* Antis Sessrin coming under my posts when I simply explain that :

Sesshomaru canonically showed no romantic or sexual interest in Rin as a child in the Inuyasha anime, so he is not a pedophile.

And that Rin being mom in Yashanime at 18 is not proof that she was the victim of grooming, due to the fact that we are in a feudal era where girls under 18 are seen as adults.

Grooming also involves a lot of time spent with the person, Sesshomaru was from what we know canonically on the move a lot and came to see Rin from time to time. In the facts, nothing on screen is shown that could suggest grooming.

Canonically, there is no grooming storyline in the Sessrin relationship on screen in Inuyasha and Yashanime, whether you like it or not.

At this point, you antis invent a grooming scenario yourself to explain why Sessrin ends up together because you don't like them together, or it makes you uncomfortable. I don't know, I'm not in your head.

So you'll laugh, but an antis Sessrin came to show me this to prove to me that canonically Sesshomaru did indeed show romantic interest in Rin as a child :

But as the dialogues seem to me to imply in fact a sort of summary of the events told in the past tense, it is quite obviously for me that this case is not supposed to imply that he was in love with Rin at that time precisely when she was a child, but that just seems to be a narration that summarizes the events more than anything else. But another translation says that he found love in a human being, AKA Rin, and not necessarily that he is in love with her. Then comes the moment when Rin became a young woman, therefore implying that this love for her becomes romantic, echoing the wink with his father and his brother. There is a noticeable difference.
