hey so just curious, i'm asking this as someone who pretty strongly believes that dennis is gay, but wants to understand other perspectives. so it seems like the common consensus of a lot of sunnyblr is that dennis is bisexual but dee is a lesbian. so i was just wondering about those headcanons, since it seems like lesbian dee and gay dennis have sort of similar trains of logic behind them (heterosexuality = societal power). just need to let you know that i love your blog and i didn't mean for this to come across as confrontational, but i just wanted to explore ideas which are different from my own. thank you xoxo

For sure, and this doesn't come across as controversial at all lol I love discussing this stuff and that you're interested in hearing my perspective means a lot tbh

(Just to preface, I wrote most of this while high and watching baseball, but that's when my brain works best so not to worry)

So as for the common consensus of "Bi Dennis, Lesbian Dee" in the wider Fandom, I think a lot of that is rooted in the idea that the Gang are the "letters" of LGBT, so to speak. Not to say that's a bad thing, but just that a lot of people kinda like that "headcanon" as, for as far as canon is concerned, both of their sexualities are currently still ambiguous and this works and makes sense, so I think a lot of the fan-art and text posts/tweets/whatever veer that way.

Past that idea, I'm not actually sure what the majority of the Fandom thinks of Dee's canon sexuality? While right now I assume lesbian Dee would win, I am actually kinda surprised how few people voted gay Dennis (so far) in his canon sexuality poll, so I think a Dee version of that poll might be a good follow up to answer this...

Though the difference in what we see in Dee and Dennis' portrayals of their sex lives is what I think leans people more toward Bi Dennis and Lesbian Dee:

On Dennis: There's a point we're at with him where he.. has a system for men. He's not in denial about fucking guys, he's probably currently having sex with men (well clearly he's having (e)sex with one), he might have been sleeping with men the entire goddamn time, but he's still been pursuing women and drooling over breasts. He finds women (their bodies, really) sexually attractive. And for as much as the idea of inherently having power over women drives him, it's well established that the use of his Systems is what really gets him off, and he has one to manipulate and control men (and he's had it for awhile)... I think if Dennis wasn't sexually attracted to women, he would have just stopped—because he's clearly had no romantic interest in a woman ever in his life (briefly mistaking Maureen for something along those lines and realising he doesn't want it). I think there's a complete absence of romance in his sex life, full stop, and his life almost completely... with the exception of the fact that he has a life partner (whom he goes on dates with, financially supports, apparently now shares a bed with, etc)... But he's still gets off to and/or with women (at least that's what RCG write every now and then).

(And on the topic of writing, I think maybe in some ways for me, Bi Dennis over gay Dennis theory is due to the coding just being more obvious?... If an Italian man wants to eat a sandwich... to the paralleled Systems being the reverse of each other, giving prostate orgasms to Mac one episode and then desperate to see huge fake tits the next...)

On Dee: Season 6 made it pretty clear she's duping men into sex, and her relationship with Bill Ponderosa speaks volumes. But while she was sleeping with men just to give them low ratings in Group Dates, she was only spurred to that point because she was rejected by a guy she thought she was seeing. Then Goes to Hell reestablishes Dee is pressuring men into sex using insinuations, clearly devoid of romance. PTSDee is interesting, because Dee is acting on scorn, but it's not that the guy she slept with didn't want to see her again, but that he insulted her game. Then, Time's Up says a lot more, because it's quite literally telling you Dee slept with her (arguably best) friend, this guy she does love as a friend, and still ended up doing what she does to all the men she sleeps with (and destroying their relationship), using them. By Season 16, she hasn't had a care for a boyfriend in years, but she's sleeping with men if there's date-rape drugs in the picture. I think it's made clear she has no romantic interest in men, this is pure (fucked up) sexual pleasure.

The difference with Dee in canon (which I think is pretty clear) is that she doesn't have the "other sex option" that Dennis canonically explores. There's nothing to show us that she's even entertaining the idea of sleeping with women, so it's easily interpreted that she's a repressed lesbian experiencing comphet. Once she has sex with a woman for the first time, men will be completely gone from the picture. As an interpretation and hope for Dee's character, I would be inclined to agree, but honestly I don't believe RCG have been/are writing Dee's sexuality as a lesbian, but as Dennis' parallel. So if they're going to keep giving her plots and writing that she's interested in men the way Dennis is interested in women, I'm personally inclined to believe she's canonically sexually interested in men (as objects? lol).

I 100% agree with your idea that their heterosexuality comes from this place of "sex with (control over) the opposite sex gives me power," but I don't necessarily see it devoid of sexual attraction (as they love to hammer that stuff in), just romance (for as surface level as "empathy" would be)

For me, the intention of the writing holds a lot of weight (and maybe I should loosen up a little lol), which is why I'm parked where I am, but if the majority of people in the Fandom do see Dee as a lesbian while still believing Dennis is sexually interested in women in some way, I think it's because, while Dennis and Dee are shown to experience sexual attraction (and hetero sex) in similar ways, they don't exhibit homosexual attraction the same way, and the interpretation of that in their plots and characterisation leads to more people seeing Dennis as bi and Dee as a lesbian.

