i won't XD"
right when she sent it she heard a motorcycle zoom and turn the corner, the reddish black bike with yellow and red flame stickers on it slowy stopping in front of marcy as sasha stopped the engine kicking the well, kickstand as sasha took her helmet off her long blonde hair quickly escaping it's helmet prison.
of course marcy being the gay little lesbian she is the moment feel's in slow motion for her, sasha in her point of view shining as bright as a night star's as sasha look's at her with a smile.
"HEY GIRLFRIEND!! How was work mar-mar?"
marcy quickly snapped out of lesbian vision, getting back into the real world.
"o-OH I'm great! helped some customers, read some books, all that jazz you'd expect."
sasha gave a small smile resting her arm on the bike's handle's
"heh bet so, anything bad happen, any mean bastards i need to beat up for messing with you."
"HAHA SASHA NO IT'S FINE ITS FINE EVERYONE WAS NICE!"
"BESIDES THEY WOULD BE GONE BY THIS POINT AND WHO WOULD GET MAD AT SOMEONE IN A BARNES AND NOBLE'S??"
"okay fair but good. i would've road my bike right into the damn store if someone messed with ya i wouldn't second think it."
"HAHA i know i know. now c'mon tough guy let's get home before traffic piles up from everyone coming from work."
"got it, also here!!"
sasha got into her medium sized bag she brought with her, marcy looking over here in interest as sasha quickly pulled out a black helmet with green yellow lighting bolts on it and some black gloves, as marcy sorta blushed a bit with this present.
"I- A HELMET???"
"YEAH!!! got it made just for you, aka got green lighting bolt stickers from the dollar tree BUT ITS FOR YOU!!"
marcy looked at the helmet seeing her own reflection in the eyes of the helmet as she flapped her little hands a bit with this gift.
"and you know...maybe this will help you get over your motorcycle fear."
sasha smiled with a big grin at marcy, ruffling her head with her hand as she put the helmet and gloves in marcy's hand's.
"I....really appreciate it sasha!! it'll definitely make me possibly not fear my hear coming off on the roa-"
sasha quickly grabbed the helmet in marcy's hand's and put it over her head.
"WOAH HEY I WASN'T DONE HAHA-"
"NO TIME FOR THINKING OF FEAR'S, NO TIME FOR GIRLFRIEND BEHAVIOR. WE GOTTA GET ON THE ROAD BEFORE THE TRAFFIC LIKE YOU SAID MAR MAR SO WE GET THIS DONE QUICKER AND ITS NOT AS TERRYFING FOR YOU C'MON!"
sasha quickly scooped marcy and placed her on the back of the motorcycle, getting the gloves on her as fast as possible.
"WOAH WOAH SLOW DOWN I'LL BE FINE WE CAN TAKE OUR TIME!!"
"NAH I'M NOT LETTING MY GIRLFRIEND BE EMOTIONALLY STRESSED FOR A 3 HOURS WITH THE TRAFFIC!"
"HAHA OKAY OKAY OKAY LET'S GO THEN!"
sasha was gonna kick the kickstand marcy preparing herself for the upcoming ride when suddenly sasha stopped herself realizing something.
"WAIT, before we hit the road."
marcy
"y-yeah?"
sasha lifted up the helmet giving marcy a little kiss on the cheek as she lifted it back down marcy's face barley visible but she know's she's in gay panic.
"just for good luck~ and I'll try to go slow for you on the road just in case."
sasha gave marcy a wink and a little finger snap towards her direction as she kicked off the kickstand, marcy absolutely zooming in her helmet with the kiss as she wrap's around sasha's body holding her close.
"t-thank you...sashy..."
marcy said quietly sasha smiling starting up the motorcycle
"no problem...now hold on tight and keep thinking about the kiss!"
marcy not even able to process that quick quip, sasha turns and zoom's onto the main road.
the street light's and all the restaurants and stores going past them as they get closer and closer back home, as sasha look's back and checks on marcy a couple of times mid drive to see if she's alright.
marcy has been just looking down mostly not looking at the upcoming car's and trying to think of only sasha's comfort and the little kiss on her cheek, but the car noises and loud air going past her still makes her a little stressed even with the helmet.
sasha stopped at the soon to be red light kicking the kickstand on so marcy could take off the mask and get a breather.
"alright marcy we got some time, take off the mask to get a little breather."
marcy noded taking off her mask and feeling the cold air hit her.
"GASP ...whoof...okay okay.."
"so..any progress mar mar?"
"hhhh sorta? I've been just thinking about you the whole time to get my mind off the car's honking and passing by..."
sasha did a concerned but happy smile as she put her hand on her shoulder, rubbing it softly.
"that's great mar-mar. whatever helps you get through this the better."
marcy nodded looking around at all the car's and street lights sat still letting the cold air slightly calm her down.
"and besides we're only 10 minutes away marcy! we're almost there, can my little marshmallow make it 10 more minutes?"
marcy snorted, rolling her eyes with a big ol grin as she put her helmet back on.
"haha..sure sashimi, let's get home as fast as we can."
marcy jumped back onto the bike wrapping around sasha's body again but this time...alot harder, making sasha slighty worried but she wanted to get home as quickly as possible for her, as she saw the light go green and quickly zoomed off.
5 minutes went by, they we're getting closer and closer back home we're marcy could finally relax but with all the car's around she could feel marcy's wrap around her feel...more shaky, getting tighter.
She didn't want marcy to have a potential heart attack with all the car's, honks, and loud air overwhelming her.
"marcy?"
"....."
marcy was quiet, really trying to focus on keeping it together and not fall off the motorcycle or have to ask sasha to pull over, even though sasha 100% would she doesn't wanna stall time in her mind.
sasha felt marcy's grip getting even tighter marcy shaking like it's 20 degree's outside, sasha knew what she had to do or atleast she had a idea but she's never really done this type of thing with marcy before.
sasha hummed, a familiar tune that marcy has actually heard of before and made marcy actually stop shaking a little bit as sasha's calming humming made marcy sorta tune out the noise's that we're stressing her.
"sashy...is that..."
marcy stopped shivering as much as before, all the other stressful noises of the car's, honking, and loud air around her slowy fade away as she focused only on sasha's quiet but very familiar tune.
"...just close your eyes...soon we'll be home~"
marcy's eyes lit up, her pupils somehow EXPANDING like a cat would seeing a mouse or a cat toy to play with.
"fall asleep to the radi-"
marcy suddenly TIGHTLY held onto sasha's body, her singing cut to hault as marcy was in shock in surprise with sasha's song choice
"SASHA YOU KNOW THAT SONG???"
"OW TIGHT, YES OF COURSE I KNOW THAT SONG YOU THINK I DONT LISTEN TO YOUR MUSIC RECOMMENDATIONS YOU SEND IN OUR DM'S HAHA"
"DUDE I DIDN'T KNOW YOU DID OH MY GOD I-"
"SASHA I LOVE YOU SO MUCH GOD TAKE ME."
"HAHA, well since we're on it, wanna sing this song with me so the ride is a little less stressful for ya mar-mar?"
"UM YES??"
marcy said within a SPLIT SECOND, humming the song immediately before sasha could respond, marcy wanting to flap her little hands in excitement with this even OPPORTUNITY but couldn't do it cause if she'd let go she'd probably fall.
"HAHA alright alright."
marcy and sasha sang almost home by mxmtoon the whole last 5 minutes of the ride, pass by drivers hearing these two goober's sing this song loudly out in the road without a CARE in the world, marcy not even thinking about anything around her.
she is only thinking about this fantastic moment with her girlfriend.
for once marcy didn't feel fear on a motorcycle.
for once she didn't feel any need to overthink what could happen to them if something went wrong.
in her mind it was just her and sasha.
and she was happy with that.
"I WAS JUST A KID. DREAMS WE'RE LOOKING BIG AND I HAD TO GROW UP, NO ONE EVER SAYSSSS~"
"I WAS JUST A KID. DREAMS WE'RE LOOKING BIG AND I HAD TO GROW UP, NO ONE EVER SAYSSSS~"
they both loved this moment together and sasha was having a dumb big ol grin, happy to hear marcy actually have fun on her motorcycle for once.
sasha turning the corner to see their home happily pulled up to the driveway, kicking the kickstand as marcy was still singing not even realizing she was home, sasha putting her feet on the ground marcy quickly letting go only thinking of the song, as sasha took off her helmet, feeling relived and happy things went well and marcy is actually possibly comfortable with motorcycle rides now as she looked back as marcy on the motorcycle banging her head and still singing.
"wishing on a star....waiting on a carrrr~"
"marcy."
"to take me AWAY...AND MOM WOULD SAYYYY-"
"WE'RE HOME MAR-MAR.
"oh! that went by fast!"
sasha turned to marcy taking off her helmet and ruffling her hair.
"mhm, wasn't so bad wasn't it?"
"hehe i guess so...your'e...singing...really helped me, thank you..so much."
marcy said hugging sasha, sasha hugging marcy back in great happiness.
"no problem, I'm happy it helped."
sasha let out a big sigh of relief.
"maybe this will get you to do motorcycle trips with me more!"
"HAHA YEAH YEAH, as long as you sing me a good song ya big hug ol lovable lug."
marcy put her small soft hands on sasha's cheeks squishing it together and rubbing it around as sasha put her hand's on top of her's with comfort.
"heh, got it."
"so let's go inside sha'll we?"
"oh um sasha..."
"yeah?"
"my legs kinda gave out in fear when we we're on the road, I CANT MOVE THEM HAHA"
sasha quickly rolled her eyes but also gave a little giggle and soft smile at this dumb dork's little gamer leg's giving out on her.
"PFT alright alright c'mon milady~"
sasha scooped marcy up from the motorcycle quickly not even letting marcy process the milady in time, as marcy wrapped her arms around the back of sasha's neck as she looked at her with a little blushly little face.
"did you seriously just call me milady?"
"your a damsel in distress with your little weak gamer leg's marcy, it worked."
"we're gay but that's too gay even for us."
"HAHA OH C'MON IT WAS GOOD!"
marcy did a little snort putting her hand on her head like she was injured.
"OH KNIGHT GET ME INSIDE QUICK! MY LITTLE GAMER LEGS CANT SURVIVE MUCH LONGER WITHOUT A COUCH STAT~"
sasha held marcy tighter with this snarky knight come back.
"HAHAHA OH MY GOD WHEN DID YOU BECOME THE SARCASTIC ONE HUH?"
marcy rested her hand on her own chin and did the classic y'know hand motion in front of sasha's face with the other hand.
"its apart of me now~ :)"
sasha sighed giving marcy a little forehead kiss resting her chin on marcy's soft head.
"hhhh I've influenced you too much.."
"you sure have! now actually please get me inside i need a couch."
sasha smirked, looking in marcy's exhausted but happy eye's as she lifted her up a bit more towards her chest.
"alright alright c'mon marshmallow."
"WAIT WE CAN TELL ANNE ABOUT THE MOTORCYCLE FEAR BEING GONE POSSIBLY!!"
sasha gasped both sasha and marcy looking at each other and at the front door.
"YEAHHHHH????"
"YEAHHHHH-"
suddenly a door bell was rang, anne already hearing sasha and marcy's talking outside she just knew it was them.
"it's unlocked!"
SUDDENLY SASHA KICK'S THE FUCKING DOOR OPEN, MARCY LAUGHING IN SASHA'S ARM'S AS ANNE DOESN'T EVEN FLINCH BEING USED TO THIS.
"GUESS WHICH PRECIOUS LITTLE BEAN GOT OVER THERE FUCKING MOTORCYCLE FEAR TODAYYYYYYYYY-"

nct - “resonance”
taeyong x reader
word count : 1,593
don't mind my cheesy/bad references.
-
the abandoned construction lot had people laying on the ground. some of them were left on their knees while others stood, watching everything happen.
"gonna change your mind yet?" jeno playfully asked before kicking a guy into the ground. "we won't stop until you give in," he smirked.
"fuck you," one guy boldly spoke up, only to be picked up by the collar by jungwoo.
"what'd you say?" jungwoo questioned, wanting the guy to repeat what he said.
"fuck. you," the guy repeated.
jungwoo immediately punched the man and took a gun out, pointing it at the man.
yuta ended the phone call he was having, putting his phone in his pocket. "pack it up, we're leaving." as some of the guys started heading out, yuta walked over to the leader of the group and took a gun out. "mess with us again, and you won't be able to walk the next time i see you," he threatened before pulling the trigger, putting a bullet into the man's leg. the man screamed in pain while yuta walked away, heading back to the others that were waiting for him.
"ay yo, listen up," mark spoke, grabbing the attention of the guys with him, "yuta and them are coming back with the goods. let's make sure they're good before we make the trade."
"what is it this time? drugs?" jaemin asked.
"when is it not drugs?" ten asked as he opened his laptop. "we rarely deal with anything else besides cash," ten pointed out.
jaemin shrugged, "hey, you never know if it's gonna change," he replied.
kun walked into the room with jisung and chenle following behind him. they carried boxes with completed shipments from deals that had occurred earlier in the week.
"we getting rid of those too?" ten asked when he looked up from his computer.
"yea, doyoung and taeyong said we'll be getting some good stuff from these," kun answered. the trio put the boxes down by the closed garage door. "you guys need anything? i'm gonna grab dinner."
"i'll take food," mark raised his hand. jaemin nodded his head.
"buy food for all of us. i'll pay you back," jaemin spoke up.
"sure," kun nodded, "everyone better pay me back...chenle."
"hey, i didn't back you back, like once, maybe twice, kun ge," the latter replied and put his hands in his jacket pocket. "it wasn't even that much anyways..." chenle muttered.
"two times too many," kun said as he headed towards the entrance of the room. "i'll be back," he said as he left the room.
jisung sat on the table closest to him while chenle stood by mark. "did lucas and them come back yet?" jisung asked out of curiosity.
"yea, they got banged up a bit, but they're fine. they couldn't get any cash though, so taeil's probably gonna threaten those guys that have the casino near us," ten answered as he fixed the inventory of products that they had on his computer.
"did you fix the dates?" johnny asked while looking over some paperwork.
"yea, we did. from the 1990's. how we do it every time," xiaojun said and handed a bill to johnny. johnny took it and grabbed a small magnifying glass. he started checking the bill to make sure it looked perfect enough to use. "can we start making more? we only have a few grand right now," xiaojun asked, wanting to speed up the production of cash.
johnny continued to examine the bill for awhile before sitting up straight. he handed the bill to xiaojun, "finish the batch. a deal's going on tonight and we need to make them happy," he instructed.
xiaojun nodded before leaving the office, closing the door behind him.
"we good to go?" renjun asked.
"yea, boss wants it done fast. there's something goin' on tonight," xiaojun said and other members started the machines to print more money.
renjun started watching the machines moving and grabbed the first sheet of uncut money. he smiled, "perfect."
"imma get ready for tonight. i can already tell it's gonna be a good night for us," haechan announced and stood up from his seat.
"grab me something, will ya?" yangyang asked, already knowing that haechan was going to head to the armory in their base.
"you got it," haechan replied before starting to head out of the room.
"let's go, guys! spot check and test the stuff. we need all of it to be legit," jaehyun said to the guys who were carrying stuff back and forth.
"all of these too?" hendery asked, pointing to another stack of crates. jaehyun nodded, making the latter huff before continuing to work.
"sungchan, check those from the bottom to the top. we need to make sure everything is correct," jaehyun instructed sungchan, who was sitting at a table with machines around him.
"got it!" sungchan replied and got to work, checking the samples of the products they had just received from another group that operates within their town.
jaehyun walked over to hendery, double checking the products that needed to be traded tonight. yuta walked inside the building through an open garage door and walked up to jaehyun.
"how's it looking?" yuta asked.
"it's gonna be a big one tonight, that's for sure," jaehyun replied. "is doyoung with you?" he asked.
"infirmary. he's checking up on winwin's group," yuta mentioned before taking his phone out of his pocket to check the time. "should be happening any time now."
"ow, ow, ow," shotaro whined while lucas cleaned the wounds on his leg.
"we told you not to do that," winwin said as his arm was being wrapped up by doyoung.
doyoung sighed, "you need to tone it down on nights like these. you knew that things could go down south, and we're dealing with big people tonight," he mentioned. "anywhere else besides the forehead?" he asked winwin.
winwin shook his head, "nah. i'll patch this up myself," he said, pointing to his forehead.
doyoung nodded before receiving a phone call. he took his phone out and answered the call. "yea?"
"let's take a ride before the show starts," taeil immediately spoke.
"want me to bring anyone with us?" doyoung asked.
"yea, i want a few guys to be roughed up," taeil answered before ending the call.
"you three, you're coming with me. don't hurt yourself even more," doyoung said as he put his phone away.
"where we going?" lucas asked.
"to the casino. taeil wants some guys roughed up. grab jeno and some of the others," he instructed, "and let's get this done. this deal needs to happen tonight," he said before heading out of the infirmary.
the sun goes down by the time all of nct is together again. they meet at the designated meeting place for tonight's deal. some of the guys serve as guards and snipers while others move products around.
"they're late," johnny spoke up, looking at the time.
kun looked in the rear view mirror to look at taeyong, "what you gon' do?" he asked taeyong, who sat in the backseats of the suv.
"they'll show up," taeyong spoke. "they probably have people scouting the area to make sure we didn't put any traps like last time," he theorized.
after a few more minutes of waiting, ten comes up to the suv. kun moves the window down. "chenle saw them. they'll be here soon," ten announced.
"tell the others to get ready," taeil spoke up from his seat next to taeyong. "the show's gonna start."
"got it," ten replied before walking away. kun pulled the window back up.
"ready?" johnny asked.
once cars started appearing, the guys started got out of their cars. taeyong, taeil, yuta, kun, and johnny stood there, waiting for someone to get out of their car.
someone gets out of a car and opens the backseat. a woman gets out of the backseat and gestures for her people to get everything that was to be traded.
she walked towards the five men.
"it's been awhile," she spoke.
"have what we want?" taeil immediately asked.
"straight to the point, of course. everything's here," she mentioned, "feel free to have your people check everything before we leave," she said.
taeyong gestured for some of the others to move. jaehyun, ten, and winwin proceed to walk around and start checking the boxes full of products. after a minute, they gesture for others to help start moving the products.
"is that all of my stuff?" the woman asked, looking at the crates of items behind the men in front of her.
"everything you want. you can someone check it," kun spoke up.
she glanced over her shoulder, "go," she instructed. her people started moving products. "until next time," she said to them. she turned back to go towards her car.
the rest of nct finished what they needed and most of them got back into their cars. taeyong walked up to y/n, who was about to get back into her car.
"hey," he spoke and y/n looked at him.
"you're welcome," y/n immediately said to him.
taeyong chuckled, "thanks for everything." then, he leaned in and kissed her, "see ya soon?" he asked only to receive a giggle before a response.
"you could just come with me right now if you want," she replied with a smile.
taeyong smiled at her, "i'll come over once we make sure everything is in order," he said.
"fine with me," she said before kissing him. "see you soon."
"see ya," he said.

