JKReTTF Distt Kupwara Held a Back To Zone Programme At Education Zone Handwara

Speakers Spoke On Various Issues Relating To The Teachers and The Education Department

Handwara : Jammu and Kashmir ReT Teachers Forum Distt Kupwara (JKReTTF) held a Back To Zone Programme At TRC Handwara, Zone Handwara *District President Shiekh Parveez ,UT Vice Chairman Z Dee Baigh ,UT General Secretary Ghulam Mohammad Dar ,District Vice president Salfi Mushtaq , District General Secretary Reyaz Ahmad Lone , Distt Organiser Sajad Ahmad Mir , Secretary Counsil M A Ganie, Finance Sectary M A Dolipori Sabh* presided Over The Back to Zone Programme,in which various district body members and senior leaders of the JKReTTF Participated and shared their views.

The themes on which the leaders put forward their opinions were New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 , need of restoration of Old Pension Scheme (OPS) and the issues of teachers.

Emphasis was laid on responsibilities of teachers with regard to implementation of NEP 2020 at school level.

The leaders suggested the ways and means to strengthen the organisation at gross root level and raised the Issues of teachers. The leaders also expressed the need to uplift the dignity status and honour of teacher. The speakers highlighted the drawbacks of New Pension System (NPS) and demanded it's abolishment and restoration of Old Pension Scheme (OPS) in order to secure the postretirement life of employees.Five Year Service Inclusion and Many Other Issue From Zone To UT Level,Were Discussed in length.

The leaders who spoke in the meeting include Distt President JKReTTF Kupwara Shiekh Pervaiz , Vice chairman JKReTTF Zahoor u Din Baigh ,UT Secretary GM Dar And Distt Vice prisedent Sulfi Mushtaq , District General Secretary District patron Tariq Ali Shah ,Zonal prisedent Handwara Naseer Din beigh .

All the speakers while sharing their opinions and ideas regarding the different aspects of Education Sector hailed the role of teachers for their performances with best of their efforts.

Etter snart ett kvartal i det nye finansåret har JYSK Norge virkelig vind i seilene og kundene synes å ha oppdaget JYSKs DNA; store innkjøp, tidsriktige produkter og attraktive priser.

Black Friday markerer avslutningen på et kvartal da veksten virkelig har tiltatt for JYSK Norge. Første kvartal, i regnskapsåret 2019, for kjeden har bidratt til en omsetningsvekst i størrelsesorden 15% og Black Friday alene bidro til en vekst på, i overkant av, 25% vekst mot foregående år. Veksten kommer i alle produktkategorier og kjeden kjenner seg ikke igjen i varehandelens påstand om kundeflukt og omsetningsnedgang.

«Med snart 100 butikker og 1000 medarbeidere er det viktigere enn noen gang å skape en solid og bærekraftig kjede. JYSK jobber aktivt for å velge ut tidsriktige- og godt prisede produkter til Norske husholdninger – et arbeide som nå gir stadig større avkastning. Mens varehandelen snakker om kundeflukt og «butikkdøden» står vi i en situasjon der stadig flere kunder velger å kjøpe sine varer hos oss» sier Martina Pohjanen, Country Manager i JYSK Norge AS.

Hun legger til, «Veksten vi nå opplever kommer i alle kundesegmenter, fra unge til gamle, fra menn til kvinner. Vi er ydmyke for den konvergensen som vi ser i markedet – vi tar ikke veksten for gitt. Omsetnings- og kundeveksten kommer fra hardt arbeid i alle virksomhetens ledd og er belønningen for å ha et klart og tydelige konsept, samt en stadig investering i fasiliteter, medarbeidere og grundig opplæring».

JYSK Norge ser mer enn 25% omsetningsvekst under Black Friday. Kjeden har imidlertid utvidet Black Friday til å bli Black Weekend og påfølgende aktivitet, Cyber Monday, er et kjærkommet tilskudd til suksessen.

«Vi har tidligere hevdet at «Ingen av våre konkurrenter i Norge har bedre rammebetingelser for å lykkes i dette markedet enn oss» og dette får vi en tydelig bekreftelse på under årets første kvartal» sier Martina Pohjanen.

Rekordresultatet i JYSK Norge AS er en del av en større suksesshistorie, JYSK Group, som ved utgangen av finansåret hadde mer enn 2.600 butikker i 50 ulike land.

Den første JYSK-butikken i Norge åpnet i 1988 og JYSK Norge teller i dag 95 butikker med snart 1000 medarbeidere i Norge.