But honestly I'm just speaking on my own thoughts, idk how many people would agree, will def run a poll on Dee's sexuality tomorrow.

a/n: xochipilli is one of my favorite gods everr (hence the namesake), so i really hope i did justice to this bi-con. I refer to xochipilli as "he/him" in this post, but it's probably more accurate to describe xochipilli as "they/them"

Xochipilli is a morning person, through and through. So, expect him to be kissing you awake at the crack of dawn, the windows open, hot honey tea on the bedside table, and his sticky lipgloss all over your cheeks and lips

In fact, expect to be dragging your groggy self to the kitchen at 7 in the morning to see Xochipilli, full make-up, making breakfast while the album ZABA blasts from whatever device was nearby at the time

His favorite gifts to give are flowers and sweets, and BOY does he give them out often

hi! i'll go down the questions in a numbered list for easy formatting :)

"what makes a good wc/dc photo, what elements have to be there?" this is a really complicated question tbh! "good" is subjective of course and while that might not be what you're looking for, i think it's worth keeping in mind that i'm just one stranger on the internet -- plenty of edits that are/were loved on r/weirdcore or weirdcord are ones that i felt were underwhelming or even straight up not wc at all. that being said, i think a basic understanding of the fundamentals is a good idea for at least starting out, but don't let it limit you! the main like core tenets of weirdcore visuals are low quality (mostly via jpg compression but you can also use blurring, sharpening, and other effects to help embolden this for various purposes) and an older-web, less-polished/"corporate" feel to the images. plenty of wc images have super complicated visual effects, elaborately constructed menus, 3d models and renders -- which at least for the time looked futuristic -- but the visual glue that holds them together is that the presentation is less sleek and polished so that it gives off more of a 2000s era visual style. @mkr-2002 and @etherealascend are probably the editors that i think best illustrate the "more complex concept" end of this scale, making such elaborate digital collages that still retain the overall feel and look of the rest of the "genre" if you will. this answer is too long already but i'd say look around the big blogs, r/weirdcore and weirdcord if you want to join because they have the best understanding of it visually. OH and there is the aesthetics wiki page as well, but i don't know how up to date it is.

"are the word messages in the images just put there for effect, or do they relate to real life?" this is subjective, but i try to mix the two! some are very personal, some are completely made up. this goes for the sillier edits and for the more serious ones. i know some people view heavier, darker, "vent-ier" edits to be walking dangerously on the line between wc and traumacore, but it's really up to you to decide how you want to use the captions in that way. i'd personally be wary of using really common captions and tropes as they tend to make edits feel less unique overall, but even then some edits make them work! as with all art, the rules are a lot less concrete and more so guidelines you interact with before learning to break them.

if you draw/write or create in anyway what’s your favorite picture/favorite line/favorite etc. from something you have created this year? it’s definitely this (technically unfinished) painting that i did of george harrison at the beginning of the year. i consider it one of my best works to date, and it was done at a time when i was really deep into a beatles phase so i think my love of the band and george really manifested into the work. 

what’s something you’d like to create content for? oh my gosh there’s so many things. i’m really big into any kind of pop culture/media so i draw a lot of celebrities that i love and things like that. i’d really like to continue to make art that shows my love of the beatles, but i would like to branch out into making art for some of my other loves like john denver, gvf, and the muppets. i’d also love to give writing fanfic for any of the fandoms i’m in a try.

what’s something you are currently obsessed with? well i’m obviously obsessed with the beatles and gvf, but i also adore john denver, the solo works of all the beatles, the muppets, the simpsons, film (particularly old hollywood and 80s films), and a million other things. i’ve also been hyperfixating on seinfeld a bit lately bc that’s the show i’m currently watching. 

what’s something you were excited about that turned out to be disappointing this year? i think every year i convince myself that i’ll make new irl friends and finally have a full friend group or even get into a relationship, but that never really happens much. (although i am thankful for all of the darling friends i have made on tumblr. y’all mean so much to me.) i also went see paul mccartney in concert this year and while it was amazing and by no means disappointing, it didn’t hold the life-changing gravity that i thought it would, and it almost made me a bit sad because it reminded me how much time has passed since the beatles and that the people that i really care about won’t be around forever. 

what’s a hidden talent of yours? i’m pretty good at impressions! i can do a lot of them, but some of my favorites are miss piggy, cher, bob dylan, chubby checker (specifically singing the twist), a ton of simpsons characters, jerry seinfeld and jimmy stewart. (the last two aren’t always great but they really make me laugh.)

are you religious? yes, but it’s a bit complicated. i was raised catholic, but i find that i don’t agree with all of the teachings of the catholic church, so now i’m trying to find where i stand in the religious community and where my beliefs and morals fit. it’s something i’m working on and figuring out as i go along.

I love both and know that Cordy is more seriously flawed, but while I'm very different from Cordy, I actually love her even more than I love Buffy, especially given how joyless Buffy was - understandably, but still - throughout the last few seasons of BtVS. Cordleia is just such a unique, distinctive character and so spirited. Can't wait to hear your thoughts!

If you know my blog, you might know I'm neither the biggest Cordelia nor the biggest Buffy fan. Also, I get that Cordelia was supposed to be Buffy's shadow self, but I know nothing about shadow selves - from Cordelia to Drusilla, Kendra, Faith, and Spike, I seriously don't notice stuff like that. I guess I'm more of a science than an art person so I always miss foreshadowing and metaphors and stuff like that.

I'm not the best person to ask this. I'm probably fonder of Buffy, but there are many times I don't like Buffy and I relate to her just about as well as I relate to Cordelia. Buffy's probably more relatable in season 6, but the execution is so bad that even then it's difficult.

Something I never liked about Buffy was her fixation with dating and observing all the girly clichés, like going to prom and doing her nails. Many girls care about that - and there's nothing wrong with it!, I know it's something normal Buffy was deprived of - but the writers tried too hard to show Buffy was "just a girl" - young, cute, hot and liked boys! I always wanted to be different from "all the girls" even though I'm like them, and she was the opposite lmao (but you could tell she was written by a bunch of adult men who knew shit about teenage girls). Cordelia, as obsessed with popularity as she initially was, was pretty different from Buffy because she didn't really care about being "normal" on AtS. She made a few efforts to date and marry rich, but, in the end, she liked not being "normal" because she finally had real friends and something she could do that no one else could (there was no one to compete with either...). That's something admirable about Cordelia, but, tbh, AtS was never about being a normal person in your 20s, like people say - the show skipped almost every common experience or issue a 20 year old would have and went straight to the depression and existential crisis part of it lmao.

