@superbiscuitsc using The Grill Mount - 🔇🔇🔇SOUND OFF unless you’re okay with hearing the noise a person makes when they fracture 5 ribs 🔇🔇🔇 In analyzing what happened here, I’ll go back to when I was checking it. The in between ones were beautiful, the bigger ones were hollowing out super thick and I didn’t really like the looks of them. I ignored my “If in doubt, don’t go out” instinct and swam out anyway. About 30 or 40 feet from the water line the bar had a ledge, this is what the bigger ones were hitting when they slabbed out. I got a couple of nice ones, then swam for this. If you look at the shadow of the wave as I’m dropping it looks really shallow, maybe only 2 or 3 feet but it’s hard to say. It looks like I air dropped a bit when this one threw, you can see my arm extending out in front as I land. I think I lost all my speed in the landing, and the lip sucked me up and over on the inside onto nearly dry sand.