Two teens stood upon the balcony of a large banquet hall, exposed to the midsummer night air. The sky was a lilac blanket that hung over the Parisian buildings, speckled with glowing stars. The moon, with it’s crescent smile, beamed down of the young couple.
Hey, baby, won't you look my way?
Marinette’s eyes were closed as she rested her head upon his shoulder, relaxing after the night’s rapid escalation. Tonight she had arrived at the ball with the intent to be there for her friends, but somehow she found herself within the arms of Gotham’s (and probably Paris’) Ice Prince. She had overheard his nickname from the Gotham students, one of which being Jon, who was in the middle of mocking the young Wayne. She had never considered that nickname as suitable; sure he was temperamental & had a tendency to snap, but icey to the core? No.
I can be your new addiction
Damian was calm. For the first time in his life he felt like he could take a breath. His exhale was carried off by a small gust of wind, the bush over hanging the stone railing rustled. With his inhale, the scent of Marinette’s perfume became present once more. Mixed with the crisp night’s air, her usual scent of pastries was mixed with what could only be described as ambrosia. His phone vibrated within his pocket, it was never on volume due to the potential risk it caused during his heroic activities.
“Shit.” Notifications covered his screen, multiple tweets, Instagrams and Tiktoks in which he had been tagged in. But the alert came from his family’s private messaging chat. The whole thread was a shit storm, Grayson and Todd’s messages were completely capitalised (he learnt years ago this meant ‘to yell’ in writing form) and both had multiple ‘keyboard spasms’. Drake, like the thorough detective he is, had combed through the images and videos, investigating their validity. His honorary sisters had replied with ‘awwwww’(s) and ‘Omg we MUST meet this girl! I need to know how she tamed the demon!’. He could practically hear Brown’s shrill voice from across the ocean.
Hey, baby, what you gotta say?
No reply from his father or Alfred. The two of them were the only semblance of ‘normal’ paternal figures he had within his life, after the sham of a relationship he had previously held with his grandfather. Their silence unnerved him.
Marinette had noticed his attention had shifted to his phone, her own mobile was buzzing away within her baby pink purse. Messages, notifications of account tagging and comments galore. A sigh left her lips when she saw her parents seemed to be none the wiser. Good, she didn’t need to deal with future adoration for ‘The boy who swept our daughter off of her feet’ (or something along those lines).
Her cheeks regained some of the warmth they held before as she thought of her parent’s reaction. Scrolling through her Twitter she saw her friends had posted multiple images of the night’s events, majority being her shared dance.

what kind of Disney shit is this? (Insert video of two teens dancing around an mostly empty dance floor.)

I KNOW RIGHT?! THEY WERE FUCKING FLOATING!!!
All you're giving me is fiction
She was thankful that they hadn’t tagged her but she hadn’t been spared by others in attendance. Her post thread had blown up, thousands had commented and even more had viewed the evidence. There was no way she would come out of this unscathed.
“Has anyone been on Twitter today?” The blonde of the family asked as she walked into the dining room. Her eyes focused on her scrolling screen, brows furrowed in confusion. “Actually has anyone seen what’s happening on any of our socials?”
It was early in the afternoon and the family had recently returned home after a straining stakeout. The Joker had broken out of Arkham and the Batfam had to deal with his minions. Dick’s arm was in a sling (sprained from a grapple gone wrong), Jason was icing his hand, Alfred was stitching Bruce’s chest wounds while Tim and the girls escaped without severe injuries. All were still recuperating and finally able to recharge.
Alfred always enforced a strict ‘no devices at the dinner table’ rule; no matter how urgent it was, it could wait until after sustenance was consumed. Tim strongly opposed this, but there was no arguing with Agent A. This all surmises that probably no one had seen the crap storm on social media.
I'm a sorry sucker and this happens all the time
Bruce sighed, bringing his free arm up to rub his eyes. Tilting his head back to look at Steph, “Who was it this time?” Barbara quickly took out her phone to see what Stephanie was talking about, all the while glancing accusingly at Dick and Jason. Both of whom held up their arms (or in Dick’s case arm), declaring their innocence.
“It wasn’t fucking me!”
“Jason! Language!” Dick shot a glare at Jason and was met with one in return. “It wasn’t me either.”
“Then who-“ Bruce started before being cut off by his most rambunctious daughter.
I found out that everybody talks
Stephanie with a squeal, exclaimed that it was Damian. Visions of what the Wayne brat could have done flashed through the heads of everyone in the room. He had been sent overseas before the quarantines and lockdowns hit. During Damian’s first month in France he had been forced into online schooling and then finally when he got to go to in-person classes he hated it. Described the class as a kindergarten with petty and vindictive toddlers.
Had he broken someone’s arm? Was that person of such importance that it had spread over multiple social media platforms? France’s government had announced on June 15th, that teens were now being inoculated so him having COVID-19 was doubtful. Had he insulted the wrong person? Had he taken over the government? He certainly had the potential.
Everybody talks, everybody talks
What they saw stunned them, even Steph as she watched it for the 7th time. Damian Wayne was dancing. But not only that, he was dancing with a girl.
It started with a whisper
“What is this shit?”
No one verbally objected to Jason’s outburst but he was sent a harsh glare from Alfred, Dick and Bruce. Their focus soon returned to the images and videos before them. Babs’ and Steph’s phones were returned to them as the others ran to grab their own devices. They all met back at the table, comparing the posts and comparing their notes.
I can hear the chitchat
“There’s no way this can be real.”
“Jesus Tim,” Barbara rolls her eyes, “have you seen the amount of posts there are? You’d be an idiot to think otherwise.”
Take me to your love shack
“I’m with Tim, how do we know this isn’t some skit. I mean, Demon Spawn almost looks normal. That’s a matter of concern.” He almost dry heaved when he agreed with Tim. Damian couldn’t be capable of naturally exuding that amount of humanity unless there was something in it for him.
Mamas always gotta backtrack
“I was just saying Babs, that we should check the credibility of these images. For all we know they could be gorilla glued together and trying to get unstuck.” Tim cringed at his own reasoning, he really needed to either sleep (probably not going to happen anytime soon) or find his favourite coffee brand (which had been one of the first to vanish after the covid hoarders appeared).
When everybody talks back
Dick was too busy freaking out and spam messaging the youngest Wayne, to defend Damian’s humanity. The family saw this and followed suit, wanting to get information from the source.
Chat name: Alfred supremacy
BigBird: AHHHHHH DAMIAN!
BigBird: YOU LOOK SO CUTE!!!
BigBird: HAIFJDNDNFI
LittleWing: WTF HAPPENED DEMON SPAWN YOU LOOK ALMOST HUMAN
Babs: who knew the city of love would influence the brat
Blondie: they are so cuteeeeeee!
Blondie: We HAVE to meet her!
Silent-but-deadly: agreed.
Timbo: YO DEMON
Timbo: Apparently the videos are legit
Timbo: are you being blackmailed?
And it just devolved into more chaos from there, fueled by the fact that they saw Damian’s ‘Blood Son’ account appear online before vanishing once more. Dick shrieked, “I FOUND HER ACCOUNT!”
The family gathered around the eldest son, peering over his shoulder to view his iPhone 12max screen. They saw a young girl’s Instagram account. It was locked but they could see her profile pic, the girl had black hair and looked to be if Asian decent. They compared it to the videos but it was hard to see due to the hall’s lighting and the minimised facial features of the pfp. Alfred suggested that they search up her username and see who has tagged her, some might have other photos of her.
After research for awhile, the family began to get frustrated with lack of results.
Hey honey you could be my drug
You could be my new prescription
“Come on!” Jason complained, “What kind of teenage girl doesn’t post her life online?” He ignored the girls glares and went back to researching. How had the account by the name of ‘mariiiiinette’ to managed to prevent the entire Wayne clan from accessing it? Damn Instagram privacy settings. He groaned, dragging a hand down his face, “We are fucking stupid. Why don’t we just use the Bat-computer? It would be so much fucking easier.”
“It shouldn’t be used for civilian issues-“
Too much could be an overdose
“The girl could be a meta for all we know! We aren’t safe until we know who she is.” Jason points a finger at Tim, his paranoia flared up and even though he would never admit it, Jason would do anything to protect each member of his family (although Bruce is still debatable).
All this trash talk make me itching
Barbara and Tim took their usual positions as Oracle and Red Robin (who had been banned from patrol due to lack of sleep). The rest of the Batfam stood behind them either with arms crossed or still failing at researching.
Oh my my shit
“The account is owned by a girl called Marinette Dupian-Cheng. She is French-Chinese and her parents own a popular bakery. Also if it wasn’t already obvious, she goes to Collège Françoise Dupont, aka Damian’s French school.” Tim begun informing his nosy family, “But this account has been inactive for the past 6 months, which is strange due to her frequent posting schedule before hand. It seems she probably has a second account and this is her old one.”
Everybody talks, everybody talks
“Not only that,” Barbara interrupted. “There are unopened messages from other accounts that accuse her of being a bully. There is a whole Facebook page about this girl and how she has been hurting her old friends, but neither side seems reliable. The so called victims seem to be twisting the truth but there is barely any information about Marinette so we can’t disprove it either.”
“Read out some of the messages.” Bruce took a cup of coffee from Alfred and sipped it.
The main screen of the bat computer displayed a Facebook group with the banner picture being a photo of Marinette. “They are mostly complaints expected of teen girls when there is a girl they don’t like; ‘Marinette is such a know-it-all’, ‘She is constantly insulting Lila’s intelligence’. They go on to talk about how Marinette was briefly expelled from the Collège before being reinstated by the principle for a reason unknown to them.”
Everybody talks too much
“Her school reports up until this year were good. The newest one states, ‘While Marinette is a wonderful and bright student, I encourage her to settle her disagreements outside of class. This seems to only be a recent occurrence and I implore her to go to the guidance council if she is in need of help.’” A beat of silence echoes through the cave, Tim sighed. “Jason’s meta theory could be correct. She could have just recently started exhibiting her abilities and using them to get what she wants.”
“Bruce what do you want to do?”
“We’re going to Paris.”
She opened her eyes to the blaring morning light that streamed through the blinds. Her lashes still painted with mascara that refused to leave. She felt a pang of sorrow when she was removing her makeup and dress last night, she never wanted the night to end. She shuffled down the stairs to the kitchen, covering her mouth when she yawned. She greeted her mother as she entered the kitchen to get breakfast.
She glanced at her phone and there was the chaos that was started hours ago and it was still occurring. It was the weekend, she wouldn’t need to deal with her classmates until Monday. But she would still have to survive her parent’s interrogation. Out of the corner of her eye she caught her mother smirking at her.
Everybody talks
“Nadja told me some interesting news about last night.” Marinette held her breath, glaring at the toaster, willing it to hurry up so she could escape. “Well,” Sabine patted her shoulder before rubbing Mari’s back. “I know you didn’t want to go but I hope you had fun.”
With that she exited the kitchen, probably going to help her father in the bakery. The ravenette stared after her, eye widened in shock, jumping when the toaster went off. Buttering her toast she went over the conversation, her brows furrowed in confusion. She had expected a ‘When do I get to meet the oh so famous prince?’ or ‘Should I be expecting a new guest sometime in the near future?’ or at least a ‘Who was that young man, Bǎozàng (宝藏 it means treasure)?’ But she said nothing.
A small smile was plastered upon her face as she changed and went down to help her parents in the bakery. Her father didn’t say anything either, he gave her a knowing smile before continuing to kneed the dough. She sat at the the store front as the cashier whilst her parents were busy making ‘Paris’s Finest Pastries’.
Her musings slowly faded as she was brought back to reality by badly hushed whispers. Two young preteens were by the bread roll casing near the door. She had seen them come in before with their parents, the girls went to the prestigious international school over in the 16th arrondissement. The one with purple hair kept whispering to the brunette, both ‘subtly’ glancing towards her. Using her enhanced hearing she listened in on their conversation.
“That’s her, I swear that’s her in the video.”
The blonde’s face soured likes she sucked on a lemon. “No, it wasn’t good lighting there is no way he would dance with someone like her.”
Everybody talks
Marinette had tough skin but their words had an impact, only a small one due to her defence mechanism of repressing emotions. She stopped listening and went back to drawing in her sketchpad, she was in desperate need of a new school outfit.
The two girls eventually came up to the counter, goods in hand. Marinette rung up and bagged their items (paper because save the turtles sksksk) in a tired daze. A phone was shoved into her face, her eyes barely adjusted to view the screen before the blonde spoke.
“Is this your instagram?” She asked in a tone so snobbish that it should be illegal from a person her age. Marinette finally was able to view the screen that was barely an inch from her face. Her old Instagram ‘mariiiiinette’ was displayed on screen, she hesitantly nodded, gaze flicking back to the two in front of her.
The blonde’s nose scrunched up and the purple goth girl squealed in delight. They soon after left the store, their conversation had devolved into ‘See! I told you’ and ‘Yeah, yeah. You were right.’
Walking to school on Monday, she had finally come down from cloud nine. She still rode the tail end of her high as she rushed along her path to her campus, she wasn’t going to be late but she sure wasn’t going to be early. She had spent the better part of the weekend designing and sewing a brand new outfit. Her new look was composed of a black cropped singlet (L'amour gagne hemmed into it and it’s straps), paired matching peach plaid cropped overshirt and a-line miniskirt. Her hair was down, ballet flats were worn and her makeup was the usual with the added edition of a rose gold eyeshadow.
Even though her face was covered in a black and gold mask, she looked hot.
She reached the campus and the whispers started again, people were still buzzing from Friday night. Her classmates, the majority of her grade and the younger years seemed to gossiping before class about the formal’s events. She couldn’t spot any of her friends or the two Gotham transfers, so she was stuck listening the the chitchat. Why couldn’t she have been late like usual?
Damian had a fowl disposition and it showed in multiple icey glares (and that was before he even reached the collège). His family had made their appearance known in Paris at 1am Sunday morning. He could have used his dorm to escape but his family didn’t have the word ‘privacy’ within their vocabulary. He didn’t want to have to pay for a lock replacement due to his brothers’ (most likely Todd with Drake & Grayson laughing at him) lock picking habit.
The Ice Prince was back with full force. He had just been... influenced by all the other couples. Yes he did respect Dupain-Cheng and he appreciated her company & pleasant conversations. He would struggle to hide a small smile at the memory of the dance, even if he denied himself the happiness of normality, he felt content when reminiscing.
“Ooo the Ice Prince is here, did he have a fight with his princess or something?” The voice seemed to mock him.
“The Disney Magic is gone. The demon is back.”
Everybody talks
At the second jeer he shot a glare at the perpetrator. Jon held his hands up in an ‘I surrender manner’, laughing as he joined Damian at his side. The two entered the school’s large foyer and looked to see if any of the classes were open yet. Sadly they weren’t, before he was wrong and the his class was plain torture but this was truely hell.
He saw Dupain-Cheng sitting alone on the stairs, drawing within her sketchpad. He wondered how a girl like her, who always seemed to be involved in other’s lives (for the better) was ignoring all of the comments about her. She felt his focus centre on her, eyes flicking up to meet his, she provided him with a small wave before continuing to draw.
Jon nudged him with an elbow to his ribs and dragged him off to the side, into the boy’s locker rooms. Jon scowled at the door, “It’s a mad house out there. You’ve heard what some people are saying right?”
“Why would I care about these imbeciles?”
Jon jabbed Damian in the chest, causing the demon to stumble. Green eyes darted from blue eyes to the tan finger. “You care when lies hurt people you care about.”
The day began to rapidly decline once the two dance partners took their seats, next to each other. They had both been placed up the back of the class and them sitting together hadn’t been a problem until now apparently. She wasn’t even safe when the teacher started their lecture, whispers and glances were cast towards them. Once the two got to biology it was better, Ms Mendeleiev was a strict teacher and was able to control the class.
Everybody talks
But the recess came. When the bell rang she slowly started packing up her equipment, Alix and Max (who she shared biology with) waited for her; she watched as the Ice Prince left through the door. She knew she didn’t need to be concerned about her friends joining in with the gossiping, if anything they would dispel people and tell them to ‘Mind their own fucking business’ because this whole situations is ridiculous, utterly ridiculous.
She did receive some slight teasing from Alix about being a Disney princess, but Marinette quipped back about the skater’s fairytale story being ‘Pinknette, the Geek and the Beast’. The three met up with the other two of their group, they had just come from geography. Kim was complaining that Argentina was a state in America.
“That’s Arkansas you idiot!” Chloe shrieked, lightly hitting his arm with her white handbag. Max held his head in his hand as he approached, how had his tutoring sessions failed so badly?
Chloe turned to Marinette, a smile forming from her glare. The blonde examined the designer’s clothing, nodding. “You look like you are about to have a hot girl summer.”
Marinette’s face burned, the tips of her ears coated in red. Alix chuckled and nudged her shoulder.
Everybody talks
“Look at her, she is so desperate for his attention that she probably copied those designs.”
“Why do you think he danced with her anyways? Maybe she has something on him? I mean, she forces him to sit next to her in class, who knows what else she has done.”
What. The. Fuck.
Chloe glowered towards Lila’s posy. “We have a fucking seating plan, those cretins-“ She made a motion to storm over but was caught by the ravenette, looking back to Mari, her rage decreased from a boil to a simmer.
“No Chlo. It’s fine, it’s not worth it.”
Everybody talks... back
The group walked out to the school’s front steps, it was a mad house... a mad courtyard? Students sitting on the stairs, on the grass and standing around mingling, all of them now were staring at her. She held her backpack close to her chest (she had swapped her signature coin-bag purse for the pastel pink bag), pretending its a shield. Her friends circled around her becoming an obstacle to prevent their stares. If people were afraid of a scowling Kim then they don’t know the scorn of Chloe or Alix’s bite. And Max, sweet quiet Max.... you better hope he doesn’t have blackmail on you (he probably does), he can dismantle your life with a single anonymous post.
Rushed footsteps approached them. The group was broken apart by a rude Wayne boy, he swept Mari away from the school and the gossip crowds within. Her four friends shouted at him and he kept walking, shooting a glare at them in response. He kept pushing Marinette forward with a hand placed on the small of her back, her backpack was now swung over his other shoulder.
They ended up in her favourite alcove. She had brought him here with the other Gotham transfers for a native’s tour of Paris. It had always been her safe place to be creative.
It started with a whisper (everybody talks, everybody talks)
“My apologises for our rushed departure but you seemed to want to get out of their anyhow.” His gruff tone danced through the silence, his head still peaking around the corner; watching for any unwelcome guests.
“Thank you.” She whispered, her voice almost being carried off by the gentle wind. A genuine smile illustrated upon her face.
“We weren’t able to converse after the events of the other night. I would like to formally apologise once more for my actions causing this adverse reaction. If I had kn-“
“You don’t need to apologise!” She squeaked, hiding her eyes behind her fisted hand. Her shoulders curled inwards as she tried to make herself seem as small as possible, a side effect of her common use of her secondary miraculous form: Multimouse.
“I chose to dance with you, you don’t need to apologise for my own actions.” He stared at her with confusion. He had taken the blame so she wouldn’t need to do so herself; but she had taken it anyways. He had given her an out. Why does she always take the blame, even for things out of her control?
“But if I hadn’t danced with you then you wouldn’t have been the focus of the entire school.”
Marinette stepped forward, her eyes hardened and blazing. “Damian Friday night I went there out of obligation to my friends, I didn’t want to be there. But dancing with you? That was the highlight of my week, probably my month too. I enjoyed our time together.” Her face softened, lips twitched downwards ever so slightly. “I don’t regret anything about that night, but do you?”
He was bad at comfort. Everyone in his family avoided him when they were in need, he plainly didn’t know what to do. She wasn’t visibly upset but he sensed that she is disappointed that he apparently didn’t share the same opinion of the night. The only thing he regretted about that night was letting Jon call him a coward, but then again if he didn’t he never would have danced with Dupa- Marinette.
He picked up her clenched hand, the tension in her body alleviated at his embrace. He remembered how Grayson would apologise to Kor’i or how his father interacted with Ms Kyle. He brought their hands up and placed a kiss upon her knuckles.
And that was when I kissed her (everybody talks, everybody talks)
“I do not regret anything either—“ he cleared his throat, “In fact, I’d appreciate if we would be able to interact more, especially outside of that cesspit.”
Was he...?
It didn’t matter.
She smiled the same dazzling smile she gave him at the dance. She nodded while laughing, “I’d love that.”
Everybody talks
The two stay talking, hidden within their secret alcove for the rest of the day. She texted her parents to say she was with a friend and would be back later that night. Damian didn’t bother texting his family, Marinette knew he had to be back soon due to his dorm’s curfew.
The sun was setting at they walked back together, he did the gentlemanly thing and dropped her off at her bakery door. She could see her mother behind the register inconspicuously looking over at the two of them. Damian’s lips quirked upwards, she was satisfied with his kinda-smile.
He walked back, hands in pockets and a neutral expression upon his face instead of a scowl. He reached his door and took his keys, he found that it was already open. Damn.
His family was splayed out within his two roomed dorm. Todd and Drake were fighting over a place to sit on his bed, whilst his father sat at his desk, watching the commotion. The three of them turned to him as he enter the room, they were the only family members able to attend on short notice; Cain had a ballet audition, Gordon & Brown had concert tickets for tomorrow, Grayson had to take care of Mar’i while Kor’i was on Tamaran and Alfred stayed to ensure no one died during their night time activities.
“We need to talk Damian.” His father stood, leaning onto the desk chair. “The school called and said you had an unexcused absence for half the day. Where were you Damian?”
Damian stared into his father’s eyes. He was fifteen, almost an adult, but was treated like he was ten again.
“I was with a friend.”
“Probably the girl from the dance. Marinette, right?” Todd mocked him. Damian snapped his head in the direction of his bed, glaring at both his brothers.
“That’s what I want to talk about with you Damian. Now I don’t know her personally but from what we’ve discovered through our investigation we have some concerns. What’s happened Damian?”
The youngest Wayne’s glare shifted off of his brothers to the floor, and then finally to his father; his family sitting in wait for his answer. Straightening his posture, his shoulders clicked as he rolled then back. His statement’s tone was sure and steady, “Everybody talks father.”
Everybody talks... back