Buffy and Cordy are both stubborn, witty, brave, smart, fashionable, have bright personalities and smiles, can be really competitive. Buffy has less of an ego, is more sensitive and selfless, and lot kinder and gentler than Cordelia; at the same time less, she was less involved in her friends' lives because of her slaying gig. I think Cordelia noticed her friends more and gave more advice and support in her own way. A notable difference between them is that becoming a slayer was the worst thing that could've happened to Buffy in her opinion, yet Cordy liked having visions since she got to help people and they allowed her to become even more unique and badass. Buffy obviously enjoyed some aspects of being a slayer, and getting visions was no walk in the park, but I think Cordelia and Buffy had contrasting responses to their "gifts". Cordelia had a more positive arc overall. Even though she died (fuck you, Joss), her final episode was beautiful and implied that she found peace and truly became a higher being. Cordelia wasn't herself in season 4, so her last real arc was in season 3, a season in which she was OOC (imo) yet happy. Cordelia also, ironically, got to have a lot more normal human experiences than Buffy (casual dating, being a "secretary", being a "parent", going out for drinks and karaoke with her friends, going out for dinner or to the opera, etc.). Being a slayer was harder than seeing the future. Actually, saving the world was a positive in AtS because the characters were after redemption and/or were outcasts with nothing better to do and who wanted to feel needed and have a place where they belonged. In BtVS though, saving the world just kept the characters from being happy and normal and being a superhero was generally a burden.

Buffy was more pessimistic than Cordelia. They evolved in opposite directions when it came to their outlook on life. Like I said, Cordelia had a more positive arc than Buffy; over time, she became happier, less jaded, more in touch with her emotions and satisfied with her life (if we think of Cordelia as Charisma, then Cordelia had a rough arc, though...) Are there more differences and similarities? Definitely, but I'm running out of things to say! I think I focused more on Cordy than Buffy, but I know AtS a lot better than BtVS... More (outdated, don't know if it reflects my current thoughts) stuff I wrote about them: x x.

You and Iida definitely got off on the wrong foot

You guys didn’t hate each other per say, but you annoyed each other for sure

Iida just wanted his fellow classmates to be successful and tried to encourage you as class rep. And you just wanted to only take part in the aspects of hero work that you actually enjoy

In your own ways, you both stressed each other out

Iida would give you lectures any time you ditched class, saying you needed to be responsible in order to be the best hero you can be

You just stood and rolled your eyes the entire time with your arms crossed over your chest

Eventually, one day Iida just said fuck it (he didn’t actually phrase it that way bc he doesn’t use the bad words) and picked you up and carried you to class.

The whole time with you kicking and screaming, which doesn’t affect him bc he’s a fucking tree

This became routine. Iida was with you almost 24/7, keeping you in line. This caused even more tension between you guys

“I don’t need a babysitter!”

“Well you wouldn’t if you stopped acting like a baby and attended to your duties!” *snickers* “You’re gonna tell me you’re not a baby when you can’t even not laugh at the word ‘duty’?!!!”

The bickering wouldn’t stop and it was driving EVERYONE crazy

So as Aizawa solves all problems, he paired up the duo with pent up frustration for their final exam

You guys were rolling your eyes when you saw you had to work together but weren’t surprised tbh

It seemed like you guys weren’t gonna make it, but at the last second you were able to distract Cementoss and give Iida an in to dash up and capture him

You guys cheered and high fived when you realized you’d passed, the negative feelings towards each other forgotten

Afterward you guys had a talk.

“Good job out there today, Iida. I’m impressed on how you came up with a strategy so quick. I guess studying so much does actually help, huh.”

“Thank you, L/N! I appreciate the kind words, especially coming from someone who has such good control over their quirk like yourself!”

The whole time both of you were staring at the ground, blushing to hard to look at the other person while complimenting them. Iida still did the hand waving tho lmao

Afterwards, Iida still kept an eye on you always bc he thinks you have a lot of potential and wants you to do well

And you don’t find him as annoying anymore, so don’t really try to avoid him

This ends up with you guys basically just hanging out rather than him chaperoning you.

Training, studying, making food, you guys are together a lot

You and Iida occupied a table in the dining area for your studies for the millionth night in a row. The other students know better than to disturb you at this point. Yes, you guys are friends now, but you still bicker like an old married couple.

“I could really go for some ice cream right now,” you said while leaning back in your chair.

“L/N! You know that stuff isn’t good for you! Why do you wish to consume such sugary content?! Why don’t you eat an apple instead?!”

“I don’t think that’s how cravings work. Besides we have training tomorrow and always so I will still be keeping myself in shape. It’s one treat.”

“L/N, we are studying to become the best heroes! We need to be responsi-“

“But that’s just it! We are always going to be working to be the best we can be. You need to be able to enjoy yourself. Life isn’t all about work, you know?” You said standing up and grabbing his arm, “We’re going out. Come on!”

“Absolutely not! It is after curfew! It would be dangerous and-“ Iida lectured on and on until you guys were basically in front of the ice cream place. He tried to get you to stay back, but you were surprisingly strong when you were determined. (Also, he probably wasn’t resisting as much as he could’ve).

You guys went in and ordered. You got cookie dough with some chocolate syrup on top, and Iida got a scoop of vanilla on a cone, only because you insisted he get something. After you got the ice cream you went to a nearby park and sat on a bench.

“Mmmmmm this is so good. Totally worth it.” You say as you take your first bite, eyes closed while enjoying the delicious dessert.

“I’m not sure if it was worth breaking the rules, but as long you are enjoying yourself I guess it’s alright.”

“That’s because you got the most boring flavor. Here try some of mine.” You said raising a spoonful up to him.

