A Premier practice kit

The drum kit in question was a five piece Premier kit. Twelve; thirteen; sixteen inch toms, twenty-two inch bass drum and a fourteen inch steel snare drum. Each drum was classic depth and had worn coated drum heads top and bottom (this was the early eighties and single headed concert toms were still in vogue), including the bass drum, and a set of cymbals - a ride, a crash and hi-hats - not sure of the make. I didn’t realise at the time but although the drums were excellent, the stands were quite feeble and flat based. Not like the stands available today