Halloween Gala (pt 2)
"Granger?"
"Malfoy?"
The two both stared at each other speechless, and what could they say? Neither of them had so much as seen one another since the Battle of Hogwarts and that wasn't the best memory for either.
Hermione didn't even know how to react. She was on the verge of running out of there as fast as possible but at the same time she wanted to stay, he was still the same charming man she had been talking to all night after all. Truth be told, she paid attention when hearing someone mention the name Draco Malfoy or even seeing it in the Daily Prophet. Hermione knew he had changed, but how much?
Draco, on the other hand, wasn't sure whether to let her go to give her some space, in case she tried to punch him like she had in their third year, or to simply wait for her to react first. While he no longer had little to any qualms with the mysterious woman turning out to be Hermione Granger, he had absolutely no idea how she's going to take him being Draco Malfoy. After all, he had tormented her the most during his stay at Hogwarts.
He waited for some reaction, any reaction, but it didn't seem to be coming and it was starting to get awkward just holding her like this with people staring so he gently let her go. She was just looking at him with those big brown doe eyes of hers and Draco knew he had to say something. The anticipation and urge to break the deafening silence was killing him. He blurted our the first thing he could think of.
"Wow I, uh, haven't seen you since..." Draco began but then realized he'd better not go down that road, "..well a long time."
Hermione seemed to snap out of whatever trance she was in as she shook her head and fumbled out a, "yeah."
Draco looked around for anything to talk about when he remembered where they are. "You work at the Ministry?" He asked and noticed others began to stop staring and go on with the party.
"How's you know that?" Hermione asked genuinely confused, though coming back to her original self.
Draco simply gestured around them.
"Oh! Right, yes I work in the Auror Research department," she informed him.
"Really? I'm an Auror, how on Earth have we not bumped into each other sooner?" He asked.
"I have no idea! I have heard Harry and Ron say that you work with them occasionally though," Hermione said cautious about bringing them up. She wasn't sure where he stood with them anymore.
Draco smiled, to her utter shock, "the blokes have been gossiping, have they?" He said amused. As if on que, they appeared.
"Us? Gossiping? I'm offended Malfoy," Harry said.
"Speak of the devil and he shall appear," Draco said to which Harry chuckled.
"Oi, is 'Mione alright? She looks like her head might explode," Ron joked.
"I-I what? Am I missing something here?" Hermione stuttered out.
"Only a lot it seems," Draco said.
"How and when did this happen?" She said gesturing you the three of them.
"Well after the three of us here finished our Auror training, Malfoy started his. At first none of us liked it but when we had our first assignment, we all had each other's back and it all seemed to change from their," Harry explained.
So why didn't either of you tell me?" Hermione asked and her two closest friends gave her an apologetic look. She vaguely noticed that the music had started again.
"Sorry 'bout that, we just weren't sure how you'd react to it. You don't go out into the field much so we didn't think you'd understand," Ron explained.
"I also asked them not to, I wanted to talk to you myself," Draco said with a sheepish smile, "I didn't know you bloody well work so closely to us and I would've expected to run into you a lot sooner than now."
"It's better late than never, right? And by the looks of it the two of you've really hit it off tonight so it works out just fine," Harry said given both of them a knowing look to which both blushed at their very public kiss.
"Yeah.." Draco said rubbing the back of his neck, "at least I found out where I recognized you from."
All of them laughed.
"Oh, by the way, have you seen Ginny? I haven't seen her since our...talk," Harry asked a bit embarrassed at how unsuccessful it had gone.
He was trying to apologize for how they left things and before he knew it, they were arguing and she stomped away. Harry felt awful and wanted to make sure she was ok.
"I think I found her," Draco said amused as he pointed off to the other end of the dance floor where Ginny and none other than Blaise Zabini were dancing. They looked like there was no one else in the world, similar to how Draco and Hermione had felt. People were starting to leave as most of the excitement was over so it wasn't hard to see them.
Harry's face grew pale at the look on his recent ex girlfriends face, he felt a pang in his chest that she was apparently moving on so quickly but he knew that it was for the best. After all, he was the one who broke up with her and it was a few months ago. He tried not to let it show.
"I'll just..talk to her later then," Harry said not able to keep the sadness from his voice.
"It's alright, Mate, now you can ask out that girl," Draco said trying to be helpful but careful not to say her name.
"Girl?" Ron and Hermione questioned simultaneously as Harry's face turned red from embarrassment at the blond's words.
"I-uh-think I'm going to turn in, it's late and-" Harry started before being cut off.
"Harry," Hermione said gently, "you can tell us, who is she?"
Harry looked at Ron but he nodded in encouragement, "it's Luna," Harry said quietly.
"Luna Lovegood?" Hermione questioned, at his nod she smiled, "oh that's lovely! I did have a feeling there was something special between you two awhile back."
"Really?" Harry asked.
"Yes, she understood you better then well any of us could and I think she suits you, Harry," Hermione told him. Harry thanked her and the attention went to Ron.
"I mean I'm surprised but Hermione has a point, if she'll make you happy then why not? You don't need our approval," Ron told him.
"Thank you guys," Harry said then yawned, "but really, I'd better get home."
They all said their goodbyes to Harry and then Ron decided to leave also, Hermione suspected that Harry had something to do with Ron's sudden decision so the two would be alone. Hermione loved them and knew they were just trying to help, but now she was alone with him and didn't have a clue what to say.
"Since they're gone, I'd like to formally apologize to you. I've been nothing but awful to you at Hogwarts and I know an apology won't change the hurt I've cause but I really truly am sorry, Hermione. For all of it. I've worked hard to change into a better man and I'd like to think I've done a good job so far,," Draco told her as searched her face for her reaction, "I understand if you can't forgive me, I probably wouldn't forgive me either, but I've really had a wonderful time with you tonight and I hope that perhaps we could start over?"
Hermione didn't expect such a apology but she could tell he meant every word, besides, if Harry and Ron could forgive him and even be friends with him, then that's enough for her. She had thoroughly enjoyed her time with him as well, and Hermione didn't want it to end here.
"Thank you, I think that's a wonderful idea. I'll never forget what happened, it's helped to shape who I am now, but I'm willing to give you another chance and forgive you," Hermione told him with a smile.
Draco was so happy that she had forgiven him and accepted his offer to start over that, without much thinking, he had lifted her up and spun her before putting her back on the ground. After he had lifted her he worried that might not have been the best move, however she simply laughed at the action with a bright smile on her face. He set her down and dramatically held out his hand.
"Would the lovely Miss Granger care to have one last dance to end the night?" Draco asked.
Hermione giggled and took his hand, "why yes indeed."
At this they began to dance to the music, they laughed and had danced more than once before finally parting. This Halloween night would be one to remember for many, many years to come.

"The two of you together is absolutely impossible." Alex groaned out, folding her arms over her chest.
Kara's head whipped around to her sister. "And why's that? We haven't done anything." The blonde Kryptonian questioned before going back to patching your shoulder up where she have removed the kryptonite bullet from.
Alex rolled her brown eyes for what seems to be the umpteenth time the whole time you were groaning as Kara removed the kryptonite bullet, surprised she haven't eye rolled herself into another dimension yet.
"You two know very well what I mean, and you did do something wrong. Don't try to pretend this was nothing. You two could've gotten hurted more that you already are or even worse...killed." Alex said icely, trying to keep the worry from her voice and trying not to pay too much attention to how pale and weak you looked from the kryptonite bullet.
You grimaced but huff out, (e/c) eyes flickering to the clearly worried agent. "Alex, we are both okay now. We had to stop those CADMUS agents before they could've caused more harm to the innocent people."
"I know that, but you two didn't pay attention to the agents sneaking up behind you and haven't waited for the signal. I swear the both of you are going to give me a heart attack if you guys keep that up." Alex explained and sat down on the medicine counter in the lab near you and Kara.
"Besides that, what have gotten you distracted anyways? You usually pay a lot more attention and don't get easily distracted." Alex questioned curiously as Kara finally finished up and sat down next to you on the hospital bed.
You looked back at Alex before looking to the wall behind her. "Eh, it was nothin' really. I just thought I saw somebody I know but yeah there were a lot of people so...it must have been a stranger anyways." You explained before looking back at Alex and making eye contact with her beautiful eyes.
Alex raised an eyebrow at you. "Who did it look like?" She questioned, not sure if it was good or bad to ask that when she noticed you tensing up.
"For a moment back there I could've swore I saw Lillian Luthor lurking but I couldn't be too sure because she disappeared back in the crowd before I could have a better look." You explained and rubbed at your shoulder, playfully glaring at Kara when she flicked at your hand when you got to near your bandaged wound.
Alex heaved out a breath and looked at you and Kara again. "If that was her that means she's probably plotting something again to show her face out in public after hiding for awhile."
Kara hummed in agreement while putting and arm around your shoulders and pulling you into her side for a comforting hug, one that you gladly returned.
"If that's the case we must try and sniff her out." Kara said, smiling at you after you pulled away while Alex kept her happiness inside at the hug you shared with her sister, she's just glad to see you getting closer again just as much as Kara is too.
"We'll talk about the CADMUS problem another time, I'll talk to J'onn first." Alex said and Kara agreed.
"Let's get going." Kara grabbed your arm and pulled you off of the bed and towards the door. "I'm hungry like a lion and we need our share of potstickers." Kara paused, causing you to collide into her back with a grunt and making a money motion with her hand at Alex.
Alex rolled her eyes and got out her card and stridded over to Kara and placing it in the blonde Kryptonian's hand.
"Ugh why did I made that deal with you anyways. At this rate you will make me as broke as a church mouse." Alex joked as Kara smiled innocently at her sister and pulling you away to the door again as you gave a tiny wave at the agent.
"Luckily it's just one month and two weeks left of that deal!" Alex yelled from behind but Kara simply waved her off with her other hand that isn't holding your arm as you both disappeared out of the door.
"And don't drag (Y/N) around too much, she needs rest and time to heal!" Alex shouted, knowing full well that you and Kara can hear her due to Kryptonian superhearing.
🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾
"These potstickers is yummy but pizza still stays the best." You said to the blonde Kryptonian that is sitting in front of you, two plates of potstickers in front you along with your drinks.
Kara fake pouted at you. "No! Potstickers are the best!"
You just laughed softly at her and took a sip of your drink before nearly jumping out of your skin when feeling nails slowly trace up your spine, goosebumps rising to your arms as a familiar feminine chuckle rang through your ears.
You whipped your head to look at the familiar woman standing next to your chair, a teasing smirk pulling at her luscious pink painted lips.
"Lena! Don't scare me like that. I nearly spitted out my drink and that tickled." You playfully swatted at her as she dodged and laughed softly.
"Hello to you too. I always manage to startle you. I wonder how because it's not easy for enemies to sneak up on you but it's easy peasy for me." Lena looked down at you with soft green eyes as she hugged your shoulders and you returning the hug after putting your drink down.
You patted the chair next to you, inviting Lena to sit down next to you as Kara clumsily waved at her when she sat down.
"Hi Kara." Lena greeted her back before turning her attention back to you.
"(Y/N), want to have another movie night at my place? I'm finishing up on my new project early tonight and I am in the mood for some good movies and also want to show you my project." Lena asked, toying with a piece of her dark hair.
You took a sip of your drink and looked at her. "That sounds like a good idea, I don't have any plans for tonight anyways and I wouldn't miss a movie night with my friend." You eagerly accepted her request.
"Wonderful. I'll order us pizza just before I get home and just pick it up on the way home." Lena beamed happily, a bright smile tugging at her lips and crossing her leg over the other causing her black higheels to clank against the white tiled floor.
"You can join us too if you want." Lena briefly looked at Kara.
Kara looked at the two of you before shaking her head. "I would've liked to but I already have plans with my sister and a friend." She said nervously.
Lena smiled and then looked back at you before getting up again.
"Well I must get going, I've just came to get myself a coffee and then get right back into that project." Lena said, squeezing your arm lightly. "See you tonight." Lena said over her shoulder before walking to go and grab her coffee.
"Bye Lena Boo! See you tonight and good luck." You called after the Luthor that shot you a closed eyed smile over her shoulder as she left.
"I also must get going, I want to go down to that new store that have opened a good few blocks away from here." You took the last sip of your drink before getting up.
"Okay. Have fun and hope to see you tommorow. I'll be helping out the new recruits, just glad it's my day off and away from Cat." Kara also got up and hugged you goodbye before going to pay for the food and drinks while you left.
🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾
It was almost past midnight when Kara's phone rang catching the attention of Kara, Alex and James away from the movie they are watching.
"Who can possibly be calling at such and hour?" Kara questioned and picked her phone up that is on the table next to her while Alex paused the movie.
Kara raised her eyebrow at the caller ID.
"Lena?"Kara said confusedly before pressing the answer button.
"Hello Lena." The blonde answered, paying no mind to Alex scooting closer to her.
"Kara!" A worried Lena said through the phone. "Sorry I'm disturbing at such an late hour but I want to know if (Y/N) is at your place. She haven't showed up here and I'm worried now."
"Wait, what? No she isn't here. And that's strange she didn't show up at your place, she wouldn't miss a movie night at your place." Kara said, trying not to get too worried just yet while Alex now looked even more interested in the conversation.
"That's true. I though she was just running late but the later it got I started to think she forgot or was at your place, and she's not answering her phone either." Lena started to sound even more worried. "I hope she's okay and just at home and maybe had fallen asleep."
"Lena calm down, I'll go check at her house, I've been there once a few days ago when I went there for a visit. You go sleep and I'll tell you if she's okay tomorrow, you sound tired." Kara assured her, trying not to have Lena more worried.
"Okay I will thanks but do be careful when you go out to check, you never know what kind of aliens and villains might be lurking around and Supergirl might not always be around the corner to save the day...er well night." Lena said while Kara chuckles to herself.
"Oh I'll be just fine don't worry Lena. Now go get some sleep, I'm very much certain that (Y/N) won't be too happy to hear you like this. Now goodnight Lena." Kara urged and listened as Lena grumbled in the background before saying her own goodnight before hanging up.
Kara sat her phone down on the table again before jumping up, getting a confused look from James and a concerned look from Alex.
"What's wrong?" James was the one that broke the silence.
"It's (Y/N). Lena said that she haven't showed up at her house and she isn't answering her phone. I must go check if she's okay." Kara explained while Alex looked even more concerned now.
James gave her a confused look. "Who is (Y/N)?"
Kara smiled akwardly. "She's a friend and perhaps later I'll introduce you two but I really must be going." The blonde rushed out, already halfway to the front door but James grabbed her arm.
"I'll come with you."
"No James. I'll go. It'll be faster." Kara pulled her arm away but James tried to reason with the Kryptonian until Alex cutted in.
"Olsen, it's okay. I'll go with Kara. You can go home and we'll tell you everything tommorow." Alex's voice was firm, leaving no room to argue.
James let out a defeated sigh but then nodded. "Okay but you two better be careful and tell me everything tommorow, I dislike these secrets between friends." He quickly got his phone and jacket from where he have sat at and spared one last look at the two sisters before leaving through the door.
"Let's go Alex!" Kara urged, slamming the door close behind them and pulling the agent down the stairway and hall before running to a nearby alleyway while Alex tried to stay on her feet as the Kryptonian ran, glaring at her sister when they finally came to a stop in the ally.
"Gosh, chill out, I don't have super running speed like you."
Kara rolled her blue eyes but smiled. "Sorry." She muttered and zoomed into her Supergirl suit and holding out her arm to Alex.
"Shall we go now slow poke?" Kara teased before holding onto Alex.
"Yes you goof, let's go."
🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾
When arriving at your apartment Kara set Alex down and Alex immediately went to knock at your door but Kara firmly grabbed her arm.
"Alex wait, something is wrong here. I detect kryptonite here and it's already weakening my senses and powers by the second." Kara warned her, eyes full of concern.
Alex gave her a worried look. "So you mean Lena was right to be worried about her?"
"Yes, something must have happened, let's go check if (Y/N) is in there and still alive." Kara ran to the door with Alex following right behind her, gun already pulled out before Alex stopped her.
"Kar, let me go inside, I don't want you even more closer to the kryptonite." Alex went in front of her.
Kara went to argue but Alex fixed het with a glare. "Please, I'll be okay and you'll be near incase anything happens. Give J'onn a call and let him send in people." Alex reasoned until Kara agreed reluctantly.
"Okay but yell if you need help. Be careful." Kara warned but walked a few steps back.
Alex took the last few steps towards the front door, noticing it's half open by a few inches. Taking a deep breath, Alex pushed it open and pointing her gun in front of her, scanning her surroundings carefully but found no threat and proceeded further into your apartment after going through a dimly lit hallway and into what appears to be your bedroom, eyes widening at the state it was in.
It was clear that a struggle and fight have broken out here by the cracked dent in the creamy white painted wall along with dried blood that is on the wall and the floor and kryptonite bullets lodged into the walls and the whole rooms furniture was knocked over and even a few were broken and smashed.
"This is very bad." Alex muttered under her breath worriedly, brown eyes scanning around the place until they landed on a lump on the floor against the other wall that also have a rather large cracks in it.
"(Y/N)!" Alex exclaimed in desperation and worry and rush over to the lump after figuring out it's a person instead, turning the figure around until they were on their back, a snarl escaping her lips when she realized it was just a young man that couldn't be older than twenty.
The young man coughed weakly, dark eyes opening into tiny slits and meeting with the angry eyes of the agent, a cruel smirk already starting to form on his lips.
"Well we'll, if it isn't the*cough*agent of*cough*DEO!" He weezed out, clearly in pain as he gripped his chest with his left arm that wasn't broken like his right one was, the bone that was punctured through his arms flesh making Alex cringe a bit at the thought of how painful that must be.
"Where is she?" Alex growled lowly through gritted teeth, grabbing him by the front of his black uniform he's wearing, earning a painful grunt from the man as his broken arm was knocked against the wall.
Alex's anger grew even more when seeying the all too familiar CADMUS logo badge on the front of his black uniform.
"You mean that bitch of a wolf? Boss have taken her but." He coughed more, a little blood dripping from his mouth. "The little bitch wouldn't have come willingly, the bitch was stronger than expected and managed to knock me against the wall but not before I got a good few shots in her." He grunted out, a wicked grin settling in his lips once again when he caught onto Alex's worry and anger, groaning internally at the familiar sirens of the police in the background.
"I hope the bitch die from all those kryptonite bullets." He decided to add cruelly to worry Alex even more.
Alex jabbed at his broken arm and pulled him up making him let out a pained yelp and bitting hard down on his teeth to keep from yelling out in pain when she angrily dragged him through the house and outside where they already found Kara, J'onn and a few more agents in DEO polices cars and vans waiting outside.
Kara and J'onn both looked up at Alex when she went outside the CADMUS agent still in arm.
"CADMUS have taken (Y/N) but they left this one behind." Alex hissed out, throwing the agent infront of J'onn's booted feet.
J'onn folded his arms over his chest, looking down at the young agent that is groaning and squirming in pain on the hard and cold unforgiving pavement.
"You are in a lot of trouble young man." J'onn said in his stern voice, before turning around and motioning to two other agents to pick him up and escort him into one of the cars.
"Alex." Kara rushed over to her sister after the man was in the car and out of earshot.
Alex let out a sigh and looked back at her sister while combing some strands of hair that fell into her face away with her nimble fingers.
"They've taken her Kar. From what I've seen in there and heard from the guy, they've injured and weakend her a lot and..." Alex paused and looked down at the floor with a frown plastered on her usually stern face.
Kara nudged her before pulling her into a comforting hug. "You worry about her I can see." The blonde Kryptonian confirmed.
Alex went to deny but Kara fixed her with a knowing look.
"Don't even try to deny it. I can see you like her and worry about her. But hey don't worry, we will get her back alive." Kara assured her, squeezing her shoulder a little tighter.
Alex blushed a little at what Kara said but gave her sister a warm smile and squeezing her arm back before frowning again.
"But what if we find her too late and she's d-" Alex began to voice her worry but Kara sternly cut her off.
"No! (Y/N) dying is not an option. If she dies I swear to Rao I'll hunt her soul into oblivion and back. I've just gotten her back a few weeks ago and I won't let either one of us loose her again." Kara's voice trembled a bit but it stayed firm as she comfortingly rub hers sisters back.
Alex nodded and quickly wiped a tear away that escaped her eye but Kar already saw and gave her a warm smile.
"If we get her back you better make a move on her before she's swooped away." Kara teased and pouted as Alex softly punched her arm.
"Get swooped away by whom?" Alex asked a bit tensely, trying to not show the jealousy in her tone and ignoring the way how her ears turned red in embarrassment.
Kara laughed softly before they slowly make their way back to the cars and vans.
"Oh you know all too well who." Kara said teasingly until J'onn walked over to them, putting a hand on each of their shoulders, giving the the slightest of smiles.
"We'll get her back, but for now let's get the agent back to the base. Maybe we can get answers out of him." J'onn removed his hands.
"Some agents will stay back here and remove the Kryptonite from this place but when we do find her she might need to stay away from here for awhile just to be safe." J'onn informed and walked next to them back to the cars and vans.
"That might be a good idea. She can stay at my place when we get her back." Kara agreed eagerly, already thinking back to the sleepovers you two had together back on Krypton along with her aunt.
"Thank you, I'll see you two back at the base." J'onn said and got into the back of a matt black van with the famous DEO logo.
As the cars and vans began to leave, the CADMUS agent looked through the window at Kara and Alex, glaring at them coldly and full of hatred.
Alex and Kara glared back, not faltering under his gaze even one bit until they were out off eyesight.
Kara let out a tired huff before facing her sister again. "We need to let Lena know what have happened but...I don't want to call her awake and just drop that bomb on her, she'd be worried and restless and we can't have a restless Luthor running the LCorp." Kara tilted her hand and frustratedly run her fingers through her blonde locks.
Alex let out a grunt in agreement. "That's true. We'll just have to tell her tommorow then." Alex said, taking a few steps towards her.
"Yeah, but she'll be angry that we've waited so long to tell her but I'll go to her work and tell her." Kara said calmly and picked her sister up easily, getting ready to take flight.
"I know but we can deal with her anger tomorrow. Now let's get back to base and try to get some answers from that thug."
"Let's do so. The sooner the better." Kara agreed and took off into the sky with Alex.
🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾🐺🐾
By the time they've gotten back to the base, the CADMUS agent was in the medic bay to get his arm fixed and in a cast before they could even begin to question him.
J'onn watched Alex pace around until he decided to stop her pacing by stepping in front of her.
"Alex, you need to calm down. Pacing around won't make his operation go faster. It will take a long time and he won't be able to talk properly until the medicine wore off. Go get some rest, Winn is already on the look out on the computers along with others to see if he can track down a location they might be keeping her." J'onn adviced her in concern, worried that the agent might collapse in worry if she kept this up.
Alex looked up at him and flinched slightly when Kara came from behind and putted a arm around her.
"J'onn is right Alex, let's go rest for awhile." Kara urged and led Alex to a chair and sat her down in it, asking one of the agents that passed them to get them both coffee.
"Will do ma'am." The agent said hurriedly before rushing off to the cafeteria of the base.