This caused his face to go red and he stared at you with wide eyes for a few seconds before speaking. “No, L/N! I appreciate the offer but it would be inappropriate. Mine is perfectly fine and-“

As he was rambling, you shoved the spoon in his mouth, making him blush even harder. “L/N! You could’ve choked me.”

“But was it good though?”

“Yes, I suppose so.” He said at almost a whisper.

A shit-eating grin grew on your face, “Told ya so. See, Iida look.” You gestured over to the sight in front of you. There were people scattered throughout the park enjoying their night, and you could even see the glowing city in the distance. “We are a part of what makes this all possible. There wouldn’t be people out here living their lives if we didn’t keep them safe. It may not be too often, but we still get to relish in the world we created too. It reminds us why we do what we do.”

Iida couldn’t help but just stare at you for a hot minute. You looked gorgeous under the moonlight while you looked around in awe. You were more wise than he ever gave you credit for. He had always thought you were carefree, but actually you just had cared about things differently than him and he failed to realize.

“You’re right, L/N. We should be able to enjoy this more often.”

“We?”

“Of course. Why would I do something fun without you?” Now you started to get all flustered. Feeling heat rush to your face, you covered it with your hands and looked toward the ground. “Are you alright? Sorry I didn’t mean to say anything that would upset you.”

“No, don’t worry. You didn’t upset me. I would love to spend some time with you.”

So you guys did. Well you already spent a lot of time together already but now you guys would go out and do something fun if you had free time

Like instead of training on the weekends, you guys sometimes walked around the park.

And every time you’d go, you guys would also visit the ice cream shop you guys went to that one night and try a new flavor

You also were participating more in class. You’re grades were getting better from the beginning of your guys’ relationship, but now you actually were invested.

After a test, you would show Iida your grade and thank him for all his help, and he would be so proud and excited for you

Of course, your classmates started to catch onto you guys being more and more friendly with each other

Hagakure snuck up on you guys one day while you were studying. “Alright, when did you two start dating? We all thought you hated each other but now we know it was all an act to throw us off, so spill the beans.”

“Oh, no we’re not dating.” You replied

“Well..” Iida started to talk and your eyes darted towards him

“I mean now that someone has said it, I wouldn’t be opposed to dating you, L/N. I really enjoy my time with you and think you’re a great person. Could I take you on an official date?”

“Y-yea I would really like that.”

“Awwww that was so adorable! I can’t believe I just help you guys get together!” She skipped out of the room, on her way to tell everyone her accomplishments

“Sorry, L/N, that probably wasn’t the best timing.”

“Call me Y/N”

“O-oh okay… Y/N. I’m looking forward to going out with you.”

Hi!! thank you!! i'm doing good!

okay. first off I think that people don't talk about it much because a.) it's only ever mentioned in a deleted scene so not everyone knows about it. and b.) because a lot of us hate it. LOL. tbh i never liked Tucker, especially on my first watch through because of who the actor played on Gossip Girl, like, he came onscreen and I instantly went "ick". upon a second or third watch through I finally kinda supported him & Liv together, and thought that they really should have been end game (out of all her toxic dick choices, he really was the best). BUT, lets talk about Rita...

Sometimes I think that Rita was out at a bar one night in dire need to get laid, and it's nearing last call, and Tucker's the only one left and she's all *sigh* "fine" kinda thing and takes him home to rail him into oblivion, maybe pegs him a couple of times. it maybe happens 2-3 times but that's it. (cause the line was Liv: "you should know i have history with Tucker" Rita: "so do i." so we don't have much context)

BUT. I can also see it being a much more longer term, serious relationship. (though canologically i dont think it was but i'll get into that later)

I do canon Rita as being very fluid when it comes to her sexuality, I mean, she has canon chemistry with SO many characters that there's simply no way that she's straight. but i also kinda feel like she prefers/has a soft spot for women. So while she may refer to herself as queer/gay, she's not gonna turn down a fun time.

Anyways, with Ed, they have a lot in common based off work alone. I think that he probably approached her, because, who the fuck wouldn't. And he's not intimidated by her like some people are. She's all "yeah sure, why not" about a date, because, why not. They go for dinner or drinks, and she's probably impressed by the place he chooses cause it's a little more high class than she expected from a cop. They can easily bond over bitching about detectives breaking rules and fucking shit up, and she probably has more than a few stories about cases he's handled of cops who fucked up and thus she easily got the case thrown out. They probably both despise Stabler, and overall, they have a good time together and when it's done, they probably share a quick kiss on the cheek, leaving it open to continuing to be coworkers (ish) or more.

Rita reaches out for a second date, and they're able to just be comfortable with each other. Ed enjoys going out to museums, art galleries, the more "boring" stuff that a lot of men wouldn't like, he's like...more sophisticated than Rita would've thought cause she kinda just lumps him in with the usual cop types. I think in the long run, they could work, Saturday mornings reading the paper, helping each other with the crossword, playing games like backgammon, maybe chess, cards, just like the little quality time with each other that they each enjoy and makes them happy. We're also hoping Ed's a good cook, which honestly, I can see him being. Like, full on, better than Carisi, can make delicious and fancy shit at home and that makes Rita fall even harder for him since like, she sets pasta on fire. I honestly see them both having more of a romantic relationship with each other, like, enjoying time, snuggle up, sleep in the same bed, but not too much sex, don't ask me why. but i do. I think that they could fall into a very *comfortable* domestic relationship/dynamic that they're both kinda *shrugs* "this is nice, lets just be life partners" and live together and come home to the other and not actually get married.

