Im like 99% sure this is a charcoal bengal!! If I could see the sides better it'd be easier to tell but charcoal is a gene that makes tabbies much darker like this and it's very usually only seen in Bengals!
He could be non-bengal too, I've seen a few randombred charcoals before but he does look like a bengal based on what I can see of the sides + proportions (i, however, am no expert on breeds, my wheelhouse is solidly in genetics.)