Hope ya guys ave' enjoyed this chapter. I'm going away on the vacation today but I wanted to leave you guys with a chapter before I go because I can't say for certain when I'll be back and when I'll be able to start on the next chapter. When I'm done with writing this whole paw prints on the agent's heart series I want to start on a Lena x reader story or even a Kara x villian reader or a Sanvers(Alex and Maggie)x depressed villian reader story where reader is villian by night and a typical depressed young woman by day that constantly gets in trouble with the cops and do drugs to cope with her homophobic family, but only if you guys would be interested in it.

My sunshine ☼ Felix
Tumblr media
Lee Felix x Reader
Neutral reader + Fluff + Non Idol AU
Words: 1.8k+
As the weather grew hotter, your feelings for your best friend grew too. Felix has been the light in your life since the moment you met in middle school but recently your feelings had turned more romantic than platonic.
"Can I sit here?"
You looked up toward the voice and met eyes with a soft looking boy who's cheeks were dusted with freckles and a light blush.
You smiled and nodded, giggling when you saw him fumble with his backpack as he moved into the seat next to you. "I'm Y/N." You said, holding out your hand for him to shake.
"I'm Felix." He responded and took your hand.
'Oh my gosh... Tiny...' you thought to yourself, looking down at his hand. "New here?" You questioned.
He nodded and before he could say anything else your teacher started class.
Ever since the afternoon Felix sat next to you, you guys were practically attached at the hip. Today the two of you were sitting on his couch playing Mario Kart and after what felt like the 20th round he put the controller down and looked over to you.
"Ready for school tomorrow?" He asked.
You shook your head. "No, not really. What if we don't have any classes together? Who else am I supposed to talk to?"
He laughed. "I'll still see you at lunch and between classes and after school and literally every second we're not in class."
"Promise you won't replace me with someone else though? And especially not a girlfriend or boyfriend. I come first." You joked
He laughed and held out his pinky. "I swear on my gaming skills"
You gasped and linked your fingers. "Woah that's a big risk, sunshine."
Sunshine. You had started calling that one night you guys had stayed up later than usual and we're sitting on your roof.
"Are you okay?" he asked, laying a hand on your shoulder.
You nodded. "It's just been hard I guess. School stresses me out, friends are too much drama anymore."
"Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?"
"Just you being here with me is helping. You make my days easier and my life brighter. Like my own personal sunshine."
He smiled at that. "Your own personal sunshine, huh?"
"My sunshine." You laughed and poked his cheek.
You sure hoped Felix's gaming skills reflected his broken promise. Near the end of the school year he had started dating one of your mutual friends, Melody. Now don't get me wrong you were happy for him but he completely brushed you to the side.
Every time you wanted to hang out there would be something else taking his attention. "Sorry I can't, me and Mel have a date tonight." or "Not tonight, I have to help Mel study. Summer school, you know?" and your least favorites were the "I have to cancel tonight, Y/N Im sorry. Mel asked me to come over."
You were glad they got along so well and that he was so happy but you hadn't hung out all summer. Them constantly being together would be fine if he hadn't straight up canceled plans to hang out with her without a second thought.
By the end of the summer they had broken up and you got your best friend back. You spent the next two weeks taking care of him and doing anything you could to make him feel better. Deep down you were almost happy about the breakup which killed you. You felt guilty but then again, could anyone blame you for being happy that Felix was spending time with you again?
Now it was the last week before summer began. The last week before you were finally done with school. The last week before you and Felix would be adults and have responsibilities that took up most of your time.
You guys agreed that you'd be roommates once you moved out of your parents houses. You agreed that you'd help each other with anything and everything. You agreed that regardless of what happened, you'd support each other endlessly.
As the final day of school came to an end, you and Felix walked out of the building with a cheer, the air filled with laughed and excitement for summer.
"Soooooo Y/N," He started as you guys got into his car. "You thinking beach bonfire or drive-in movie to kick off the start of our adult lives?"
You chuckled and thought for a moment. "Bonfire, then we climb up to my roof like we used to and just talk, yeah?"
He nodded "Sounds perfect." He said with a smile.
The sun had started to set and you were in Felix's car again, driving down to the beach. He had the radio loud and the two of you sang along to whatever overplayed song came on. Everything felt perfect in that moment and you silently prayed that it would never end.
Once you had reached your destination, you guys grabbed whatever you would need and made your way out to the beach. The blanket had been laid out and he got the fire started, Felix took a seat next to you.
"I don't think I'm ready to grow up, Y/N." He whispered.
You laid your hand on his back and rubbed slow circles. "Me either but we're going to be here for each other through everything, right?"
He nodded. "I know that I kinda sorta broke the promise last time we did this but can we promise each other something?" He said whole holding out his pinky.
You took it in yours. "Of course we can."
"We'll still be there to support each other even if someone else comes into the picture? Even if we get married and start a family with someone other than each other?"
Other than each other... You didn't want to start a life with anyone other than him. You wanted him to keep being your own personal sunshine. You didn't want to have to share. But you couldn't tell him that.
"I promise, sunshine." You said with a smile.
The night carried on slowly, but you wouldn't want it to go any faster. At some point you had ended up in his arms, laying against his chest. You could hear his every heat beat, every embarrassed noise he made when you brought up an old story, and everything bright laugh as you two reminisced about all the times you had spent together while growing up.
You two grew up together. He was there for every heartbreak when your crush didn't like you back, he was there to comfort you every time your parents fought, he was there to help you study for every test and there to take you out for ice cream to make you feel better if you failed, he was there for every big moment of your life.
Just as he was there for you, you were there for him. You saw the good, the bad, the scared, everything. If someone had asked what your world was like before him you probably couldn't answer.
Because over time he had become your whole world.
Every time you looked at him your heart was filled with so much joy you felt like it could burst. It wasn't until recently you had realized how beautiful his laugh sounded, or how dull the world seemed when he wasn't by your side.
You had fallen completely in love with the boy who you had relied on since the first day you met. You could only hope that maybe he felt the same.
"We should probably get going so we can actually sit on your roof to stargaze while the stars are still out." Felix laughed and shifted to get up.
You stood up and stretched before staring to gather your things and Felix put out the fire. Once you were back at his car you put everything in the trunk and before you could get in Felix stopped you.
"I love you, Y/N. I really don't know where I'd be without you." He whispered while pulling you into a hug.
You hugged him back as tightly as you could and held onto him like your life depended on it. "I love you too, Lix. More than anything."
You two stayed like that for a minute before he pulled away with a sigh. A smile was plastered on his face as he walked to the drivers side and got in.
The drive was silent except the gentle music that came from the speakers and Felix humming along to it. He pulled into your driveway and the two of you walked over to the side of your house and climbed up onto your roof.
You guys had sat for awhile, talking about plans for the future, how you felt about school being over, summer plan, anything and everything you could.
Eventually the topic had moved to love, family, once again your guys' future. You felt nervous as you debated telling him about your feelings. Once you had decided you would you went to open your mouth to say something but he spoke up first.
"Y/N, I can't imagine a future that isn't with you. You're all I can see. I'm so in love with you... I just wish I had told you earlier. I understand if you don't feel the same I just... I wanted you to know..." He said while taking your hand in his.
"You mean that?" You whispered back to him.
He nodded. "With all my heart."
"I love you too. I have for awhile now. I love you a lot more than I knew I could actually." You said.
He smiled and leaned in to kiss you. When the two of you pulled away he smirked at you and said "Who needs to look up when I can see the stars in your eyes right now."
You rolled your eyes at his cheesy line and tapped the tip of his nose. "Yeah well I can find at least three constellations in your freckles right now. You're even prettier than the night sky, you know that sunshine?"
"That's ironic." He laughed and kissed you again.
Years had passed and you and Felix were together now. Despite the occasional arguments that all couples had, everything was perfect. You were happier than you knew was possible with him and he felt the same. Living in a small apartment in the city with your soulmate made each day feel like heaven on earth. He was your heaven on earth.
With your hands interlocked, you guys walked along the same beach you had gone to the night you confessed to each other. At some point he stopped and when you turned to look at him he was down on one knee pulling something out from his pocket.
"Y/N, remember when I said I couldn't imagine a future that wasn't with you? Well I wanna make that a reality. You are my future. So will you marry me?" He said with a worried smile on his face.
You laughed excitedly and nodded while he got up to kiss you. "Of course I'll marry you, sunshine." you whispered with a smile as big as possible.

You had been pacing around your living room for half an hour now. Jack was still not home after that blowout back in her office nearly two hours ago. You knew she had work to do and probably needed to cool down before coming over, if she was still coming over. You had showered and made dinner, but still there was no sign of Jack not even a text. Just as you thought about giving up the door opened and you turned to face Jack.
"Jack," you stopped as she held up her hand and you couldn't read her expression. Was she upset with you? Had something happened in the case? Had Gibbs made things worse? All of these questions flooding your mind only made you more anxious.
Jack sighed and set down her coat and purse. "We need to talk," her voice sent chills down your spine and your stomach turned. Nothing good ever came from that sentence in a relationship.
"I shouldn't have called him out like that. It wasn't appropriate," you stepped in quickly.
"No, it wasn't, but that's not what we need to talk about," she shook her head and patted the seat beside her on the sofa.
You looked to her with a certain fear in your eyes, cautiously proceeding to her side. As you sat you looked at your hands that were fiddling in your lap. "Jack, baby, you're really starting to freak me out. Is this about us?"
Jack noticed the fear exuding from you and took your hand. "No! No, god no," she shook her head quickly. "I love you, Y/N," you felt yourself smile as she carried on. "I just needed to clear things up. Gibbs didn't end things with me," she sighed and ran her free hand through her hair.
You furrowed your brow as you listened to her. "I don't understand."
Jack began to chew her lower lip and get antsy in her seat. "Gibbs and I weren't a thing for a long time, despite what his team says," she started and stood up. Now she was the one who was pacing the room. "We flirted and spent a lot of time together, yes," she turned to face you and sighed. "One night, after things were starting to get serious, we found ourselves.." she squinted her eyes and tilted her head a bit, unsure how to phrase this. You nodded and she carried on, leaving you with the unsettling images of your girlfriend and your boss in bed together. "The next morning I told him things weren't going to work because I liked somebody else," she finally took a seat again and put her head in her hands.
You're eyes widened in realization of what she was getting at. "You mean you left him for me?"
Jack nodded, but retracted her response. "It wasn't me leaving him, Y/N. We weren't a couple."
"But you slept together," she nodded and you sighed. "He thinks it's my fault."
"No," Jack moved closer and pushed your hair from your face. "I talked to him tonight, and he knows where my head was at now. He's sorry for how he's treated you these past months."
You scoffed and rolled youreyes. "Gibbs apologized?" You couldn't help your skepticism on the subject. Special Agent, Leroy Jethro Gibbs was not one to apologise. He was barely one to stick around for a full conversation.
"Maybe not in so many words, but I know he is sorry," Jack laughed and you rolled your eyes with a little smirk tugging at the corner of your lips.
She leaned in to kiss your cheek, brushing her lips over it a few times before proceeding to your jawline. This lasted awhile before she captured your lips in a series of hungry kisses. Your stomach did flips and your heart raced at her touch. Your hand slid up her thigh and found its way behind her back. Nothing had ever felt as good as it did when Jack was in your arms.
"I made dinner," you whispered as you both pulled away for air. She arched her brow and you laughed at the cautious look that spread across her face. "I know, I know. We might have to order in."
"I'll eat whatever you made," she smirked and pushed loose strands of hair from your face. Her deep brown eyes glossed over with love and lust.
You found yourself unable to speak for a few moments, getting lost in Jack completely. You couldn't explain the feelings that arose inside of you whenever she was around, and when she was as close as she was now all hell broke loose within you. You shook your head of your devious thoughts before clearing your throat and letting out a soft laugh. "I won't make you do that to yourself. My cooking will probably put you up for a week," you laughed with more amusement in your tone.
Jack rolled her eyes and let out a sound that you swore sounded like an angel singing. "I'll risk it," she leaned forward and planted a soft kiss on your ruby lips once more. "Who knows, maybe I can have you for dessert?"
You felt your cheeks get hot and swore your face was the shade of a tomato. You absolutely loved when Jack was playful like this with you. "Maybe," you smirked and kissed her lips once more. "Maybe I'll even let you have seconds."
Soft giggles filled the room and you both found yourselves lost in yet another series of desperate kisses. Neither of you were ever able to keep your hands off of each other. Honestly you were amazed that you had managed to stay mostly professional at work. At least to the publics eyes you were.