okay. now CANON wise, the scene in s18e1 Terrorized that we DO see. Is Rita entering the interrogation room Liv & Tucker are in and he greets her all "Rita...what're you doing here" (or something like that) and she replies "nice to see you too Ed..." with a raised brow and tilt of the head and a bit of attitude. SO, obvi they're greeting each other by first names and shit so that's you're first hint that they have history. BUT, hear me out. it's the "nice to see you too" that makes me think it was rather casual, and that Ed ghosted her to a sense. Like, not a sexual fwb thing, but like, they'd been on a small handful of dates and had been enjoying things and then, who knows what happened, but he ghosted. she's not pissed about it, per say, cause she is Rita fucking Calhoun, but like, she's annoyed, she doesn't like being ignored and probably deserved a text at the very least. (and then to get back at him she goes and fucks liv so good liv forgets tucker's name)

❥ His plan is to pluck C/N out of your life, replacing all your thoughts of them with just him, so you’re only thinking of him

In a nutshell, he’s gonna steal all of your items that have any reference to C/N and get rid of it all. He doesn't care how much he’s hurting you by doing this, he’ll concern himself with your feelings later. He’s going to hang around you more despite your protests for him to just leave you alone, quite literally forcing his way into your life so that he infests himself into your brain and become the only thing you think about, so that you can truly understand how he feels about you.

❥ This child takes notes on EVERYTHING and ANYTHING related to you, so he obviously knew about your love for this certain fictional character

Pairing: NanamixGN!Reader

Note: I think I got this ask quite a while ago but due to my hiatus it got postponed a million times. Now that I am slowly coming back and am publishing the bits and pieces I wrote during being away this A-Z is finally leaving my drafts as well.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?) Given his S/O is a sorcerer as well I think he would limit PDA at work to a minimum. Even if they are officially together or even married. He just likes to separate work and home. Tho it doesn’t mean that he is not making small intimate gestures at work like randomly dropping in with coffee or - when they are on a mission - sending a text asking how they are doing.

At home he is pretty affectionate. Randomly pulling them in for a hug, giving small back rubs when they are doing the dishes after he cooked. This kind of thing.

B = Before (What were they like when they had a crush?) Distant. Nanami would probably be a person who maybe actually mistakes the feeling for some other emotion at first. Leaving him confused about why he thinks about them so much. The poor man would likely be irritated every time they are nice to him. Why the heck doesn’t his heart stop pounding? And why is he suddenly excited to go to work? Disappointed when he is not assigned the same mission as them? Or - if they aren’t a sorcerer - sad when a mission takes him away from wherever he met them for too long?

C = Confession (What was their confession like?) Well-planned and straight forward. Nanami was already observing them for a while before making a move. Although he doesn’t actually confess it is pretty obvious when he likes someone because it happens so rarely. Just imagine him asking someone out for dinner. That gives away so much - don’t you agree?

D = Date (What was the first official date they went on?) If we don’t count the dinner mentioned above … I guess it would be something like a gallery. Nanami would definitely want to test his s/o’s taste in art because it tells a lot about a person’s character. What kind of art they prefer (paintings, photography, sculptures, … ) and how they look at it as well.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?) Professionally. He would state the fact on why they aren’t compatible anymore and what made him draw this conclusion. I don’t think either one of them would cheat on the other mainly because Nanami wouldn’t get into a relationship with someone capable of doing that in the first place (I hope). He would sit down with his (not) s/o and talk it through. There might be tears on the other side but not on his. He thought about it a lot and made peace with his feelings before starting this conversation.

F = Fights (What would fights look like? What are things that upset them?) Kento barely looses his temper. And if he does I wouldn’t say that it is necessarily a bad thing. Getting him so worked up about something does only mean he cares. Fights would mostly be on the calmer/diplomatic side. He might be upset about something but there is no need for him to yell or anything. If the problem can be resolved just by talking about it - great! Why waste his precious energy on negative things, when he can use them elsewhere?

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?) We all know - and all those rough sm*t fan fictions can’t proof me wrong - that he probably is the most gentle character in entire JJK. He despises the violence of his job therefore he doesn’t want to inflict pain or anything on anyone on his good side. Especially his S/O. Nanami has the most gentle touch, fleeing kisses, he will hold them tight but never smother them.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?) As mentioned above: Tight and secure. Or soft. His S/O almost automatically buries their face in the crook of his neck because - who wouldn’t. Is there anything else I have to say about hugs by Nanami Kento? Yes. Am I able to put it into words? No. It’s just a very overwhelming feeling - that’s all.

I = Intimacy (What is their favorite form of intimacy? Do they have problems with it?) For him I think it would be things where they take care of him. While he shows his love through cooking and providing (which he takes a lot of pride from), he loves being taken care of as well. Maybe in departments he doesn’t know so much about. Like skincare. If his S/O teases him about his wrinkles and stern look he would gladly accept any advice in skincare from them, let them do their magic with face massages and serums. He doesn’t even care if it has any effect on his skin - he just loves the attention he gets and thrives on the feeling how much his S/O cares about him (and his skin apparently).

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?) This one I am really indecisive about. I can see him get more jealous that we would expect him too - which would be a nice surprise tbh. But also not jealous at all because he is confident. Kento knows what his S/O likes about him and he also knows what separates him from other men. What makes him special. I think the times he gets jealous are the days he doesn’t get to spent with his S/O because of work or a mission. Which rather results in being mad at Jujutsu Tech than jealous of someone else.

K = Kisses (Are they a good kisser? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?) Forehead. Kisses. It doesn’t matter what height there S/O is. It is one of the most protective gestures and he enjoys giving those as much as his S/O enjoys receiving them.

The back of the hand cheesy kisses. Because they are his everything, he wants to treat them like it. Nanami knows it’s cheesy but neither one of them thinks too much about it. When they sit across the table, fingers sloppily interlocked on the table top, he occasionally picks up their hand and places a soft kiss on the back of it. Almost absent-minded.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?) He is not very fond of them. Not saying that he won’t love and do everything for his own kids but other people’s kids are usually a nuisance for him. If they are loud or misbehaving he is really not having it. Though he would never lash out or raise his voice against them/their parents. ‘Children’ as in ‘his students’ … he always makes sure to treat them as children in a way he wants them safe/won’t put them in unnecessary danger.