Jack couldn't remember a longer 'hump day' in her life. The murder of Lieutenant Abigail Finnley was going on its third day of being unsolved. William Jenson was still a suspect even though NCIS had to release him due to lack of evidence, and Jack could only imagine the smug look he must of had on his face as he walked out. She had been over the files at least five times that morning alone, but she was getting nowhere. She tossed her pencil across the room in frustration just as the door open. She looked up and saw Gibbs standing there surprised after having to dodge a flying pencil.
"Have a new file for you," he walked in and shut the door behind him. He held out yet another boring beige folder and she took it with frustration.
"Just what I need. Another file to go over that'll lead me nowhere," she rolled her tired brown eyes, unamused.
Gibbs couldn't help the smirk that tugged at the corner of his lips when he saw the frustration written all over her. "Lesley Hangman, Lieutenant Finnley's best friend," he stated plainly.
Jack was flipping through the files now and looked up at Gibbs suddenly. "We already questioned her. Did you find something else?"
"Finnley filled a restraining order against her the week before she died."
Jack was intrigued. She adjusted her glasses and sat forward with curiosity. "Now why would you file a restraining order against your best friend?"
Gibbs shrugged. "That's where you come in, Jack," he sighed and started to leave, but he stopped at the door. "Y/N-"
Jack arched a brow and gave a little nod. "She'll be on her best behavior tomorrow," she assured him.
"Not what I was asking, Jack."
"I know," their eyes locked for a moment before she sighed, giving into his silent questions. "I told her everything, and we are fine." Gibbs nodded and just like that Jack was left to her own devices once again.
Jack looked down as her phone made a noise. A smile crossed her lips as she read the text.
Chinese takeout tonight. Any movie requests? (:
Surprise me baby. Can't wait to see you;) -J

You chuckled at the text you just received and licked the cookie dough off of the spatula. You began to wipe the counter and do the dishes as the cookies baked, filling the room with a rich sweetness. There was not much to do being stuck at home but cook and clean, and try not to focus too negatively on yesterday's events. You sighed and turned your music up to drown out your thoughts. You began to dance and hum to yourself. Jack would be home soon and you wanted her to enjoy the evening. This case was too personal for her, and you knew that the last thing she would want was to think about it all. The door opened, but you didn't hear it. You were too busy singing along to the music into a wooden spoon. Your hips swayed and you tossed you hair. A loud screech escaped your lips as you felt arms wrap around you from behind.
"Jack! I didn't even hear you come in," you tried to catch your breath as you turned in her arms. She chuckled and pecked your lips. "I wasn't expecting you so soon."
"We wrapped the case," she shrugged and kissed your nose again, giggling. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you. You just looked so sexy I couldn't resist."
You rolled your eyes and smirked. She had an excuse for everything. Your brows furrowed when you realized what she had said. "You wrapped the case? Was it-"
Jack shook her head and sighed. "No, it wasn't Jenson. Turns out it was the best friend, Lesley Hangman. She and Finnley were more than friends, but when Finnley broke things off Lesley became obsessed with trying to get her back."
"And that's when Lieutenant Finnley filed the restraining order?" Your knowledge sparked Jack's curiosity and you giggled. "Bishop might have filled me in on a few details earlier."
Jack rolled her eyes and continued. "Yes, well Lesley came over to confront Abigail and things got heated. That's when she stabbed her," she sighed and let her body relax against yours, pressed against the counter. Your arms instinctively wrapped around her.
"Sounds like you need to put your feet up," you breathed out as she pressed against you. Your heart was racing. The things this woman did to you.
"Way up," she smirked playfully causing you groan.
She leaned closer, kissing along your jawline before dipping down to the curve of your collarbone. Your head tilted back instinctively and you swallowed hard. Your grip on the counter tightened as her lips trailed down your chest, but quickly made their way back to your neck. You could feel your legs getting shaky, and she must have too because her leg pushed in between yours and her hips held you in position. You let out another groan, this one more desperate than the last. You took a deep breath, but her scent was intoxicating.
Your hands ran up her back until they found their way into her beautifully, blonde, beach curls, and gave them a gentle tug. She gasped and looked into your eyes before you leaned forward to capture her lips in a heated frenzy of passion. You both wasted no time finding your way into each other's mouths, fighting for dominance, and before you knew it Jack was leading you to the bedroom. You didn't stop her as she kicked the door shut and laid you on the bed. All previous plans were out the window, and your focus was on the beautiful, half naked blonde straddling you now and kissing down your body.
"Y/N," Jack's voice was low and seductive as she inches closer to your thighs.
Her fingers latched under your panty line, but you pulled her back up to you and quickly flipped her over. "Jack," you groaned again. Her hands were pinned to the mattress as our straddled her now and dipped your head to kiss her passionately. "This is about you," you whispered and smirked. She let out that giggle that sent shivers up your spine. Your lips found hers again, and soon the room filled with soft moans and breathless panting. If only everyday could be this way.

"I'm sorry, what?" Carly asks when Olivia tells her the news. "You- repeat that, please."
"Jason has been shot. He's going to the hospital right now. I didn't get a good look at him or anyone, really, but I do know that he's not doing so hot right now. Go to GH, I'll handle everything tonight," Olivia repeats, urging her to leave. "Do you want me to call Sonny?"
"God no. I-I'll do it myself. Thank you," the blonde says, rushing to catch her breath and get to her purse, behind the bar. He's been shot. With a gun. This is exactly what she didn't want to happen to him. Dammit!
She doesn't have the time to fall apart, though, and calls Michael when she locates her phone in her purse. "Michael. Jason's been shot. I'm heading to GH right now," she rushes out before ending the call and fumbling for her keys.
Finally getting the keys, she sprints to her car and runs every red she sees, not caring about getting a ticket or whatever. The hospital's only a few minutes away, so she's able to get there in record time and runs in the doors, conveniently right at the time Michael shows up with an anxious Willow, Dante, Wiley, and Monica. "Mom, what's going on?"
"Jason got shot," she forces out, the realization of what happened sinking down on her like the way a bullet sinks into the skin.
That was a morbid metaphor.
"Where's Dad? Does he know what happened?" Michael asks impatiently. He's probably thinking about his personal experience with guns: He got shot and was in a coma for awhile.
"He's at home, I haven't told him yet," Carly sighs, processing.
"Why isn't he here? Jason's his best friend, Mom. Did Dad get shot too?" Michael continues to ask and she sighs again. Well, better now than never he finds out. Though this is incredibly unideal timing.
"No, he's fine. It's just that Sonny's not exactly thrilled with either Jason or me right now."
"What happened?"
"It's a long story," the blonde shakes her head quickly. "I want to tell you but right now we should all be focused on how Jason's doing and what his condition is."
"Carly?" Elizabeth asks, confused. "What are you doing here?'
"It's Jason. He, he's been shot," Carly manages to get out, her heart breaking again. That's the last time she ever wants to say those words. God, why couldn't he be a farmer or something, maybe a musician or a normal person with a mundane job?
Well, then again, if he was, Carly probably wouldn't have cared much about him. Normal people bore her, it's why she kept coming back to Sonny.
"He's been what?" Elizabeth asks. "How did this happen?"
"I don't know. All I know is we heard sirens outside of the Metro Court and Olivia went outside to figure out what was going on and then Jason was being loaded into an ambulance for a gunshot wound. He's not here yet?" Carly asks, containing her sobs and minor hatred for her.
"No, he's not. How did you get here faster than him?"
"May or may not have broken several traffic laws."
"We were at the hospital for Wiley's appointment," Michael says, gesturing to the clan of Q's and Dante with him.
"We have an ambulance coming in, gunshot wound to the chest!" Portia informs everyone and that's when the very first tear is shed from her. The chest? How the hell do you shoot someone in the chest in that parking garage? How didn't she think of this before, that someone could go and shoot them in plain sight; HER parking garage was a target too. Great. Just great.
The stretcher with him is rushed in and everything becomes blurry as she fights off the tears. Nope, not today. He is not dying today if she's got anything to say about it.
"Male, 48, GSW to the chest. Sats are staying roughly the same and BP is as well. Found him in his car. Apparently there might be a gunman running around town. Cops didn't find anything at the scene," the paramedic says quickly, rushing him into the nearest room.
"That's Jason," Willow gasps, gripping her husband's hand.
"Yes it is. And I bet I know who shot him, too! One of Cyrus's guys," Michael says and his mother can feel the anger coming off of him.
"Michael. Causing a scene won't help anything here. Let's just let them do their jobs and tell us what we need to know when we need to know it," Carly says uncharacteristically. She's never, ever calm when anyone gets into an accident like this.
"Carly, are you okay?" Dante questions his stepmom.
"No."
"I'm calling Sonny. No arguing," he says to her, walking away.
She gives herself a minute to collect her thoughts before thinking about how disastrous Dante calling Sonny is. For all they know, he gave the damm order!
Put some faith in the guy, Carly. He is your husband, after all.
That's how, twenty minutes later, Sonny ends up finally showing up at GH with Joss, who's clearly worried. By the looks of it, Sonny's been pretty damn loud with his rage. She just hopes he didn't scare her too bad. It takes a lot to rattle her mini me, though, and so this reaction is concerning.
"Mom, I need to talk to you for a minute," Joss asks, looking highly concerned.
"Sure, hon. Let's just wait for the doctors to tell us what's going on with Jason first, okay?" The blonde suggests to her daughter, who nods her agreement as Portia walks towards them.
"Jason has to be taken into surgery to remove the bullet. He has stabilized and that's a good sign. Carly, you have his power of attorney, right?" Portia asks and Carly nods. "Good. I'm going to need you to sign off on this paperwork for the surgery before we can actually dislodge the bullet."
Thankfully there's a pen attached to the clipboard Portia extends to her and so Carly signs off quickly, not even registering what she's signing. "Can we see him?"
Portia sighs, considering it. "We won't have the OR prepped for a few more minutes, so if you like, you can visit one at a time."
Not wasting another minute, Carly hands her the clipboard and walks into the room seeing the very disheartening sight of him going in and out of consciousness, groaning in pain. She sheds a few years and he notices her presence in the room. "Carly? What are you doing here?"
"You got shot," she answers simply.
"Yes, I did," he nods, confused.
"You're not allowed to die," she tells him firmly. "You simply cannot. I will not be okay if you do and I know that if I tell you that you'll fight harder. So I'm telling it to you as best I can, I won't be okay if you die. You put me through it once, and I will be damned if I let that happen again. You'll survive this, promise me."
"Carly," he sighs, "you know I can't make you that promise. I promise you that I'll do my best to survive this."
"Don't make me guilt trip you," she threatens playfully.
"I get the gist of it and need to get this bullet out of me, so please go so the doctors can save me and you can give me more headaches with your plans," he smiles at her before drifting out of consciousness again. Ugh.
"Fine," she agrees though she doesn't want to, "I'll agree to that. Don't you dare die on me though. I love you."
As she leaves the room, a single tear falls from her eyes that she quickly wipes away, putting on a brave face for the kids. "He's gonna make it out of this, I have faith he will," Dante assures her.
"Thanks. I needed that," Carly smiles at him. "Now, Joss, do you want to go talk about this somewhere else?"
"Yeah, please," the teenager agrees.
They walk away and as soon as they're out of earshot, Joss asks, "Did you and Jason kiss?"
That was... Direct. "Yes," Carly admits, studying her daughter's face for any sign of not being okay with it or anything else like that but instead notices there's a sigh of relief. What the hell?
Noting the expression on her mom's face, Joss says, "Sonny was losing his mind at home, he screamed about it. He was scaring Avery and Donna so I took them outside and had them play for a few minutes while he was losing it and went inside. He was drinking... Something, I couldn't tell, and I asked him what the hell he was doing. That was probably a dumb thing to do, though, because he started yelling at me about how I was going to hate you and that he needed to tell me before you two got to but then Dante called him and so we came here."
Carly engulfs her daughter in a hug at that, mama bear and Jason got shot rage all combining into one. Sonny's got good reason to be scared if he's not already. "Oh Joss, I am so sorry you had to deal with that. Sonny shouldn't have been drinking in the first place around you girls. Thank you, for taking your little sisters outside."
"Of course. I figured he's just angry about something, so when I found out we were going here I was happy he wasn't seeing things or off his lithium," Joss beans at her mom. "I don't want anything bad happening to Jason, of course, but I was scared, Mom. Scared of what he was gonna do."
"You have every right to that fear," she smiles at her. "When he gets like this, it's completely unacceptable behavior. I'm so sorry he did that to you. He had no right to scare your little sisters and you like that." He is so dead. No one messes with her kids.
"Please don't kill him," Joss jokes and Carly fakes a smile.
"I would never."
"Well, I think we've got the slightly more pressing matter of you being in love with a certain Jason Morgan to discuss," Joss smiles at her mom.
"God, Sonny really did tell all the story," Carly sighs. "Are you okay with all of this?"
"Mom," she rolls her eyes, "you're in love! This is a good thing! I'm happy for you two. Besides, you know we all love him. It's not like it'll be a huge adjustment until I move."
"Oh god, I haven't even thought of that yet," Carly sighs, pinching her temples.
"Sorry to wreck the party, but Sam's over there losing it," Monica tells them before excusing herself to go to the chapel.
"I have a headache already," Carly complains before walking to Sam. "Hey, Sam. May I ask why you're sobbing on the hospital floor?"
"Jason's been shot, Carly! Why aren't you sobbing and screaming and causing a scene?" Sam asks her.
"I know he's been shot, but I'm being strong for my kids and Monica and Willow. I've got plenty of time to fall apart and I'm barely not," she admits, "but it won't help anything. He's in surgery right now and the best thing you can do is go spend time with the kids. They need their mom."
"This is what I get for breaking up with him. He's in love with you and look at me, pathetically crying. God, this is so pathetic," Sam sighs, collecting herself after a minute. "I'm sorry about earlier."
"You were upset and lashed out. Trust me, out of you and Sonny he's the one I'd shoot first," Carly attempts to crack a smile.
Sam lets out a hollow laugh at that before leaving, confusing pretty much everyone. "Aren't her and Jason together? Why isn't she pacing the halls of GH with us?" Michael presses his mother and Sonny snaps.
"Your mother and him are in love or something disgusting like that," he says, shocking everyone. "Him and Sam have been over for a couple of weeks."
"Did-did-did he say love?" Michael stutters out, the first to collect himself enough to say that. "Like, romantically?"
"Yes," Carly admits. "Look, we can talk more about this later."
"Actually, I see this as the perfect time to talk about it," Sonny chimes in, smiling. "After all, Jason's in surgery for god knows how long and you've got nothing but time to explain to them what happened between you two today. Repeatedly."
"Oh my god, did you-" Dante starts, trailing off.
"No! God no, we did not sleep together," Carly answers quickly and Joss flicks him in the back of the head. Attagirl.
"Then what did you do?" Willow asks cautiously. Unlike everyone else here, this is her first big fight between Carly and Sonny to deal with.
"They kissed. In public. Where anyone who cared to dine at the Metro Court could see them," Sonny starts. "And them when I got upset, they both started defending each other to me and I ended up finding out that they're in love. My wife and my best friend, in love! Give it up for things I wasn't expecting this year!"
"Sonny that's enough," Joss starts in on her stepfather before Michael cuts in.
"Dad. Shut up. Mom's in love with Jason? This is a lot to wrap my head around so give me a minute," he urges of his unresponsive father.
"I'm not exactly hearing a thank you or a single- Ow, Joss, what the hell?" Sonny asks when she elbows him in the ribs.
"Stop talking down to my mom, first off, and second, don't be rude to Jason either. He's your business partner! You two have known each other forever!"
"Which is why this hurts so much, Josslyn! They've betrayed me," Sonny moans in pain when she elbows him yet again. Motherly pride fills Carly.
"Following your heart isn't betrayal, it's doing what you feel is best. It's listening to your heart no matter the consequences. You're supposed to be an adult, so start acting like one dammit! I'm embarrassed to be seen in public when you're throwing a temper tantrum so grow the hell up," Joss explains to him.
"Mom, you cheated on Dad? With Jason?" Michael asks, connecting the dots.
"Yes. I didn't mean to and I know it was wrong to do and I'm so sorry if this taints your view of either of us but it just happened so fast and," Carly gestures around the hospital. "Now we're here."
"I don't know what to feel," he admits.
"That's okay, Michael. Please, take your time to process this and work through your emotions. I'm sure you especially will have a lot of them," she smiles at her oldest son.
"Him especially?" Dante asks, confused.
"Jason raised me for the first couple years of my life and on and off since then, because Dad couldn't always do that. It's like I had two dads growing up. So this news kinda confuses me a lot and I've got lots of questions but I'm only with this," Michael dmes.
"You're siding with the?" Sonny snarls. "Really? After everything they put you through-"
"You shot me in the head and put me in a coma! They're not doing anything illegal and it's not my place to judge," Michael snaps at his father. "Joss is right, grow the hell up."
"I'm always right," she smiles at her big brother who pulls her in for a hug.
"Not always, but it happens on occasion," Michael teases her and she gently slaps his arm. "Where the hell did you learn how to hit like that?"
"I took self defense classes from Jason."
"Of course you did," Michael sighs at his sister's antics. "For when you start a massive fight."
"Ooh, good idea," she teases him.
Sonny interrupts the moment. "Hey you two, you're on her side in all of this?"
"Yes, we are, because you scared our little sisters into making me take them outside so they wouldn't have to hear you screaming. They lost their minds and they didn't know what happened to you. Honestly, neither do I!" Joss exclaims.
This is providing a good distraction from the whole Jason's having surgery thing right now, but that doesn't mean it's not at the front of everyone's mind. Everyone except Sonny, it seems, and that in and of itself is suspicious to Carly. They don't know who ordered the hit on him yet.
Too much complicated.
To be continued

The Sword of the Solstice.
Chapter Nine: The Warrior Village of Leeno.
We return to our other adventurers, Izuku, Katsuki, Ochaco, Eijiro, and Momo; who are about 4 days into their trek. The 5 of them have been going nearly nonstop for those 4 days. Katsuki claimed his home village was close, but the other adventurers were starting to doubt him. He said that it was hard to find, seeing as how Leeno is surrounded by the Lerow Forest and the Leanna Kingdom of Elves to the East, and the Pland mountains to the West.
Izuku sighs, deciding to voice the thought everyone was asking themselves. “Kacchan?” Katsuki stops, and turns to him. “Yeah, Deku?” He says and Izuku bites his lip. “Do you actually know where you’re going?” Izuku asks, and Katsuki sighs. “Look, I know you guys think I am stupid, but I swear I do know where I’m going. And even if the Pass of Honor isn’t quite where I remembered it, we still cut off a lot of the time to get to Loyaci. We’ll get Light Bringer back.”
Izuku shrugs. “I can’t deny the logic in that, but do you think we’re close to your village?” Katsuki nods. “If all goes well, we should be there by nightfall.” Eijiro exhales, with a little smoke from his firebreath coming out of his nostrils. “Phew, it’d be nice to get a full night of sleep.” Eijiro says, as he waves the smoke away. Ochaco nods. “We should have a significant lead on them, so we should be fine.”
They reach a clearing that seems entirely blocked off except the way they got in. Katsuki gets down off his horse, and walks into the center of clearing. He sighs. “Okay, is it that one?”  Katsuki asks, in a mutter, looking off to the left side of the clearing. Ochaco frowns, and dismounts Momo’s horse, and jogs over to him. “You alright there, Dunderhead?” He rolls his eyes. “Tch, I just need to remember the exact way into Leeno...”
Ochaco nods. “What does this entrance look like?” She asks. “Look for a triangle with a circle in the middle, it should be carved into a tree.” She smiles, and looks around at the trees surrounding the clearing. She squints, and off to Katsuki’s right she sees a tree with a large triangle with a circle that looks like it's blackened, perhaps burned, that's carved into the trunk. Surrounding it are dense trees that you couldn’t hope to get past. With a smile, she nudges Katsuki. “Is that it?” She asks, subtly pointing to it.
He follows her finger, and sighs. “Yup, that’d be it. I’m blind.” He says, in a whisper. She giggles, and he walks over to the tree, and places his hand on the symbol. The others on the horses ride closer. The ground shakes, and two of the trees beside the marked one magically disappear. Ochaco gasps. “A magical barrier?” She asks, with shock. Katsuki smirks, looking proud. “I did say we are sophisticated in our own way. Now, come on. It’ll only stay open until I walk in.”
Ochaco climbs onto Momo’s horse, as Izuku cautiously guides his horse through trees. Katsuki notices his skeptic attitude and sighs. “Trust me, Deku, it’s not a trap.” Izuku swallows. “Okay, if you say so, Kacchan.” Momo and Ochaco follow behind him, and Katsuki gets back on behind Eijiro. The barrier reforms behind Katsuki and Eijiro. “Alright, Deku, if you keep along this path, you’ll soon see the village.” Katsuki says, and Izuku gives him a thumbs up.
Momo looks down, and notes that the path they are walking on isn’t just a dirt road with random branches and stones lying on it, but she instead finds that it is smooth cobblestone. Maybe they are more than just brawlers. She thinks, in appreciation. They walk further into the forest, they see off to their left, a clearing that looks like it has corn fields. On their right are various buildings, and a large animal pen. Cows are mooing and a couple pigs snort. Eijiro points to the two buildings, and looks back at Katsuki.
“What are those for?” Katsuki laughs. “That’d be the tavern and the storeroom for said tavern.” He smiles, and Eijiro gasps. “Ooh, you have a tavern?” Katsuki nods. “Yeah, there’s the horse stables on the right, and the dueling grounds on the left.” He adds, and Ochaco sighs. “Ah. There’s the ‘warrior village’ norms. HA! YOU HAVE A DUELING GROUND!” She teases. He grunts. “Shut up, Cheeks.” He says, as they arrive at some tents.
An older man, maybe 30 to 40 years old walks over. He has shoulder length black hair, with black eyes and a scar under his right eye. He is wearing a black tunic and grey scarf. He walks up to Izuku, and groans. “Who are you, and how did you get into our village?” He asks, and Izuku turns to Katsuki. “K-kacchan?” He says, looking back. Katsuki jumps off the horse. “Relax, Deku. He means well.”
He walks over to the older fellow. “Aizawa, it’s okay. They’re with me.” Aizawa gasps. “Oh, I see. Well, your mother is leading a hunting party, but I could notify your father about your return.” Katsuki cracks his knuckles. “No need for that. I’ll notify him myself.” Aizawa sighs. “You’re gonna give that man a panic attack.” Katsuki laughs. “I know! I find his childish panic hilarious.”
They others get off their horses, and frown. Aizawa motions to the horses. “Well, can I at least bring your horses to the stables?” Katsuki looks at the party. “Is that fine?” They nod, and Katsuki smiles at Aizawa. “Go ahead, old man.” Aizawa rolls his eyes. He guides the three horses away, mumbling about needing more sleep. Izuku frowns. “Who is that man?” He asks, and Katsuki wraps his arm around him.
“That lazy old man? Aizawa Shota. His family has served the chieftain’s family for generations.” He says, with a grin. Eijiro scoffs. “So what, he’s like a servant?” Katsuki shakes his head. “Nah, they kinda just chose to serve. I honestly think it’s a family tradition?” He shrugs. Ochaco grunts. “Can we just rest? Because my body is falling into my trance.” She asks, and Momo nods. “Same with me.”
Katsuki nods. “Follow me, I’ll talk to Father about getting you some accommodations.” They follow him past the tents, to a large tent with a fur pathway leading into it. “You guys can stay out here, or you can come in with me. I honestly couldn’t care less.” Izuku sits down, and so does Momo and Eijiro, but Ochaco decides to follow him inside. He pulls the flap of the tent, to reveal a brown haired man with a green robe and fur on the end standing with his back turned.
His attire was pretty similar to Katsuki’s, but instead of the orange and red, it is blue and green. The room was spacious, with animal skins as the floor. Three mats in one corner, with silk dividers to give each one their privacy. In another corner, there is a campfire. Large stones surround it, and there are large metal shafts that make a hole in the tent’s roof, which Ochaco assumes is for ventilation.
Katsuki puts a finger to his lips, indicating for Ochaco to be quiet. He tiptoes up towards the man, who is humming to himself while he stitches a torn garment. Katsuki winds up, and swings his fist at the man's arm. The man yelps, and drops the garment and the needle onto the ground. He takes a deep breath. “There is only one person who would do something like that to me.” Ochaco frowns, not liking his tone.
The man turns around, a wide smile on his face. “Katsuki! You've returned to us!” Katsuki laughs. “Yeah, I'm back.” He pats his father's shoulder, which makes him stumble a little. “It's been awhile since I've been able to scare you this badly!” His father kneels down to pick up the garment and needle, and chuckles. “It has been a long time since I have seen you, son.” Katsuki scoffs. “You exaggerate. It hasn't been that long!”
His father, who is shorter than him, looks up at him. “But son, it's been a year.” Ochaco gasps, but immediately regrets making any sounds, for she doesn't want the attention to be focused on her. Katsuki whimpers. “Mother is going to kill me...” He says, a hint of fear in his voice. “Have I really been gone a year?” His father nods. “Yes, and I was wondering when you'd—” He pauses as he turns to see Ochaco. “Come back...” He finishes.
Ochaco bites her lip, regretting her decision to follow him in here. While Katsuki's father doesn't seem threatening, she cannot help but feel awkward, if not a little nervous. Katsuki motions for her to come closer, which she does. “Father, this is Ochaco, she is a travelling companion of mine.” He says, and she waves. Katsuki's father bows his head. “Ah, and I am Masaru Bakugo, Chieftain of the Leenoan Tribe.” Katsuki rolls his eyes. “You and I both know that Mother is the true leader here. You are Chieftain in name only. In every other affair, she is the Chieftain.”
He sighs. “Can you not do this today? I understand that you feel like I don't deserve this title, and I do know that I probably wouldn't have it if it weren't for technicalities, but please not today.” Katsuki nods. “Okay, um, to get to the point of why I'm here, my party and I are trying to save a friend that was taken hostage, but we need accommodations for at the very least tonight.” Katsuki says, and Masaru laughs.
“Ah, as always, it's straight to business with you! Could you not for once come to just to see your old man every now and then?” He asks, and Ochaco fiddles with her hat. Katsuki scratches his head, and frowns. “I— I'll be back soon! I just need to stop some evildoers who took my friend!” Masaru shakes his head. “Then what, Katsuki? You'll come back in another year?” Katsuki bows his head. “I— I promise I won't be gone that long again!” Masaru sighs.

“I suppose there's nothing I could do to stop you from leaving anyways, so I'll see to it that your companions have a tent to stay in. How many are in your company?” Katsuki tugs on one of his necklaces, and sighs. “Including this pink-cheeked Mage, four.” She kicks his shin. “Can't you call me by my name? You slow witted oaf!” Katsuki grabs her hat, and holds it up out of reach. “Oh, what's that? Can't hear you, you're so short.” She reaches up towards the hat, but he lifts it higher, taunting her.
Masaru groans. “And here I had hoped that your immaturity had left when you embarked on Honor's Highway. It turns out I have not received a pleasure such as that. Give the young lady her hat.”
Katsuki sighs, and passes Ochaco her hat back. Masaru smiles at Ochaco, and walks towards the door flap. “Well, they can stay in the war tent, at least for the night.” Katsuki nods. “Thank you, Father.” He says, as he and Masaru leave the tent. Ochaco follows. When they exit the tent, the other three stand.
Katsuki directs them to where they'll be spending the night. Once they were settled in, Ochaco tries to go into her trance. Despite her body telling her that she needed rest, and how tired she had been earlier, she couldn't drift into unconsciousness. She looks around at the others, Izuku has passed out, face planted against the ground. Momo is in a corner, knelt in her trance-state, and Eijiro is curled up in a ball not unlike a cat.
Masaru had insisted that Katsuki stay in his old room in his tent, so she was sitting in the dark of this tent trying to force herself into a trance. The more she tried, the more awake she felt. Is this Dendar doing? She asks herself. She shakes her head. No. Dendar's control isn't like this... You can always feel her presence, this feels like an absence of her control... She sighs, and decides that if she wasn't going to get any sleep, she'd prefer to not wake the others with her tossing and turning.
She leaves the tent, and all she hears are the hoots of owls, the chirps of crickets, and the fluttering of bat wings. She walks over to a tree, and reclines against it. She sits there in silence, drumming her fingers against her leg. She hears a twig snap, and she lifts her hand, uttering the first word in the incantation of Eldritch Blast. But before she could get any further, she realizes that the twig snapper was just Katsuki. She lowers her hand, and he smiles.
He walks over to her, and crouches beside her. “Can't sleep either?” He whispers, and she nods. “Is it because you're worried about Light Bringer?” He asks, and she shrugs. “Honestly, I don't know what is keeping me from sleeping. That's just how it is.” She responds in a hushed tone. He pats her shoulder. “Is it because of her?” He asks, referring to Dendar. Ochaco shakes her head. “I feel odd here, like her presence isn't as strong? I usually can hear her voice in my head, or maybe a hiss, but my brain is pretty much silent here.”
Katsuki nods. “We do have magical barriers, inscribed with holy symbols, perhaps she is trying, and evidently, failing to break through them?” She smirks. “That's one of the only smart things you've ever said.” He hits her shoulder and groans. “Shut up, you pathetic weakling.” She gasps. “Take that back.” He shakes his head. “Not unless you take back your comment.” She folds her arms, making it clear that she wasn't going to apologize. He yawns. “Well, I'm not going to take it back then. You pretentious Elf.”
She grins, as he sits down next to her. She lays her head on his shoulder, and he chuckles. “Hm, maybe it isn't Dendar and/or lack of Dendar that's keeping you awake...” He mutters, and she frowns. “Whatever do you mean by that?” She asks, as he wraps his arm around her. “As of late, you haven't been that far away from me at all times. You tend to stand close by me, or when we set up camp, you put your bedroll next to mine. Whatever it is, you're always nearby to me.”
She looks down towards her boots, in thought. Have I really been doing that? I mean, I do feel less scared and more safe around him, but I haven't been purposefully staying as close as possible, right? She shakes her head, hoping to clear her head. No, there's nothing wrong with that...right? Nothing weird about it? I mean, when I stop to think about it, I do have a harder time sleeping when I'm not vaguely near him...but why?
Ochaco can't seem to come with any concrete reasons as to why that was, but when she glances at Katsuki again, he's fast asleep. That drowsiness that her body was feeling earlier starts to kick in again. Her eyes close, and she lays her head in his lap, too tired to go back to bed in the tent.

Somebody To Love (Part 17- Rock You)
(Ben!RogerTaylor)
Word count: 1,858
Warnings: None
—————————————————
The next morning I get up very early to take Felix over to my parents for the day. I wanted to talk to Roger about everything before they all head to the studio. I take a deep breath opening the front door to our house and Roger rushes over to me. "Alice..." I put my finger up, "I don't want to talk about it Rog. I'm still upset but I'm going to give you another chance. Because I love you to death Roger Taylor." I cry and he pulls me into his chest, "And I love you to death too, Alice Taylor. I swear on our son it's never going to happen again." He kisses me passionately.
Tumblr media
We all started to get tired of Fred showing up late so we just sat around and talked to each other. "I want a new boat." Roger random says as I look through a magazine. "If we get a new one, I get to pick it this time. Like this one is for me. This is for me." I say flipping through the pages. "Wait, What about that one?" He points at one "It's a good size." He says.
"Everyone up on the drum risers!" Brian speaks up calling us over. "Up on the drum risers." He repeats himself and Chrissie gets up, "Come on." She says walking over to him. "Wives and everyone, Brian?" Deaky asks and Veronica asks me. "Yes! Come on, John. Everyone." He says again and I stand up, "Let's go." I wave for Roger to get up and I go stand next to Chrissie while the rest walk slower. "Bass?" Deaky asks and Brian kicks his butt, "No, don't need it. Come on, Rog. Take your time." Brian gently pushes Roger making me and Chrissie laugh.
"Alright, What's this about?" Roger asks standing next to me. Brian tells us that he ants the crowns to be a part of something so he has an idea. "Stomp to this beat." He tells us and we all look at each other. " Genius." Deaky says making us smile. "Come on." Brian tells us and we do as he says, "Good. Now I want you to clap in the third beat." Brian continues and we do so. "Don't speed up!" Roger tells us making us all laugh as we continue. "Ah, you kept time, Rog. Good." Brian says making Roger smile.
Tumblr media
"What's going on?" Fred asks and we all stop. "You'd know if you were on time." Roger tells him. "I'm a performer, darling, not a Swiss train conductor." Fred answer his and I see Roger let out a breath. I grab onto his arm rubbing it. "Sorry I'm late." Freddie tells Bri, "Again." I say making him look at me. "All right. Now would you please tell me why you're not playing any instruments?" He turns back to Brian. Brian explains what he wants the crowd to do showing Fred and we join in again.
We end up recording the song adding in more people so it would sound good then the boys played their instruments while us girls watched. "Are you going to stay home this up coming tour?" Veronica asked me. "I don't think so. I'm just going to take Felix on this tour. I'm scared if something happens again with Roger." I say and Chrissie nods her head. "I feel like it's better if you go, so you can make sure Roger doesn't mess up again." She squeezes my hand and Veronica catches on since I didn't tell her what happened.
"Ready to go pick up the baby?" Roger walks up behind me rubbing my shoulders. "Yeah, see you ladies soon. Bye guys!" I wave to the boys as me and Roger leave. "So I was talking with the girls about the up and coming tour. I think it would be good if me and Felix come too. You know." I say hoping he won't get mad at me for seeming like I don't trust him. "That would be a great idea. Then I won't miss you and the baby on tour. Both of you would be with me 24/7." He smiles at me as we drive to my parents.
~
I was actually really worried about going on tour with Felix. He was only a month old when it started. Paul was beyond pisses that I was coming especially with the baby while the others were excited to have me back on tour again. I went to every concert and took Felix with me, but I bought special headphones to put over his little ears during the shows. Literally the first show of the tour Roger took Felix out of my arms and ran on stage to show him off. Which he made a tradition for every city we went too for the entire U.S dates.
Tonight they were playing Madison Square Garden and of course Roger took Felix out to show the crowd how big he was at four months now. Jim brought me my chair to sit in on off the side of the stage so I could watch the concert. As they perform We Will Rock You, I stomped my foot bouncing Felix and clapping his hands to the song. "Look, see daddy." I point at Roger's and kiss his head. "Ahdab." Felix says in his baby talk and I turn him around to face. "Yes, that's ahadb." I baby talk him back and see Mary walk towards me. "Mary!" I hold Felix close to my chest jumping up to go hug her.
"He's getting so big." She takes him out of my arms as we both make our way to the back. "I know, he's getting to be a big boy." I smile as she bounces him. "Hello, you must be Alice. I'm David, Mary's boyfriend." David introduces himself and I shake his hand. "Hello, I've heard a lot about you, so it's finally nice to meet you." I say and he smiles at Mary. "You talk about me?" He kisses her making me squeal, "You two are perfect for each other!" I make them both laugh as Mary passes Felix back to me.
"Well I'm very glad you approve of me. May I?" He looks at Felix. "Oh of course, he loves meeting new people. Especially since his father loves to show him off every bloody night." He carfully takes Felix as I pass him to him. "Plus I'm the one who force Mary to go out and have fun with you. So you have me to thank." I smile at him linking my arm with Mary. "Well thank you because Mary is a wonderful beautiful woman." He smiles at the two of us as we all walk over to the bar to drink and talk.
I knew the boys would be coming back here soon since the show just ended and David was still holding the baby. "Boo!" Roger tries scaring me but it didn't since I was expecting him. "You did lovely tonight, like every night." I kiss him and Mary smiles at him, "Hello Roger." Roger gives her a small hug, "It nice to see you again Mary, and you are?" He asks looking at David holding his child. "Mary's boyfriend, David. Alice, let me hold the little guy for awhile." He smile bouncing the baby. Felix starts to baby talk and moves his arms around towards Roger. "Look like he wants his daddy now." David laughs giving Roger Felix.
"Did you watch daddy tonight? Was daddy good?" Roger says in a baby voice making Felix giggle. "I take that as a yes." He kiss the top of his little head as Deaky and Brian say hi to Mary. "See you around." I hug Mary and David. "Bye Alice, Roger, and little Felix." Mary smiles as we walk over to a group of people to talk. While a few girls were talking to Roger and Deaky, I watched Paul and John talk in the distance. What are they being secretive about?
"Love, What are you looking at?" Roger asks still holding Felix while he drank and talked. "Paul slipped a paper to John and when Jim walked up they acted differently." I say still watching them. "It's probably nothing darling." He kisses the top of my head and I look at him. "I'll be right back." I kiss his cheek and leave him to go talk to John.
"Alice darling, how may I help you?" He asks turning to face me. "What did Paul just give you? Don't you lie to me because I've got a lot of anger in me having to take care of a baby and making sure Roger doesn't cheat again." I cross my arms raising an eyebrow. "Since we get a long very well... I tell you... Paul said Fred have been getting deals about a solo deal, so he wants me to propose it to him later." He says pulling me closer so no one hears us. "Why would you think that's what's good? Queen is doing so well right now. Plus if it's Paul's idea, why is he making you do it? John, it doesn't seem right... I don't trust Paul." I say taking a step closer to him so Paul doesn't hear me.
"Alice, I'll just say it then tell him to think about later when Queen is done." He smiles walking away from me and I shake my head. You're going to mess up... "What were you two talking about?" Paul steps in front of me. "Nothing important, just things about tonight's show and what's next." I lie and he smiles at me, "I don't think that will was necessary.” He winks before leaving me alone. I walk back over to Roger and take Felix out of his arms before leaving to room. "Felix, Mommy is a little pissed off right now so please don't be too much trouble tonight." I kiss is forehead as I make my way to the cars to head to the hotel.
When I get back to the hotel I put Felix to sleep and he wasn't any trouble like I was hoping for. I start to pack my suitcase to be ready to leave in a few hours. While I start to shove thing aggressively inside, the door opens and Roger walks in. "What happed? After you took Felix and left room, I went to go follow you but the diver said you already left. Did I do something?" He asks confused and worried. "You didn't do anything Rog, I was just ready to leave." I says still shoving this harder into the suitcase. "Something is wrong." He sits next to me in the floor.
"It's just Paul again... I think he's up to something, Rog. He's a bloody sneaky little fucker. I don't like him or trust him." I look at Roger annoyed with everything. "I hate him too but you're just stressed out with everything. You're taking care of our son while on your working." He kisses me and I rest my head on his shoulder. "I don't know, Rog."