M = Messages (How often do they text his S/O?) Kento strikes me as a kind of guy who doesn’t text often. Mostly because in his line of work sharing attention could easily be his downfall or worse. He will let his s/o know if he’s running late or occasionally ask if there is anything they need from the store or things like that but aside from practical messages he doesn’t text much.

Though if he is on a long mission and away from his s/o for quite a time span he usually rather calls them than text.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?) Nights as in ‘Nights Out’? Date nights? Well, he is a foodie so dinner is always a popular option. He takes the time to carefully research about the restaurant and the menu. If the rotate dishes, he will make sure they’re going at the exactly right season to get the best culinary experience possible.

Nanami is old fashioned. So he will hold the door for them, pull back the chair … helps them into their coat.

He also likes going to the movies. The intimacy of the dark theatre gives him the confidence to reach out for their hand or have his arm around their shoulder. Since he usually limits PDA in public this is exciting for him.

O = Opinion (Would they ask for their S/O’s opinion a lot? How important is it in terms of decisions?) Probably more than I would expect him too. Maybe not about the smaller things but decisions that involve the both of them he would definitely ask.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?) Due to the time he spends exposed to Gojo this man has the patience of a saint. Literally. He rarely snaps at his S/O.

Q = Quizzes (How does a bar trivia night teamed up with them look like?) Stressed. Yes, this man in very educated and cultured but imagine him sitting in a loud-ass bar, having to answer questions about the transformers or Megan Thee Stallion. Absolutely absurd. How old he must feel …

R = Remember (How much do they remember about their S/O or their relationship in general?) Not everything but a lot. He will remember little things they mentioned early on in the relationship and bring it up again later. He also uses this ability for presents and such. As well as in fights. If they think they can outtalk him with something you accusedly said or didn’t say some time ago - I suggest they surrender, because he will remember much better.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?) Very Protective. I mean yes, he knows that they can stand up for themselves but why should they have to do that if he is around? One of the big perks dating him is that he is who he is and that his presence confuses most people. So he might as well use it. Not so much in a physical way but rather in addressing the people bothering his S/O directly in the typical manner of his.

I think his understanding of being protected equals being taken care of which plays into the skincare thing I mentioned earlier. It is not so much physical procreation from danger but preserving a future together where one cares about the other deeply and only wants their best.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?) Medium effort. He prepares and researches but he rarely comes up with a new idea. He knows what he likes and his S/O probably does too. His work is so stressful and has close to no repetition so that he enjoys doing the same things on dates over and over. That does not mean it will get boring. Because Nanami sometimes thrives on going the extra mile. There is a restaurant across the country that he really wants to dine at? Buckle up - he is going on a vacation. Short trips or spa weekends are also things he appreciates.

Since he remembers dates and anniversaries well he is usually well prepared for those occasions. He puts a lot of thought into presents and barely ever gifts useless things. He does not like to have a lot of stuff laying around so what he gives to people usually serves a purpose.

U = Unique (What makes them unique as a S/O?) Literally everything I mentioned above. Namai Kento is a unique mix of all his traits. A very balanced person.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?) Well … he wears the same freaking suit everyday so … but yes I think cares about his looks and hygiene in general. As far as clothing goes he probably has one brand he is loyal too, which automatically sets his fashion style in stone as well. He has the same haircut for quite a while and sees no point in changing it.

Overall just the classic hetero dude who ones figured out what works for him and stuck with it. lol.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without their S/O? Yes. His S/O is the other side of him. Is what balances his inner peace. Without them he worries too much, stresses too much. He needs them to tell him it’s going to be okay.

X = X-Ray (How transparent are they?) Nanami doesn’t actually tells them everything but will disclose if they ask. He just doesn’t think they are interested in small details about him.

Y = Yuck (Everyone has flaws. What is theirs?) He. Doesn’t. Do. The. Dishes.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?) Kento never lets go of his S/O. Which can be annoying. And suffocating. Especially in summer. He is not clingy and they don’t fall asleep like this but in the morning he always spoons them or weirdly holds their hand. Sometimes toes interlocked lmao. Which makes them even more lonely when they are apart, because they got used to it way too quickly.

thank you for the request!! i know it isn't valentine's day here anymore but it still is somewhere else so here you go!! also, some parts are bigger than others!! i hate this holiday but i hope you'll enjoy this!!

warnings; gn mc, lots of cuddling tbh.

- first of all i would like to say that i think that some of the brothers wouldn't know of valentine's day, or the devildom would have something along those lines but not quite. that is because valentine's day is not an actual religious holiday.

lucifer

- he woke up early in the morning and didn't say anything about valentine's day, he was acting normal during breakfast.

- during the student council meating he was taking more and more work to do from home and was more than ready to overwork himself like usual.

- diavolo noticed that maybe lucifer wasn't aware of the holiday in the human realm so he had to physically take all the new paperwork from his arms and force him to go home early for the day.

- mc was upset that he didn't know but then again he's very busy so they couldn't exactly blame him, his attitude towards work and his handful of brothers were too much for one person to handle, human or demon.

- in fact instead of doing something very fancy mc wanted something simple to do with him.

- they decided that spending a relaxing time together would be much better than going at ristorante six and just dining.

- mc prepared his favourite food while he was at the meeting. they thought maybe they could stay at one of the common rooms if no one was going to use them.

- their first choice was the planetarium or maybe the attic, since the latter used to be lucifer's sanctuary.

- when they finally decided which one of the two was more appropriate to use lucifer was already home.

- without any explanation mc dragged him to the planetarium where they also brought their mattress, the food they had cooked and drinks.

- mc and lucifer spent the rest of the day and all of the night in the planetarium eating, having a few drinks and holding each other. it was a nice change for lucifer who barely had any time to himself.