valentine’s day - i.f
word count: 1294
let’s stop sleeping on Ilya guys, we need more Gifs for heaven sake!
Tumblr media
Ilya was famous for getting so drunk he would puke his guts out, and even more so making horrible decisions while under the influence. The 23 year old was reckless, but part of you loved that about him. He didn’t care what people thought and he went with the flow of everything. So when your older brother David decided to throw a Valentine's day party, you had no choice but to attend, you did live with him after all.
Your close friend, James Charles had agreed to do your make up for the party, also getting a video out of it for his youtube channel which was a win for the both of you. So early in the morning you drove to James’ new house and the two of you instantly got to work. You decided to bring your outfit with you so you could change before you left and James would be in no rush to finish your makeup. “Hi sisters! James Charles here and welcome back to my youtube channel! As you can see, today I’m joined with David Dobrik’s little sister and one of my closest friends, (Y/N)!” James introduced making you smile and wave at the camera. “So for today,s video we’re going to be giving sister (Y/N) a fab glam look for the valentines day party she will be attending tonight. I offered to do her makeup because it was the perfect opportunity to see my amazing sister again,” James said quickly making you laugh.
“I’m excited to be here,” you said finally. After the intro was done you and James jumped right into the video, you were mostly silent but would answer any questions that James had for you and would carry on small conversations every once and awhile. “Your viewers probably think I hate you,” you finally said to James breaking the silence. The both of you laughed and James shook his head. “Don’t worry about that,” he told you. “Disclaimer guys, (Y/N) is a naturally quiet and reserved person. It’s honestly a shock that she does like me because i’m always so in your face and loud, but she does tend to bring out a more relaxed side of me,” James said to the camera making you smile. “Thanks sister,” you grinned.
After about another hour and a half James was done with his look and finally revealed it to you. ‘Oh my god! James this is amazing thank you!” you said bringing the boy into a hug. James grinned and the two of you quickly filmed the outro before his assistance turned off the camera and then the two of you started to lounge around in James’ bedroom for a bit until you officially had to get ready for the party. “Are you sure you don’t want to come?” you asked James as you looked over your outfit once more. You wore a simple black denim skirt with a red bodysuit from Victoria Secret with a black leather jacket overtop. Your hair was in loose curls and James quickly checked over your make up once more, touching up your highlight quickly.
“I have some work that I need to do, so you go and have fun for the both of us,” he said with a smile. “Thank you, James,” you said giving him a smile and a hug. Before you walked out of the house you put on a pair of white ankle converse and walked out of the house with a final wave. You quickly got into your car and started driving back to yours and David’s house, blasting music as you went. Finally, when you got back home you could already see that the driveway was full and it even went out onto the street. You sighed and parked your car at the end of the road before walking to your house and opening the front door.
“Baby!” Zane slurred and rushing towards you. You laughed at him and opened your eyes for the drunk man. He jumped into your arms and wrapped one of his legs around your waist making you laugh. “So, who’s your valentine?” he asked pulling away from you, you looked up to your friend confused. “Zane, sweetie, I don’t have one,” you told him with a chuckle.
“Yes she does!” the familiar slur of Ilya exclaimed. The man walked up and wrapped his arm around your shoulder bringing you into his side. “He’s right here,” he said proudly. You laughed and removed his arm from your shoulders. “Okay hot shot,” you said before finally walking away from the front door. The doors were open to the backyard, and the house seemed bigger than what it actually was because of this. “Hey Dima!” you said spotting the man, you wrapped your arms around him in greeting. Ilya and Dima had flown in today and it wasn’t always that Dima joined Ilya so it made you happy to see him. “Hey (Y/N),” Dima said with a smile, his eyes glossy from the alcohol.
Soon you found yourself being forced to dance with a drunk Zane. The man started twerking on you which made you laugh loudly and cheer him on. “Go Zane! Go Zane!” you giggle. Despite all the drunk people in the house, it seemed that you and your brother were the only sober ones. Your brother didn’t like drinking and you were only twenty so you couldn’t legally drink. After dancing with Zane you left him with Heath and walked to the kitchen. You pulled open the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water, opening the bottle and leaning against the counter watching everyone drink and dance together.
From the corner of your eye you watched as Ilya walked up to you, slightly stumbling. “Why are you alone?” Ilya asked leaning beside you. You shrugged and took a sip of water. “I was dancing with Zane, but he really tired me out,” you laughed looking up to the man beside you. Ilya smiled back before getting himself a bottle of water from the fridge. “What? No beer?” you asked raising an eyebrow at him.
“You’re sober. I figured tonight could be a night to actually remember,” he said looking at you sheepishly. A slightly blush rose to your cheeks and you nodded your head slightly. “Hey, I have something I want to show you,” Ilya said after a few moments of silence. “Okay,” you said putting the cap on your water. Ilya grabbed your hand which made you blush, but you still followed behind him.
You’ve had a crush on Ilya for as long as you’ve known him. You were always a blushing and stuttering mess which would always make everyone around you laugh. Ilya led you to your room which made you confused. When he opened the door you were speechless. Your room was covered in rose petals, lit candles, chocolates, balloons and bears. “Ilya,” you whispered in shock. Ilya looked down to you with hopeful eyes.
“Look, I’ve liked you for awhile now. And I get it if you don’t feel the same. I mean, I have to go back chicago so it won't be all fun and games, but I promise (Y/N) i will make this work. Will you be my girlfriend?” he asked you. You looked up at Ilya shocked. Without thinking you grabbed either side of his face and pressed your lips to his. “So i take that as a…”
“Yes Ilya, I’ll be your girlfriend,” you said making a large smile spread across his face. Ilya brought you into his arms and kissed the top of your head swaying you back and forth. You laughed at his antics but wrapped your arms around his waist nonetheless.

I Belong (in your arms)
I sprung to life in my bed and reached for the sword laying at my bedside. I had heard something that startled me awake.
"Knock Knock Knock"
There was the sound again. I sighed in relief as I realized it was only someone at the door. I glanced at the clock.
"3:30?" I whispered to myself. Who the hell was knocking at my door at 3:30 in the morning? I could hear the rain still raging against the roof. Maybe someone had gotten lost in the dark and rain and needed help getting back to their apartment. EAS could be confusing to navigate for new comers.
I opened the door and was shocked to see Chase dripping with water.
"Chase?" I asked. He looked up at me. I was worried that something was wrong becuase he looked a little nervous.
"Yeah uh, I was wondering if I could maybe stay with you tonight. We could have a sleepover," he tried. Chase wanted a sleepover? That wasn't like him.
"Uh, sure I guess," I looked at him confused. He came inside and immediately drenched the doormat.
"Let me get you a towel and some dry clothes," I said, already walking to the closet. I grabbed a big fluffy towel and threw it at him.
"Thanks Roars!" He smiled at me.
I walked to my bedroom to find him something to wear. I had one of my dad's old concert shirts that had always been like a nightgown on me. It would probably fit Chase just fine. I began looking for something he could wear as pants. Luckily for Chase, I had a pair of my dad's old sweatpants. I had gotten my period one time on a car ride with him and he had conveniently left a pair of sweatpants in the backseat, so I just took them home.
I handed Chase the clothes. "I hope they fit okay," I said as he walked off to the bathroom to change.
♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
"You can take the bed," I offered. He looked exasperated at my suggestion.
"I'm not making you sleep on your own floor Rory," he insisted. I didn't want him sleeping on the floor either. He had gotten a back injury while on a mission a while back and it hadn't fully healed.
"I won't let you sleep on the floor Chase," I said firmly. He rolled his eyes at me.
"You know, we are dating now. If you were okay with it, maybe we could share it?" He looked at me hopefully. I blushed. Sharing a bed with Chase would be a big step for me, but if we didn't one of us would be on the floor.
"Um...okay," I mumbled. Chase smiled and I blushed deeper. He seemed to notice.
"Who knows Rory, maybe we'll even end up cuddling," he laughed. I wasn't sure my face could get any more red.
We crawled into bed and I was careful not to get too close to him.
"Goodnight Chase," I sighed. He smiled, "night Rory"
♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
The Snow Queen had him trapped under a block of ice. I screamed for him, but he didn't answer. He was crying, I could tell. I ran to him as quickly as I could. The closer I got, the clearer his crying was.
I opened my eyes, pulled out of my dream. Chase was lying next to me and crying softly.
"Chase?" I asked, gently shaking his shoulder. He woke with a start.
"You're still here," he whispered and threw his arms around me. I stroked his hair, it was still a little damp.
"I'm right here Chase. I'm not going anywhere," I breathed. He held me tightly. I laid back down gently and set his head on my chest. My arms wrapped around him and I rubbed his arm.
After awhile, Chase had settled down. He snuggled his head more firmly against my chest.
"Are you okay Chase?" I was worried about him. He chuckled, "I'm better than okay Rory"
"Why's that?" I asked. He grabbed my hand.
"Before I met you, I never really fit in anywhere. No one was ever really home and my friend's didn't like me. I definately never fit in with the fey. But right here, in your arms, I feel like I belong"
I squeezed his hand tighter, "you do belong here Chase, always"
In just a few minutes, we were both sleeping soundly.