- needless to say lucifer was embarrassed he wasn't able to do anything for them but he started planning for next year so he can make it up to them.

mammon

- he knew about it, the witches were nagging him to give them their money back so they can get valentine's day gifts.

- he was annoyed at them, why do they keep summoning him?? all he wants to do is spend time with mc not with some witches.

- once they stopped with the summons, he started thinking if what to do.

- mc wasn't done with rad for the day but mammon didn't want to wait, once mc was out of one of the classes. they both skipped rad and headed back home.

- mc knew something was up because normally mammon wouldn't skip rad unless he wanted to be punished by lucifer.

- they told it would be better for him if they both got back at rat while they still could but mammon had other plans.

- they went back home and changed their clothes, mammon didn't want the both of them to wear the rad uniform out, people would spot them much easier.

- "mc i saved up some money and you can choose your gift for valentine's day"

- mc didn't really care about gifts, their gift was right in front of them so they just kissed him and informed him that they would rather spend time with him than go shopping on this day.

- they went to a convenience store instead and got snacks so they could eat while watching a movie.

- they started watching the movie and ate their snacks but soon enough they found themselves ignoring the movie and snuggling up against each other.

- mc was petting his hair and mammon was laying on mc's chest. mammon still couldn't help but blush, but he was glad that he got to spend time with mc without his brothers or the witches interrupting them.

- also knows about it, he has watched many human world anime so he knows.

- levi doesn't really like it because it's a normie holiday but he's allowed to do normie stuff once in a while especially if it's with his normie.

- even though levi was very shy to talk to them about it for valentine's day he had made a whole plan on what to do that day.

- he started buying chocolates and other kinds of heart shaped snacks ahead of time so no one would suspect he would do something a normie would do.

- when it was finally valentine's day all the snacks and gifts he ordered from akuzon.

- he called mc to his room but acted like it was a normal day.

- mc also prepared something for valentine's day, they were going to wear a maid outfit to surprise him.

- when mc arrived in his room, he didn't expect them to look like that. he was a blushing mess when he saw them he even tried turning around to hide how red he looked but mc stopped him.

- he was very excited for valentine's day that he felt like he would ruin his plans by talking about them in front of mc.

- levi gave them all the gifts he got them, mc gave him a soft kiss on the lips right before two laid down on his bathtub to watch some shoujo anime.

satan

- he knew about valentine's day but didn't really think mc would like it as a holiday.

- he probably thinks it's kind of a stupid holiday anyway but for mc he would celebrate it.

- also acted like it was a normal day.

- using his connections he got them a reservation at ristorante six. since he really likes spending time with mc but he knows that some of his brothers are very clingy when it comes to them he would use this an excuse to go out with them.

- after rad was over for the day satan told them to put on their fanciest outfit because they would go out at night, he also made sure to tell them to keep it a secret from his brothers since they would probably ruin it for the two.

- they talked about valentine's day and what they did during the day, it was so calm and satan had so much fun that he thought maybe valentine's day isn't that stupid.

- once the dinner was over they headed back home, mc bought him a new book. it was a romance novel, perfect for the occasion, they thought.

- mc gave it to him, it was wrapped in a pink wrapper and there was a pretty green bow tied around it.

- satan unwrapped his present and seemed really excited to read it. mc suggested he read it for both of them when it's time to sleep.

asmodeus

- when mc told him about valentine's day he got very excited, i mean in a way he IS the avatar of love so this is his specialty.

- mc whoever told him that they don't want to go to a club again. mc told him what they had in mind and he got so so excited!!!

- asmodeus is probably the most artistic out the all his brothers so he really liked the idea of going on a picnic date to paint.

- they prepared together two baskets, one with food and another one with art supplies, asmo really liked this idea as it wasn't what he was used to. in his mind, people failed to realise that he was much more than a narcissistic horny person.

- this date cheered him up, and it made him feel truly loved. sure people loved his looks but no one seemed to care much about his personality so this made his heart beat a little faster, in a good way.

- they decided they would paint each other as a competition. asmo won and as a reward he asked mc for a kiss. mc gave him not one but three kisses, one on the forehead, one on the right cheek and a final one on the lips.

- after they finished with the picnic, asmo suggested they take a bath together. asmo started running bath and mc took all the dirty utensils and started washing them. once mc was done they went to asmo's bathroom and joined him in the bath.

- nothing naughty happened except asmo kept kissing mc's neck.

beelzebub

- he didn't know about valentine's day but when mc told him about he got pumped.

- mc told him they wanted to bake sweets with him to celebrate.

- mc had to warn him not to eat any of the ingredients before they started.

- beel tried his best not to eat the ingredients but he did eat some raw cookies. mc really did appreciate how hard he tried not eating anything so it was all good.

- once all those goods they baked were done, the two ate them. it was a really fun activity and beel really liked it.

- later during the day beel found some limited edition heart shaped chocolate in one of the shops that sell sweets like that. since beel was one of the best customers the shop owner gave him a few of those chocolates for free.

- beel came home excited and gave them to mc as they told him that that's how humans do it in the human realm.

- mc pulled him into a tight hug and told him that they should share the chocolates.

- they spent that night cuddling in mc's bed, beel laid down first, mc gave him three kisses one on each corner of his lips and one on the lips before laying down on beel's chest.

belphegor

- mc had been complaining the mattress in their room was too firm for their liking (belphie didn't like it either).

- since he knew about valentine's day he decided to get them (he was going to use it too obviously) a new mattress.

- he out of all people knows the best what is comfortable and what is not.

- he took mc mattress shopping for valentine's day, mc wasn't 100% okay with that however they were he had something in mind for the both of them to do.

- belphie took them there and started laying on every bed. he pretended to be asleep so mc would kiss him to wake up.

- though he did fall asleep a few times on the store, they eventually managed to find a mattress that was good enough for both.

- once it was time to put it on the bed, belphie left for a moment.

- he came back with his cow pillow. mc couldn't believe he was just going to sleep on a mattress without any sheets.

- "this is also your present"... "no it's not my pillow i just got you a matching one"

- mc also bought him a gift. it was a puffy body pillow with a cow print matching to his original pillow.

- once they made up the bed, belphie made mc use their new pillow and mc made belphie try out his new pillow. resulting the two in falling asleep while spooning each other.

Hi dear! I've seen you didn't talk much about Sadistic Beauty these days... What are your thoughts on ending and two side stories? Especially Wookying and Minho's one? Tbh I'm disappointed and disturbed :(

i had to step out of this story bc it was leaving me frustrated, irritated and disappointed not to mention very confused LOL. yep, im still fairly disappointed with where the author went with this. a major conflict that should or could have been in the main story was the whole drama including wookyung fighting with doona to get minho but it was swept under the rug only to return as some after thought as a side story (probably excluding doona).  there was such a great opportunity to finish it in the main story but the author decided that minho had to suffer all of the consequences and everyone else is going scot-free LOL. truly a shame. i wasnt surprised that doona was ending up with haesol, never was into them, still not into them. i have a certain distaste for characters like haesol, he’d be best described as a simp. and i absolutely loathe simps lol. there’s a fine line with being there for someone and being there in hopes that smth more might change, he def wants to date doona and saying that he’s okay with how things are and if they don’t date, is basically a blatant lie to himself. if that was the case, he wouldn’t let her string him along and use him for sex. the feelings he has for her will just be kept in the back, but it will most likely resurface in some way or another. in the long run, it’d hurt him and that’s just not worth the hassle. obv since the writer wanted them to happen, he’s prob gonna get what he wants lol. i def found the whole rivalry btw donna and wookyung in order to get to minho way more fascinating, and wished it was explored more. now, the only thing im happy with is gyerin is probably getting her happy ending with the new girl. she’s also the only one who went “fuck this” once she saw doona wasn’t going to reciprocate her feelings, and im rlly glad she did that. at first, i didnt think much of her, but now, seeing how the story went (lmao), im all for gyerin being happy. and as for wookyung and minho, im interested in how their story will unfold. but i feel so so bad for minho, he was a jerk and an asshole i wont deny that, but he didnt deserve all of the hate and harm he got and still is receiving according to the side story preview. wookyung is still a great and fascinating character, i do like characters like him, but how he was used was just not satisfying. and it seems like there might be a case of stockholm syndrome coming up where he might fall for wookyung. i just wish doona had smth to do with it before she parted ways or she could have helped minho, but yeah. *shrugs* this story left me confused as to what the author is doing, there is wasted potential and opportunities at every corner. the plot goes one way then goes another to end on a weird note. i also think the whole gl, bl stuff was more of a fanservice thing and that’s probably why it’s more of a disjointed story? as in, i feel like the gl and bl stuff should either have been more of a focus and woven into the story or it should have been entirely separate so the author wouldn’t have to shove many things at once and just focus on one or two pairing. one thing i might add for the story is that it felt as if it was trying to make us surprised, but the so called “twists” that happened just made it more confusing and those probably shouldn’t have been there as they don’t add much to the story narrative. back to gyerin, you can see that gyerin and the new girl can have their own separate story from the start (she didn’t have much to do with the primary conflict and could easily have a flashback to doona instead of the whole fanservice lol). the same goes for wookyung and minho as well, and it’d have been perfectly fine. at the end you basically see three pairings, the m/f, the f/f and the m/m. however, we dont even know if minho is into men? so i’m not sure how’s that gonna be considered BL? then again, every pairing could have been in the main story, but it’s not? for some reason??? it feels as if the author wanted their pairings without putting in the effort of making it into the main story, hence the side stories or they just wanted to make it separated without putting too many characters in it. obviously, for wookyung and minho, there’s no way doona wouldn’t have done smth if it was fully explored in the main story, and it might have changed the ending too. there’s multiple ways the story could have gone, but this one was the only conflict that was much more interesting imo, but it wasnt used that much.

gyerin didn’t really have much to do there other than be lesbian fanservice for doona (and the audience, writer and maybe the artist too?), and to be some kind of support for haesol. that’s about it, so i can understand why she’d not have a full blown romance in the main story, but seeing that she keeps reappearing, she still could have her side story integrated into it. lmao i don’t even kno if doona is bi/pan lol or if she just had sex bc she was drunk then did it just for pleasure without being interested in women at all.

EDIT: iirc doona did get aroused seeing gyerin uh doing stuff, so it could be possible that she is interested in women, but maybe only sexually? although i still could be wrong lol and it could just have been a moment of “I’m straight, but horny and u’ll do for now”. she could be in the closet too, who knows.

overall, sadistic beauty had some interesting conflict, some good characters (ill never like haesol lol), good art and the storytelling by this artist is well paced, but the execution and where the story went leaves a sour taste in my mouth. would i recommend this story? absolutely not. it is so frustrating, and for what? i wish i had saved myself this headache from the very start but the art and the fact that doona was a dom was what reeled me in. i only came back to it to see if the writer redeemed their story in some ways, but... well... you saw how that went.  i would follow the artist if i could, their art is beautiful. however, i cannot say the same for the writer. from my exp, it seems that many webtoons have good art, but the writing definitely leaves way more room for improvement. that said, i do hope ppl will learn that in order to make a great comic/webtoon/manga and so on, it is not only about pretty drawings. the story and writing should be up to par with the art. if not, it should be at least close to it. because the art might attract people, but if the story doesn’t resonate, if it doesn’t make much sense, then ppl are bound to leave and drop it. and what is a story, but pretty pictures and nothing substantial in it? nothing, but superficial beauty.