Harvey
Date: Wed, 22 May 2019 13:39:09 -0500 From: gwen uni <[email protected]> Subject: Harvey Was A Bitch by Cutter09 gay adult/youth Please remember to donate to Nifty. The thousands of stories available for your reading pleasure is provided by Nifty, so give a little and get a lot. Cutter09 http://donate.nifty.org/donate.html You can find more of my stories listed on the prolific authors page under Cutter09 Harvey Was A Bitch  To say that we were surprised by the impact of Harvey would be an understatement. Being in Houston for years, and having worked on oil rigs in the gulf, I had survived many bad storms. But Harvey was a real bitch.  In my area of town there had been flooding a few years earlier that had come to within a couple of blocks of my highrise apartment. They had said at the time it was a once in five hundred years flood. So, with Harvey imminent, I stocked up on food, water, batteries, etc., and planned to hunker in and ride it out. I was even smart enough to get coolers filled with dry ice for perishables.  I expected power outages, and not being able to get out of the area for a few days, but Harvey decided that wasn't enough of an inconvenience.  I watched the storm from my window on the sixth floor. The wind and rain were incredible. The lights went out fairly early in the storm, and with the flashes of lightning I could see the trees swaying as much as a forty five degree angle.  Across from my building is a very nice subdivision with large houses set on large lots. Many nights I would sit on my balcony and watch the residents around their secluded pools, thinking they weren't being seen as they did all sorts of fun things. A lot of the women liked to sunbathe topless during the day too, and with my binoculars, I got some nice views.  As I watched the storm, I happened to look down at that subdivision. One house in particular, I had seen the lady of the house blowing her hubby poolside one night. I couldn't see the pool.  I thought the storm was just distorting things, so I got out my trusty binoculars. That's when I realized Harvey was a bitch. I couldn't see the pool because it was under water. The car in the driveway was only half visible too. The last flood hadn't even come close to these people's house.  I don't know what the difference was, but within five minutes, the half visible car was no longer visible at all. The water was rising rapidly.  I didn't have a lot of time to consider the situation because another situation knocked at my door just then.  "Oh thank God. I was afraid the whole building was empty," said the young teen boy at my door.  "What are you doing out in this storm?" I asked, opening the door to let him in.  He was a full foot shorter than me at about five feet two inches [1.55 m] tall, maybe a hundred ten pounds [50 kg], tousled light brown hair, big brown eyes.  "I live on the second floor. I didn't know how bad it was, until water started coming under the door. I tried to stop it by putting towels under it, but soon that was useless. It was up to my ankles when I decided to leave, I opened the door, and the water in the hall was already knee deep. I knew the first floor was flooded, so I decide to try and find someone else still in the building. I knocked on every door on the way up. Nobody's here. You're the first one to actually answer the door."  "Where are your parents? Do they need help?"  "No. My mom just married her boyfriend. They're in Paris on their honeymoon."  "They left you alone?"  "No. My grandmother was supposed to check up on me. When we heard the storm was going to be bad, she said she'd come pick me up.That was yesterday. I think something might have happened to her."  "Do you know your mom's cell number?"  "Yes."  Surprisingly I got a signal, and handed him my cell phone. "Call her and let her know you're okay."  "Mom?... Yeah, I'm fine... I don't know where she is, she was supposed to pick me up but I think something happened... I'm with some guy on the sixth floor... Just a second. She wants to speak to you."  "Hello."  "Hello. Uh... Who am I speaking with?"  "Brandon Duncan."  ""Mr. Duncan, how bad is it there?"  "Well, I'm afraid your apartment is completely flooded. The power is out, and the storm isn't letting up. I have food and water to last awhile, so I think we'll be alright."  "We've just heard about the storm, and were going to fly home, but nothing is landing in Houston."  "Don't bother. It's going to be awhile before the water recedes enough to get here even if you were able to land. Just enjoy your honeymoon as much as you can under the circumstances. I'll keep you informed if things worsen."  "Thank you Mr. Duncan."  I handed the phone back to the boy.  "Yes Mom... He does seem like a nice guy... yeah I'll behave... Ok, love you too. Bye."  "So, what's your name kid?"  "Blake."  "Well Blake, are you hungry?"  "A little."  "I doubt that Domino's pizza is delivering tonight, so how about some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?"  He shivered as he nodded his head. I noticed his jeans were soaked halfway up his thighs.  "First, let's find you something to wear."  Leading him to my bedroom by flashlight, I pulled out an old basketball jersey from my bottom drawer.  "It might be a little big, but it will do," I said handing it to him.  Blake wasted little time in taking his jeans off. Then he removed his tee shirt too. I had the flashlight trained on him, and could see his tight white briefs in it's glow. The jersey fit him like a dress, hanging to his thighs. It was then I realized it was mesh, and I could see through it. He either didn't notice, or didn't care.  "Thanks. It feels good to get out of those wet jeans."  I made the sandwiches and poured the last of my milk into two glasses to go with it. At least it wouldn't spoil. I lit a candle and set it on the table. In its dim light, I could still see Blake's chest and and briefs through the mesh material.  After we ate, we stood at the patio door watching the storm ravage the city.  "May I use your toilet?"  "Sure. Down the hall on the left."  I started to lead him there with the flashlight, then had a thought.  "Wait. Uh... the plumbing is probably not going to work. We'll have to go down to water level and do our business in the water."  "Won't it go into people's apartments, including mine?"  "Afraid so. But they're already ruined, and that water is a sewer now too. You don't even want to know all that's in it."  He worked it through his head, and nodded."  I reached for some toilet paper. "Uh... I don't need that right now," he said.  I led him down the stairwell till we reached the water halfway up the second story.  "I never thought I would be doing this," Blake said as he tucked the jersey under his chin.  The beam of the flashlight was soon joined by a stream of urine from Blake. I slowly trailed the beam up the stream to its origin.  Blake had a thumb holding his underwear waistband down, as his other hand held his dick. It was soft, about three and a half inches [8½ cm], fairly thick, with a nice round knob. I could make out a few hairs at its base, and his balls were mashed against his cock by his underwear. I would imagine it being a really nice cock when hard.  When he finished, I turned to go back upstairs.  "Don't you need to go too?" he asked.  "I might as well, since we're already here."  I pulled the waistband of my sweatshorts down in front. It took me awhile to get my stream started since I wasn't in dire need. The whole time, Blake had the flashlight pointed at my cock.  We headed back upstairs after I finished. Blake broke the silence by saying, "I've never seen a dick that big."  "Your's is pretty big too for your age. How old are you anyway?"  "I'll be thirteen next week. You're not mad about me looking at your dick?"  "I can't complain, I looked at yours too. It's only natural. If someone is standing in front of you with their genitals on display, you're gonna look. Male or female, it's hard not to look."  "At school if you're caught looking at another guy's dick, they call you names," Blake noted.  "Yes, that does seem to be the case. It's the unspoken rule in any public restroom. But most guys are gonna look if they can get by with it."  The storm continued to rage outside as we watched from the balcony door. Blake seemed pensive, so I asked him if he was okay.  "Yeah, I guess. It just seems like this storm is never going to end. Do you think we'll be alright here?"  "We're about forty feet [12 m] above the water. If it get's this high, there really isn't anyplace safe to be. Most of Texas would be gone. If worse comes to worse, we'll move higher. This building has ten floors."  Later I showed him to the guest room and left him with a candle. I had barely settled in my bed before the door opened.  "Brandon, can I stay with you?"  "Uh... sure."  He approached the bed, and with the candlelight, I could see he had taken off the jersey. His briefs glowed in the flickering light as he sat the candle down on the bedside table.  He blew out the candle and crawled in beside me. He lay perched on the edge of the bed as if he didn't want to invade my space.  "It's okay to be scared, Blake. This is a really bad storm. A lot of people are scared right now, even grown men."  "Are you scared?"  "I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little scared. But I know we're gonna be okay."  Blake moved closer and drew my arm around him, laying his head on my shoulder.  "Thanks, Brandon."  He lay his hand down between our bodies, and discovered I was naked.  "Brandon, are... uh..."  "What?"  "Uh... nothing, never mind. Good night."  "Good night, Blake," I replied placing a light kiss on his head. ***  It was still raining when I woke up, though some light was coming in the windows. Blake lay on his side, drooling on my chest. His morning erection poking at my hip, his hand on my own morning wood. I thought about removing it, but if he woke up at that moment, it might appear as if I was trying to place it there, not remove it.  I decided to just leave it and let him figure out what to do. I lay there about fifteen minutes until Blake began to wake. I feigned sleep as he looked up at my face. He then squeezed my cock, checking how hard it was I guessed. His hand slowly made its way down to the base squeezing it along the way. Then all the way to the head, still squeezing it, checking the length.  He stroked it a couple of times, causing me to moan slightly. This scared his hand away from me, and he rolled onto his back. So I rolled onto my side facing him. I still pretended to be asleep, as I lay my hand down on the front of his underwear.  He let out a moan as my fingers lightly gripped his cotton encased erection. I released it, then moved my hand up to his belly, to slip my fingers under the waistband. He made no move to stop me, so I proceeded down to grip his young cock.  "You have a nice dick, Blake."  "Um..Thanks. I thought you were asleep."  "I was until you played with my cock."  "I'm sorry. I woke up and it was in my hand. I just wanted to see how big it was when it was hard."  "Show me yours, and I'll show you mine," I said with a smile.  He understood the schoolyard humor, and reached for his underwear. Once free of confinement, I could see his dick was a little over five inches [13 cm] long and thick for his age. On his tiny body, it looked huge. He only had a few hairs, and a set of balls that I couldn't wait to run my tongue over.  He got impatient as I stared at his jewels. "Can I see yours now?"  I pulled the cover off us, and got on my knees in front of him.  Blake gazed at it for a moment, then his hand wrapped around it.  He looked up at me and asked, "Can I suck it?"  Thank you God for sending me this angel.  "Only if I get to suck yours too."  He leaned toward me and took it into his mouth. It had been twenty years since I had been with a boy. My best friend Aaron and I had messed around when we were about Blake's age. I have dreamed of being with a boy ever since. Now I had that chance, I was going to take full advantage of it.  I could tell he hadn't ever done this before, but he was very enthusiastic. He knew what he wanted. A cock in his mouth. He yearned to feel it, and taste it. He also wanted what was soon coming his way. A full load of man sperm.  He worked hard for what he knew was his reward. His lips and hand moved in sync, enticing the load from my cock.  "Do you want me to cum in your mouth?"  Blake nodded and picked up the pace.  "I'm cumming."  Blake's cheeks puffed out a bit as my first shot fired. He quickly swallowed, and coaxed the rest out with his hand. Swallowing twice more before slowing his motion. Then he just lovingly sucked on it.  The kid was a natural, and liked it. I had just given him his first taste of something he would crave the rest of his life. Even after taking his mouth away, he still stared at it, wondering when he would get to do it again.  That time would come soon enough, but first, it was my turn. I swooped down and swallowed his boy dick. My mind instantly flooded with the memory of sucking Aaron's dick. His silky hardness filled my mouth, reaching the entrance to my throat. Blake was so turned on by sucking me, he didn't last thirty seconds before I got a taste of his boy cream.  The worst of the storm had passed, but it was still raining. We didn't bother to dress as we went down the stairwell to stand side by side and piss into the water below.  We laughed all the way back to the apartment. Blake immediately reached for my cock. He already needed another serving of cream. Who was I to deny a budding cocksucker.  We were sitting on the sofa, when his face dropped into my lap. His lips wrapped around my cock, and he slowly sild up and down on it. He didn't seem to be trying to make me cum, it was more like he just wanted to enjoy having a cock in his mouth.  I leaned back and let him have his way. His head lay on my stomach as he nursed on my cock, almost like a baby with a pacifier. After a couple of minutes, he pulled it out of his mouth, and held it straight up admiring it. His hand slid up the shaft and swirled around the knob end before sliding back down. Then he put it back in his mouth to nurse on it some more.  "You really like my dick, don't you," I pointed out.  Blake nodded, then pulled away long enough to say "It's beautiful. And so big."  As he put his lips around it again, I slid my hand down to his butt. I squeezed his little butt cheeks before slipping my middle finger into his crack. He pressed back into my hand as I toyed with his pucker. This got him excited enough to start sucking my cock in earnest. His head bobbed up and down my shaft quickly and when he felt my balls tighten up, he took me into his throat for me to explode there.  I pushed my finger into him up to the second knuckle and worked it in and out. Blake grabbed his dick and stroked it twice before firing his load onto his stomach.  "Are you ready for some breakfast?" I asked after we had calmed.  I scrambled eggs on the side burner of my gas grill, and we sat down to eat. I had never sat and ate with a naked teenager, but hoped it wouldn't be the last time. Neither of us seemed bothered by it, in fact I think Blake enjoyed it as much as I. He had a constant smile on his face, and kept glancing down at my cock.  We were cuddling on the sofa when I heard something. A motor. I stepped to the balcony railing and looked down. There was a guy in a bass boat looking for people who needed rescuing.  I yelled down to him, "Hey! Is all of Houston under water?"  "Just about. You need help?"  "If it doesn't get any worse, we'll be alright. It would be hard to get down there anyway. We have food and water to last awhile."  "Ok. I'll swing by again in a day or two to check on you."  "Thanks. I'd appreciate it."  Blake had a smile on his face as I entered the patio door.  "What?" I asked.  "Nothing. At first I thought you were going to ask him to rescue us.  "Do you want to be rescued?"  "You already did," he said, and threw his arms around me.  Later I was teaching him to play the card game 'Spades', and he began looking a little pensive.  "What's wrong?"  "Nothing. I'm just worried."  "We're gonna be just fine. The rain will stop soon, then the water will go down, and you'll be back with your mom."  "That's just it. When they get back we're gonna move in with Lucas."  "He didn't live with you here?"  "No. He's rich, and has a really big house north of here."  "Oh? What's Lucas's last name?" I asked, hoping he wouldn't say Bishop.  "Bishop."  "Shit. He owns the company I work for. He's probably fifty years old. How old is your mom?"  "Thirty. I guess she's like a trophy wife or something. She's really pretty."  Now I was getting curious. "What happened to your dad?"  "Never had one. Mom's worked for Bishop since she was sixteen. He got divorced last year, and started dating my mom."  "Had you met him before they started dating?"  "Yeah, he's been to our place lots of times. I can't remember when he wasn't around."  Okay, things were getting clearer. There has always been rumors about Bishop and a young girl. So, putting the rumors with this information, I would guess that Bishop knocked up a sixteen year old girl, kept her and her son around, divorced his wife and now married the mother of his son, I also knew he only had two daughters by his first wife. Maybe he decided he wanted a male heir.  "Well, after this storm, I'm sure you would have to move anyway."  "You're right. I know. But now that I've met you, I don't think I want to move. I've never been so comfortable around anybody like I am with you."  He reached for my cock again. "I've never been able to sit around naked with anybody, or play with their dick, and let them play with mine, like I can with you."  "You know, I will probably have to move too. The lobby is gone, all resident services are gone, the elevator probably won't work for a long time. It will be at least a year before this building is habitable again. Maybe I'll check into a hotel near where you live, and we can still see each other."  This brought a smile to his face. "Will you really? You will still want to see me after all this is over?" He seemed surprised that I would want to.  "Of course I will. Why wouldn't I?" I asked.  "I sorta thought this was like a convenience for you. You know. Like, 'I'm stuck with this kid, I might as well get my dick sucked' kinda thing."  "I don't let just anyone suck my dick. You're a beautiful boy and I like you a lot. And you have a pretty suckable dick too," I laughed.  My cock had grown hard in his hand. He was staring at it while lost in thought for a moment.  "So... If I wanted to do more, would you?" he asked without looking away from my cock.  "More? Like what?"  He hesitated for a moment, then said, "I really liked the way your finger felt in me this morning..."  "So you want to try something a little bigger?"  Blake smiled and nodded at me.  "I'm pretty big. Are you sure you want to?"  "I trust you."  I used my fingers, then a couple of different sized candles, to stretch him a bit. With each progressively larger item, he moaned and groaned as his hole was widened, but he never said stop. In fact, he seemed to enjoy every step of the way. His dick receded at each step, then returned to rigid hardness as I worked the candle in and out.  Blake lay on his back, and I was poised at his opening when I gave him one last chance to back out.  "Are you sure?"  He smiled and pulled my cock to his hole. "Please fuck me."  I leaned down to kiss him as I applied pressure. All the prep work had helped, and I popped in fairly easily. Blake groaned into my kiss, and wrapped his arms around me. I moved slowly in and out, gaining ground with every third or fourth stroke. He moaned as I took possession of each additional inch of his chute.  At about six inches [15 cm], I tried just fucking him with that, but he wanted more. Bucking up at me, and wrapping his legs around me to pull me deeper, I gave in and slowly fed him the last three inches [7 cm] of thick cockmeat.  As my balls banged against his butt cheeks, Blake screamed out, "Oh God!"  I felt his dick throbbing between our bellies as he unloaded his cream there. When his orgasm passed, Blake's lips met mine again, and he humped his hips up at me wanting more fucking. I obliged, and started to pound him pretty hard.  This kid was born to be fucked. I've never had a woman who was as enthusiastic and responsive as Blake was. His moans of pleasure in my ear were just as exciting as his tight tunnel gripping my cock.  His second orgasm pushed me over the brink, and I unleashed my cum in his colon. I collapsed on top of him, and we both tried to recover.  "Are you okay?" I asked after a couple of minutes.  "Couldn't be better," he whispered.  I started to pull away. "Please don't take it out yet. I like the way you feel inside me."  Looking down at him I said, "Where have you been all my life?"  "The first fifteen years or so of it, I wasn't born yet," Blake laughed, causing his ass to squeeze my cock.  "Just for that..." I said, and jerked my cock from his butt.  "Ooh... That was mean," Blake complained.  "It's up to us old guys to teach you young whippersnappers a lesson."  He pulled me back for a kiss. "Lesson learned. Now put it back in me."  "Later. Let's get something to eat."  Blake made his way downstairs to our toilet, as I grilled steaks and roasted corn on the gas grill. The rain had slowed, but still coming.  "The water didn't get to the third floor, but almost. And I think it's gone down some."  He sat with a big grin and watched me going to and fro as I prepared our dinner. His gaze never far from my swinging cock. When I sat the plates on the table, he stood on his toes and leaned up for a kiss. I leaned down to kiss him, and his hand grabbed my cock.  "I feel like a girl on her honeymoon, and I can't wait till my husband fucks me again."  I didn't make him wait too long. As soon as it was too dark to see, we went to bed. Blake was so anxious, he practically raped me. He pushed me onto my back, straddled me, and impaled himself on my pole. In the flickering candlelight, I watched his face. There was nothing but pure bliss to be seen. His dick was hard and drooling as he rode me. He soon squirted out his first orgasm, and I flipped him over and fucked him hard. ***  The man in the bass boat returned, but we declined assistance. The water slowly receded, and we spent the time fucking and sucking as it did.  As suspected, there was nothing in his apartment worth saving. The lobby area was even worse, and I knew I was going to have to move.  When I heard the first cars moving down on the streets below, I told Blake he should get dressed.  An hour later there was a knock at the door. Blake's mom and her new husband were happy to see Blake.  "As soon as I heard your name, I knew Blake was in good hands," my boss said.  "How is that sir?" I asked, taking his offered handshake.  "I make it a point to know about my employees. I told Tammy to relax, that you would make sure Blake was safe."  I wasn't aware that Mr. Bishop even knew my name.  Blake's mom still had him in a strangling hug as Bishop said, "Pack a bag. There's no reason to stay here. You're coming with us."  Blake told of how scared he had been and that I took really good care of him. He loved telling how we used the staircase as a toilet.  "Just think Mom, you probably walked through my poop on your way to the apartment."  She turned to her husband and said, "I'm throwing these shoes away." Which brought a laugh to everyone.  Bishop's house is excessively huge and luxurious. I was assigned a bedroom next to Blake's. I was a bit apprehensive when Blake snuck into my room the first night. That didn't stop me from planting his face in the pillow and fucking the life out of him.  It was two weeks before I could get my stuff packed and moved. Bishop gave me a condo in the building across the street from our company headquarters. I got the impression it was where he had taken sixteen year old Tammy and put Blake in her belly. Probably spent many a lunch hour there with her since then too.  My new position as 'Head of Operations' pays double what I was making before, and Bishop never questions the amount of time I spend with Blake.  He has however mentioned how well Blake fills out a speedo, then adds "As I'm sure you know." I suspect he knows about our relationship.  He says Blake and I are like the two sons he never had. I know that I am the only one that isn't his son, and since Tammy is pregnant now, maybe he'll have another.  Yes, Harvey was a real son of a bitch to Houston, but it was great to me. Our First Christmas
Clare: wasn't easily deterred. Once she had an idea in her head, it was hard for her to let go of it. "Of course she can pick the movie. I do want to find out what she likes. But just wait until Erika sees my chipmunks animated Christmas decoration." She nodded about the park. Clare returned the gentle kiss and started running her fingers through his hair in a soothing motion. She welcomed the change in subject not wanting to think about any family tonight except the one she was starting with Drew. She laughed joyously as Drew picked her up and spun her around. "Yes! We can have as many little Torres as we want!" Clare said with a lot more enthusiasm now that she knew it was welcome news. Maybe that wasn't entirely true. A tiny voice in the back of her head tried to remind her. Drew's kisses and her reaction to them drowned it out. "Well the doctor suggested I go off birth control a few months before we start trying, and I want to make sure I can fit into my wedding dress. So lots more practice until our honeymoon." Clare kissed him again before leaning back against the couch. "I'm glad I saved it. I wanted to tell you right away but it was too good of a Christmas present not to wait a day." She figured she'd savor this moment for awhile then tell him the doctor's words of caution. She was surprised by the knock on the door too. If it were Audra, the door would be open before they even had a chance to say come in or please don't. "I don't think it's my family either." Clare whispered, tensing up. She'd asked them to come over tomorrow. Who else would show up on Christmas Eve uninvited? She sunk lower into the couch while Drew investigated. Clare instantly felt transported to last year when every knock on the door sent a tingle of fear down her spine. What if the robbers finally found out where she'd moved to and came back? It was a silly irrational fear. Most likely it had been a crime of opportunity. Clare needed to remember she wasn't a target. She took the phone from him. "If who gets in? Who is he Drew?" When the man started yelling, it was a stranger's voice. To her. He seemed to know Drew and there was a look of recognition in her fiance's eyes. The banging on the windows scared her more and she punched a 9 and 1 on the phone's keys while Drew spoke to him. Clare saw the man through the window but she still didn't have a clue who he was. Her finger hovered over the 1 key, uncertain if she should punch it again. How dangerous was this guy?! What if he had a gun? Her palms started sweating, her breath became ragged and shallow. She wanted to call the police and run upstairs to check on Erika. She gasped and almost dropped the phone at the first revelation. Wait a minute? This man was Drew's dad?? Clare supposed it made some sense to want to reconnect with your son on Christmas Eve but there was obviously a reason he'd lost the right to be called 'Dad'. Threatening to break into their house obviously wasn't a good start to fixing their relationship! Clare was still in the dark about what had happened between Audra, her ex-husband, and Drew. Until Drew revealed something she'd never guessed, wasn't prepared for, and made her blood run cold. She didn't finish dialing 911 even though her desire to continued to grow as Drew reminded his abuser exactly what he'd done. Tears gathered in her eyes. Clare had seen Drew struggle with PTSD and concussions, she'd feared for his life before. However, this was the worst. His own (supposed) father put him in the hospital, almost killed him, and was trying to blame Drew and Audra for leaving? Was that really what she was hearing? He was crying and she wanted to go to him. Clare scoffed as the man claimed he wouldn't leave without meeting her and Erika. This was as close as she was getting to him and no way would she let him around a child. She was glad Drew called her his girlfriend. She didn't want this monster to know there would be a wedding to crash. He'd put Drew and Audra through enough already. Her heart ached at the realization that Audra's first marriage was abusive. Thank god she was strong enough to leave her ex-husband to save her son's life. This must be why Audra still checked up on Drew. She shuddered as Drew's 'dad' begged not be kicked out of his life, again. He wouldn't get another opportunity to hurt her Drew. Not ever. She was beyond scared but she'd be brave for him. When Drew walked over to her and sat down, Clare immediately wrapped her arms around him holding him tight. She shook her head as he spoke. She was glad she hadn't pressured him. Understanding Drew's past wasn't worth him rehashing it. She wished she could've prevented this ugly scene. "No baby. He only ruined his own Christmas, all of them." Clare said firmly. "One way or another he'll be leaving and then we'll do whatever you feel like doing." She promised kissing his cheek. It didn't matter if they skipped some of the traditional Christmas stuff. Spending the holiday together was what she really wanted. “I love you.”
Drew: smiled at Clare after she told him she loves her and that his dad didn't ruin their Christmas. He kissed her sweetly and smiled at her. "Ok, Erika picks the movies. If she wants to see the Chipmunks Christmas, we will. However when Deadpool comes out on video we're buying it and watching it in the bedroom. I seen previews and there is a lot of violence and probably sex. I saw a girl's breasts in it. Don't worry I saw the promos before Erika came into our lives and when I was alone." he assured. "Oh, and I'll cover your eyes when Deadpool goes on his killing spree. He turns someone into..." he thought for a moment. "What he said a human shish kabob, there's no blood, but I know it still may freak you out." he added and soon heard a knock at the door. "You're not getting in dad." he yelled out. "No it's the police the neighbors called due to a disturbance." he heard back and stood up to open the door. He explained the ordeal and how his dad already left and how he was going to see them after Christmas for a restraining order. The cop took the description of Drew's dad as well as the cop took notes. "We'll keep someone here and at your mom's just in case he comes back and tries to break in. We've been searching for this guy for years." the cop said. "What did he do?" Drew asked. "What didn't he do? Robbery in Vancouver, grand theft auto in Ragina, he's even wanted in other countries. You don't get on the World's Most Wanted list for nothing." the cop explained. "World's most wanted? Is that probably how he found me?" Drew asked. "We don't know he hadn't been active for about two years anywhere so we assumed he died, hid really well, or something." the officer explained. "But don't worry we'll stake out here and we'd like to keep police on both of you if that's ok?" he asked and Drew looked at him. "We won't go inside, we'll just stay out front of your places of work in our cars and keep a look out." he assured and Drew looked at Clare. "I don't have a problem with it." he assured and gave the cop what he needed to keep them safe. After the cop left Drew looked at Clare. "I hope they give him a taste of his own medicine when he goes to jail." he stated and looked out his window to see a van now parked across the street from his house with a cop drinking coffee. "At least we know we're extremely protected?" he shrugged trying to make light of the situation.
